Ive had very little issue with the staff inside the building. Some of the people in there are little more stand-off-ish than others and thats understandable with some of the people that come in there. However, if you try to call... Just dont. They never pick up the phone. I sat and let it ring for 5 minutes, and no one answered. Yes it was during business hours. So if you need to schedule an appointment with them, best of luck because youre going to be sitting with the phone ringing for a long time...

Ive called 20+ times today and it just rings off the hook. I need to sign up for wic but they arent answering at all. Im made cause I finally talked to a lady yesterday morning and she said that she would have someone call me........ I just need a freakin answer on what to do. My family needs food.

I normally have horrible anxiety around hospitals and clinics and such, but this place has been great to me every single time. Everyone here is super understanding, helpful, and thorough. I feel heard and taken care of, and very comfortable. My appointments are always quick too! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a great low-cost clinic.

Website has contradictory days for covid testing from recorded information when you call. Then when you try to make an appointment for s test the phone just rings and rings with no answer. Ive called over 35 times since 8am.

Always a pleasure when i go in. They do their jobs well and efficiently. Never had a bad visit regardless of the reason i was there.

The health department was in the process of changing their system so that the wait times would be less. I did have a pretty significant wait time, but they were very apologetic about it and kept me informed about why I was waiting so long. Everyone was friendly and my experience there was not a bad one!

Everyone I have dealt with here has been very kind and helpful! It’s too bad they don’t take insurance or else I would keep going to see them after I can afford to buy some.

If I could give this place a negative zero, I would. I am very disgusted of how the nurse, M. Estes, lacks returning phone calls and her lack of availability. I have contacted her four times in a week but where is Mrs. Estes? I wouldnt be so upset but Im contacting her on behalf of my mother who was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer yet Mrs. Estes is the only one who has the information that I need and can answer any questions that pertains to the situation. I know that all D.O.H are busy but all employees should consider these things before applying and accepting a job. Also, Mrs. Estes had gone to lunch, yet no one knew when she had went or when to expect her back. Hmm, could it be that this happens often or this place is just plain unorganized, or R.Ns are to comfortable with their job? Frankly, I believe that it is all of those things.The upper management should be aware of Mrs. Estes and all other employees who are like this.

Super Super Super slow Ive been here about an hour in half and still havent been called to the window much less seen the doctor appointment was 10 I got here at 9:40 its now 11:15 and Im still in the same spot
