Ive been there three times. The doctors that Ive seen have been great. However, it is terribly difficult to schedule them to read simple lab results to you (something that should literally take about 5 minutes). The person that answers the phone is borderline rude, which is incredibly frustrating. They send a link to you and dictate the time that they think you should be available, which is incredibly inconvenient for a concierge doctor service.

Awesome & friendly staff & doctor!This place makes you feel warm & welcomed here & Dr.Nate Stocker was awesome & helpful. He was really concerned about my problems & wanted to help. This is a doctor that really truly cares & does what he can to help!Im really glad I found this place. ☺

You would think that when they bill you it would say ‘Main St Physicians’ but nope. I was getting billed by ‘Senior primary Care’?? I’m not a senior so I ignored these thinking it was sent to me by accident. Whoever sends out their bills should put the actual name of the place?? Poorly run business; that should be a basic.

While their front office staff was so pleasant and getting a covid test was very efficient. I was told my results would come in 3-4 days, not told my results would be online, so I waited for two weeks thinking I didn’t get any. unanswered calls and no follow up, would’ve cleared up that confusion

The office staff are super sweet, and my nurse practitioner (Shelley Simmons) is awesome! They also accept medicaid which is a huge relief for me. If you go here, do be mindful that they are actually down an alley on main street, so the office might be slightly challenging to find the first time you go. I was actually a little late for my first appointment but they were very understanding. Best PCP Ive ever had!

Absolute best primary care provider I have found. Shelley and all of the other staff are kind, attentive, and empathetic.

Nate and his team are amazing. I’ve never had better experiences at a medical practice, from check in to check out. If you’re looking for a team of medical professionals in Columbia, I 100% recommend Main Street Physicians.

Everyone at this office is friendly and professional. I live in Lexington and I don’t mind traveling to Columbia to get my medical needs from this practice.

I came here after Blythewood Family Medcine treated me like a POS because I am in recovery. This place ended up being a gift from God! They were kind, compassionate and took my health issues seriously. Being in recovery is hard enough but it’s a God moment when a practice doesn’t judge your integrity because of it!!!
