Staff was friendly and helpful. We bought 5 pair of glasses in total and none of us wear them. The HD lenses are terrible. I tried for three weeks to adjust to mine with no luck. The children all said they same thing. I went back and asked if they could put standard lenses in and was told they only offered the HD. She took my name and number and saud she would ask how they could fix them but she never called me. Will not happen again.

Out of all of the vision centers I’ve been to, Costco Vision has been the best. I have had to go back for three follow up visits after my initial visit, and each time Dr. Leslie Kinder has made my visit extremely enjoyable. She is super friendly, yet professional. Even though I had to drive almost an hour each time to get there, I thoroughly enjoyed talking with Dr. Kinder. Made it worth the drive.

Dr. Michael Desautels and staff are excellent!He was very patient and thorough throughout both mine and my boys eye exams. Also, his prices are very reasonable, AND they fit me into the schedule while I was already there with my children for their eye exams. For that, Im also very thankful.We had a good experience at this office in Costco today. We will definitely go back in the future. I will also definitely recommend Dr. Desautels to friends and family.

The customer is always wrong and the product is sub par. Glasses only lasted 6 months. You get what you pay for and this is not a reliable option for someone who must wear glasses.... Look elsewhere if you rely on glasses and dont want to waste money while the staff makes you feel at fault.

Walked in, was seen immediately. One sheet of paper to fill out, that was it then off to the tests! Receptionist was super helpful, I told her I wanted a test and glasses before going to the DMV to ensure I passed the eye test. She told me there was a form hey could fill out so I dont even have to take it at the DMV! So helpful. Optometrist was fast, accurate and a great guy. Opt for the retinal pictures (extra $35) rather than dilation, it was amazing to see my retinal blood supply and macula in high-res, even emailed me pics afterwards! Also a nice bonus, they dont try to sell you anything.
