Had appointment, so I was waited on 1st.after checking in, it took 25 mins and I was done

Currently waiting in line to get an ultrasound done on my toddler and the receptionist informs us that she is going to be doing paperwork for the next 10 minutes!! Are you kidding me? Whats the point in making an appointment if your staff cant do their job? Do you have any idea what its like to wait in line with a toddler? Seriously, get it together!!

The staff are nice and polite. The hours are convienent.
