Been sitting in the waiting room for 2 hrs with chest pains. No help. What at one time was a wonderful Hospital is now so different. The. Nurses are over loaded. The stretchers wheels are dirty. The floor in examining room is dirty. I’m just not comfortable surrounded by all this dirt. Especially with the COVID-19 raging.

I have been a patient here since 2010 and my Grandfather was a patient here for 25 years before. This used to be the best cardiology place, and care, until Providence bought and took over the facility. The very least that the staff could do, is to make sure that patients are aware of those changes and their financial responsibility before tests are run. Especially when they are the same faces that were there before the change. Providence has ruined what was once a great place. :(

I really like my cardiologist Dr. Rhienhart but it kills me he is linked to providence hospital in Columbia. This used to be a good hospital but service and attitude has really went down hill. Nurses have really nasty attitudes and those that don’t just don’t care about anything. Act like it is just a job

This place is a joke. I have called twice in reference to a holter monitor. The nurse said theyll call me back and let me know when Ill get it. Never heard back. They are heartless and dont care. All they want is money. And if you do t have insurance like me you might as well give up. They told me come back in a month I cant afford to pay out of pocket for pointless visits they didnt even hqve a clue what is going on. well what if I dont make it another smonth I would highly recommend going some place else. This place sucks. Are maybe just the doc does idk. Looks like im screwed either way cause if you dont have insurance and cant afford to pay seems like nobody will help. If I could give zero stars I would. Go some place else yall

The only reason I read this as a one star, is because you cant write zero stars. Todd Anderson is a scam artist, and possibly the worst doctor I have ever seen. All he looks for is useless tests to drive up your medical bills, while never caring about you as a patient. Dont bother asking about aftercare, because he doesnt care enough to even tell you what you need to do. DO NOT SEE TODD ALDERSON!!!!
