Ive been to a few other places. Dr.loftis has been the best experience. He was thorough and he probably was the best in educating you on your symptoms.Staff is great.

Dr loftis and the staff are all very personable and go above 5 stars to assist the community and anyone that walks thru their doors or calls their business. This facility is clean and well stocked with every style of frames you could want. He has all of the best technology and equipment to take care of your eyes. You will be treated like a friend here. They care about you and your eyes!

Best eye doctor around! They have the best and advanced equipment for a thorough eye exam. Everyone at the office is so friendly and I’ve never had to wait but a minute or two before being taken back for my exam!

Simply amazing!Mike and everyone there are incredibly personable and friendly; and that is not even mentioning their wide array of truly unique frames and quick, precise service. Within one (1) week I received my exam, submitted my order for lenses and frames and received them in hand. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!

I love Dr. Loftis and his staff. I switched to him 2 years ago and doubt I will go anywhere else until he retires. He has very advanced equipment and explains everything! He is very professional and also has a sense of humor. Its hard to find that these days. I absolutely feel like I have recieved the best eye care! In fact, I have raved about him and his staff so much that I have convinced a family member who hates going to any doctor to give Dr. Loftis a try!

Dr. Loftis is a very caring and personable optometrist. However, beyond the eye examination, I just expected better. I paid a premium price for the glasses, but received less than premium service. The frames that I purchased were more than double the price that I would have paid at almost all of the places that the exact same frames were available on-line - thats my fault for not doing some research before making the purchase.They tell you that the prescriptions take between 7 and 10 days to return to the store. On the 10th day after my appointment, I went to the shop to inquire only to find out that the glasses had been there, but they hadnt gotten around to calling me. Similar experience with the second prescription (10th day and still no glasses).I dont mind paying a premium to support local businesses. Its just that I dont feel that this local business should my take patronage for granted. Charge fair prices and provide the service that you wouldnt get if you were to shop online.
