New patient with Dr. Micheal Oehler, he has great bedside manners! He genuinely cared about making sure I understood my blood work results. I had additional questions about my health, & he took his time to explain things to me. He is a phenomenal doctor!

Dr. Lim-Kates is top notch. She has been my doctor for several months now. You can tell she is passionate about her profession. Every visit I’m sure I annoy her with how many questions I ask and how much time I take up, but she is sooo patient and addresses my questions so well. She doesn’t use medical jargon or talk down to you, she truly communicates so well. Every time we have a video visit she starts by asking about how I’m doing personally, this Dr. actually cares about her patients! It’s taken me years to find a forever Primary physician, but I finally found her! Highly recommend this entire office. The front office is excellent and treats everyone with such professionalism! Also the ladies that do the blood tests are amazing. I’m terrified of needles but every time I have never felt a thing! All around great practice

I UNFORTUNATELY was a patient with them the staff was not the female nurse was nice but mann do they rack up the charges on you they fouble bill you whhen they do blood work most Drs give you your lab work over the phone NOT with them you have to make ANOTHER apt sobthey can bill you AGAIN just to give you your results I saw them like twice a month it was ridiculous and every time I saw them I had to pay $60-$80 it was RIDICULOUS!!

Dr. Altieri has been my primary doctor for > 14 years. He, bless his heart, acquired me when Dr. Walden left. I love Doc A!! He is the smartest person that I know. He seems to actually Love medicine (I am a nurse and love it too). He knows at least something, if not mostly everything about EVERYTHING! He cares, has empathy, kind, never rude, professional but very easy to talk to even if embarrassing topics. I will never leave him and if he thinks he is leaving EVER- I will track him down. If you are able to get in to see him as a new Patient, DO IT!! He is worth the wait.

Dr alteri is an amazing dr have no problems with his office beside manner is amazing . I had another dr a young female do a dot physical for the outrageous price of 150 bucks she did not send the proper paper work in nor gave me my long form physical as required nor my dot card for my wallet . Taking the companies word in good faith I left they stated all files were on a computer list now surprise it is not after almost going to jail because of their lack of sending in proper paper work . Other than this incident everything else is great

I have been seeing Dr Altieri for almost 20 years now. He is the most caring and thorough doctor that I have ever been seen by. He does not make you feel rushed even though you know others patients are waiting to be seen by him. So yes there might be a longer wait but he is worth the wait!

My moms wanting 45 minutes they Refuse taking that insurance and when I set up the appointment that time they told us taking the insurance.So before you set up the appointment making sure the take your insurance you don’t waste your time

I have never been so humiliated in my entire life! I went in this am because I’ve been hot but normal temperature. The nurse takes my temp and leaves the room in panic mode and all of the staff are making rude comments I hear everything their sayin so I open the door and confront the whole team on how unprofessional they are this is the profession you chose deal with and I left. Went to the hospital and it was just a head cold sinus infection. FYI don’t assume everyone that comes in your office has corona

Dr. Jani is a great doctor. Hes very thorough and very stern. He wants the best for his patients health so he explains exactly whats going on and what needs to be done to make things better. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jani and staff to any/everyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Altieri for close to two years now. He, his nurses, and his staff are wonderful. Yes, you sometimes have to wait longer than your scheduled appointment, but its because Dr. Altieri spends as much time as he needs to care for his patients. Ive never had a doctor who seems truly interested in my medical care. I recently had the opportunity to meet their new PA, Sarah Stephens. She is wonderful too. I would highly recommend these folks for your medical care.

I didnt get a chance to have an experience. First, I was directed to a voice mail, couldnt even get a live person, then I finally pushed enough numbers to get a live person and they could not give me an appointment without calling me back (with any doctor). I am a potential new patient. I am looking elsewhere.

Dr. lmperial is an awesome doctor, very caring! However, she does have a very rude nurse on her staff. Talk about attitude! I asked her to use my first and last name when coming to get me from the waiting room if I can remember What kind of response is this from a professional? Just to name one incident in dealing with her! I could go on! However on my third visit (after she took my blood pressure, and it was a little higher than usual ) I asked for another nurse. Who seems to fit Dr. Imperial personally!

I like the calm and friendly staff, the doctors are great, and the location is very convenient.

The Nurses are Very nice and educated. The Nurses akways answer all of your questuons and naje you feel safe . My Doctor is outstanding.

Dr. Imperial was great but the staff is an utter joke. If you want to wait forever after you have a scheduled appointment and not be seen and given attitude when you need to reschedule this is the place for you. Oh and while you wait in the back you can hear the doctor and nurses talking and laughing about everything under the sun. Finding a new doctors office ASAP!!!

Rushed visits as of recent. Disconnection. Double billing. Since partnership with Lexington Medical center it has declined. Dr. Jani is a good doctor.

Have called on numerous occasions and left several voicemails but never received a response or call back. Finally reached office staff today, only to be told that they are no longer accepting new patients, although the website states otherwise. Save your time and look elsewhere for a new family doctor with professional staff.

The staff is terrible not so much as the doctors... You are not allowed to make appointments when needed, a nurse has to determine if your issue is important enough to see the doctor. Then when you call, they go as long as a week to return your call no matter how serious the conditions are... Then when youre called to the back you wait for hours and all you hear is tge doctor and nurses giggling and joking.... Finding a new doctors office asap...

This place is a joke. Be prepared to wait 2 hours after your scheduled appointment time. Awful staff and even worse policies. They will only take appointments for physicals 6 months out. Save your sanity and go somewhere else. These people could care less if you die waiting.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jani for more than 10 years and was referred to him by my OB/GYN. All of his staff members have been consummate professionals with scheduling, follow-up and have made proper accommodations at every turn. Dr. Jani is extremely thorough in his medical practice, compassionate yet direct. He holds me accountable as a patient for the things I need to do for my wellness and self-care. He is not only absolutely genuine as a physician but a true person of integrity. I would recommend Dr. Jani and the staff of Spring Valley Family Practice without hesitation!

Dr.Alteri is awesome he was the only doctor in Columbia to send my child to a specialist to get her diagnosed for a disorder that everyone else pushed off as a stomach virus. Dr.Jani is a good Doctor he saved my life.
