Doctor Kimberly Cayce is an awesome doctor. She is So Thoughtful, So Kind, So Patient & She takes the time to listen.She doesn’t rush to get out of the room & I know she’s very busy with other patients. She is Beautiful & Very Caring doctor inside & out.

I reached out to Dr. Cayces office having never seen a dermatologist before. The entire team from the receptionist to Dr. Cayce were welcoming and polite. I have never come out of a doctors appointment feeling more confident about a treatment plan and having felt so heard and listened to by a team of medical professionals. I threw a lot of questions their way, but all staff members took the time to fully answer my questions and reexplain as needed. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but just based on my first impression with this practice, I would recommend to anyone I know, and if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Dr Cayce is caring and understanding. She’s the best and has a friendly staff who works with her.

I have been a medical patient at the clinic for a couple of years. The entire staff are always courteous and professional, and appointments are easy to schedule. The doctor and physician Assistant I have seen are both very knowledgeable, and I have recommended them to several friends. I have not used the spa/aesthetic services, yet.

PSA: mole removal is about $250 apiece. This office is everything you would think of when your doctor refers you to a specialty office. $100 copay, sit in an office a very privileged person will look at you. She came back with a hand written note with my pricing breakdown. Not sure if that’s how it’s done professionally? Entire visit, 6 mins and minus $100, no telling what they charge my insurance company.

Dr. Mills and their excellent staff take the time to listen to your concerns and address them. The care I’ve received from Dr. Mills, Dr. Cayce and their staff has always been of high quality and the overall experience a positive one.

Dr. Mills is very sharp, attentive and thorough. She takes time, listens well and made me feel like my issue was just as important to her as to me and I leave very clear about the next steps to take.

I got in on time for the appointment with very little wait. Everyone was great from the receptionist to the assistant who saw me. The assistant was very knowledgeable and experienced. They promptly returned my call with questions and got back to me in a timely manner with test results. I would recommend this service provider without hesitation.

I went to Cayce Dermatology because I had some questionable spots on my skin. They were very welcoming and had a comfortable waiting area, though I barely waited at all. I was treated quickly and efficiently, and all my questions were answered clearly and thoroughly. I felt very confident in the doctors knowledge and was pleased with how quickly she treated my spots. In other clinics Ive had to make a follow-up appointment to get treated. I will definitely continue to use this clinic for my skin concerns.

Not a patient myself, but my good friend was a patient there and the experience she had was so distasteful and unprofessional, Im surprised you guys can call yourself a reputable business. The front desk clerk, Betty, is the most snobby, rude and vile woman I have ever heard of in my life. Not only did she make my friend miss her appointment by giving her 3 different appointment times, which she still showed up early to, then refusing to have her seen by her doctor. She also refused to release her medical records to her new doctor when she switched offices because of the idiocy she had to deal with at this office. Which should be illegal might I add! Im sure this place would be better off with a more decent and respectful front desk agent.

I took my 12 year old son to see Dr. Cayce. We didnt have to wait at all and were called back right away. Dr. Cayce greeted us immediately in the room. She talked directly to my son in words that he could understand. She answered all of my questions as well. She even helped us find an affordable option for a very expensive prescription! Ive seen lots of dermatologists in my life for lots of different issues. Dr. Cayce is the best around!!

The front office staff is the reason for my poor review. The doctor I saw (Dr. Mills) was friendly and did a fine job. No complaints with her.When I received my bill, I was overcharged for a very small procedure. I contacted the office about it and the receptionist said she would talk to office manager about it. She called me back a few days later and told me it was fixed on their end and I was given a corrected amount to pay. I sent payment for that amount and considered the matter settled.Then the following month I received another invoice. I again contacted their office and unfortunately, this time they were much less helpful. The man who answered my call this time claimed that there was NO record of my call to them, the invoice adjustment, or the call they returned to me. He kept asking me who I spoke with and then saying that it was a learning experience and that I needed to pay the invoice. I finally had to ask if there was anybody else that could help me because he was clearly not interested in doing so. The matter is still not resolved and has left me with a poor opinion of the whole experience.

