Called to schedule a sports physical for my son, was told no appointment needed, this can be done as a walk-in. Got there got checked in, waited 30 minutes in lobby, asked how much longer the wait wld be, was advised by admin staff that exam rooms need to be cleaned and it wld be an additional 20 minutes, now I’m a nurse and I know that is not standard practice. We finally get back to exam from after 40 minutes and end up waiting in exam room for an additional 45 minutes. We’ve been here for over two hours and have not seen one provider. This is disgusting! We will absolutely not be back, ever…. Horrible service all the way around

I had a preventative physical in March 2020 and have been in billing hell ever since trying to get this corrected. Well today the account was sent to collections despite the fact I was told it would be placed on hold for review ( again)! I am in the home buying process and this has just derailed me for a visit that should have been 100% covered! Fraudulent billing practices, terrible follow up from doctor, worst experience of my life.

I used your walk in service today. I was told to stay in the car and someone would come outside or call me. After getting my information over the phone I was told the exam room was being prepared and someone would call or come outside to get me. After waiting over an hr nobody called or came out. I called and was told someone tried to contact me. This was a total waste of my time. Completely unprofessional.

I have had nothing but great service at waterloo. Our entire family goes here for any urgent care need. I see my primary care provider here and he is great! He and the staff are nothing but professional.

Professional and friendly staff. Dr Stewart took the time to really understand my needs and get to know me. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Terrible Doctors who never give feedback and took off their mask, touching face and NOT once washed their hands during my physical!!! Messed up my billing by coding my physicals as emergency visits. I’ve fixed it three times after calling only to get more bills for same issue months later. I’ll never get that time back. Beyond frustrated and angry!

Im very happy with the medical care however it has now been 5 months that Ive been trying to get a refund when I was overcharged. The most frustrating part is the lack of call backs when Im told the someone will call me.

I have been multiple times for myself and my children. Prefer this to other urgent care centers. The staff have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Staff here are horrible!!!! I am 20 years old with mild to severe asthma. I called way back during spring before covid19 got really out of hand trying to get tested and trying to have my asthma inhaler prescription refilled. My pharmacy requested for my doctor (Dr.Joyce Evans) to refill my prescription. Months later, I am sitting in my bed as we speaking have a mild asthma episode. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will be going in too COMPLAIN and they will never see me again. When I wanted to get tested for covid they told me they would call me in two days. Do anyone think I received a phone call? Of course not! Very unprofessional!

Front desk staff is very unprofessional. I heard the ladies entire conversation, giggles and all, before she decided to ask me how she could help. One lady also put me on hold while i was in the middle of explaining my situation to her.

Will not be coming back, urgent care staff don’t care, specifically kattie. She told me my blood pressure of 160’s over 90’s is okay. And my primary has been MIA for months. And front desk staff is rude and judgmental. If I could give zero stars I would. Finding a new primary soon
