My children have been going here for 18 & 19 years; will hate to leave the practice when they age out. Dr. Grooms has always been thorough & I’ve never had issues with any of the staff. Only complaint, we were driving 45 minutes to Columbia and now the new location (Blythewood) makes our drive time worse. 😕

My children have not even seen a doctor in this practice yet, but their Blythewood office is right up the street from my house. My family and I relocated here from Virginia, and I am really astounded at the lack of effort and poor execution of the most minimal tasks with the providers in the area. I came in and signed their medical release forms over a month ago to establish care for my children. First, someone from their office called me to let me know they got all their records and I could make an appointment. When I called to schedule it, they in fact had not received the records and someone reassured me they would resend the forms. Literally every time I’ve called to get an update, approximately every two weeks, they (most recently Courtney) tell me that it was faxed on the ONE occasion. No further attempts to refax the medical release forms? Your office can’t even make a follow up phone call??!! I can only hope the receptionist/office personnel is not the representation of the care the physicians at this practice provide for the patients.

Was not willing to work with my family when I was having car trouble and turned my kids away while i was trying to vaccinate them. Would NOT reccommend at ALL! Its sad when you turn away a mother who was trying to do the RIGHT THING

Dr. McDill & staff are awesome. Ive never had a long wait time for appointments, awaiting the new office being built on Blythewood Rd.

Nice and friendly staff. Havent had many long waits when taking my kids here. Can almost always get same day appt when theyre sick. I recomend

The worst ever. Private practice=they make up the rules as they go, unprofessional. Ive worked in a doctors office for several years, this is by far the worst experience Ive had. In a year I will be a PA-C, I hope to NEVER work for a company like this.

New doctor is there who is wonderful!