Dr DeSpain has been very thorough in addressing skin concerns; each excision has been properly treated and results have been reported promptly. No scarring has occurred from any treatment. I am thoroughly pleased with my care.

I was very impressed with my first appointment with Jantsen! She was very knowledgeable and careful with her examination. When she found an area that she was concerned about, she had Dr. Mills consult with and make a decision that a biopsy was necessary. I’m glad I chose to see Jentsen, a Physician Assistant, rather than wait 2 or 3 months to actually see one of the doctors.

I came for the blue-light treatment of my scalp. The tech, Kendall, was very thorough, explained exactly what was to be done, and made me comfortable, even though the total procedure took a total of over 2 hours. I even got in a nap during the procedure!

Ive been seeing Dr. DeSpain for over 5 years to treat my adult acne. Im a challenging case because of my extensive drug allergies. He was willing to think outside of the box for me when my last dermatologist told me Id run out of options. I appreciate the offices organization and professionalism. It is apparent that Dr. DeSpain spends a great deal of time on professional development and is able to stay current with treatments and improvements in his field.On a recent trip I received a printed set of skin care directions and dosages. This is genius. I used to struggle to remember all of the instructions I was given beyond the RX dosage printed on the label. Please continue this!Topical acne treatments are outrageously expensive and Dr. DeSpain has also worked with my budget by finding alternatives or starting me out with samples.

Dr. DeSpain has been my caretaker, my trusted doctor, my friend, for maybe ten years. If I ever thought of leaving Columbia, hed be a big reason I wouldnt. Ive never known a person so up-to-date on the latest treatments and methods. So careful, so willing to explain everything. This doctor is like to old-timey folk who really care. This is a person who restores your belief in the medical profession.

My visit was handled professionally by Dr. Mills and her assistant. I felt Dr. Mills did a very thorough inspection.

The first time I went to this Dermatologist I was happy with my visit. I felt they understood what I needed and treated me like I was important. I only went in to discuss some mild acne problems the first visit. My second visit however was not as enjoyable. I felt rushed through, like they didnt have time to help me, and this time I was there for a rash on my legs that had been concerned about. The doctor didnt take the time to talk with me about it, and didnt do any kind of test to confirm what it was, she merely looked at it and then proceeded to tell me what she thought it was, and then said she would print out some information so I could look it up and learn about it on my own. She prescribed me some corticosteroid cream and that was it. I talked to the doctor for maybe 5 minutes total, and had to call back to ask questions that I had that she didnt take the time to answer. Overall, I was very upset with my second visit and probably not be returning to this clinic.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter Alexis went in for a laser tattoo removal. She called prior to going in. They told her based on the size it would be $100. They had her sign a consent before the session. They did not trace the outline of the tattoo. They only hit a few spots. When she went to check out. It was $196! She argued. They showed her where, on the consent she had signed, it said in small print at the bottom that it was $196. Then she felt that she could not get out of the charges. So she asked to have them at least do the entire outline of the tattoo. Which is about 3 inches by 3 inches. They refused to do this also. This was an obvious scam. Which I was surprised by, at a doctors office. She has had maybe 10 removal sessions before going to this clinic. She very well knows what to expect and how much it should cost. As she said, she worked very hard in high school for that extra $100. She is 18 and a college freshman. I dont know if they do this to the college students or to everyone but beware!!

This is a posh office and this is simply all it is! Both dermatologists care more about how many patients they can see then give one on one time. You will be seen only for what you called up wanting to be seen because lord forbid that while there, you ask about other issues, you have to make another appointment to be seen at a different time. I gave this place about 3-4 chances, hoping for the best and since then, I have not been back! Such a money making office with no patient care! I would NOT recommend this place, it was a waste of my money and travel time. It does not even deserve a star rating.

They are genuinely there to take care of you and all of your needs and it shows every time you step foot in the office. One of the most important things for a business is the initial meeting of the potential customer. I was calling to see if they had an opening for a dermatologist and talked with the receptionist. She was very quick, not very friendly, and did not seem to care at all. I will not go here just because of the initial reaction.
