This place is truly a blessing if you are uninsured. Treated me respectfully & professionally despite not having insurance. I really am thankful for the free medical clinic & the employees doing what they do. I was unsure what to expect but I felt this was a friendlier & more caring environment than some doctors offices I paid to go to in the past. Bless yall!

This was my first visit here and I am so happy I came. Everyone here was very helpful, right from the time I walked in the door!...I highly recommend this clinic if you dont have insurance. they will lead you in the right direction for applying.

All I needed was for them to bus an ingrown hair bump on my left side of my face, all they gave me was medicine and I have to go back on July 8th because the lady whose job is to handle matters such as mine only comes on Thursdays. Not to mention waited at least a half hour or more just to be called upon to receive my medicine and they asked me do I have any questions and I asked: what took yall so long? She said there were other people ahead of me but those other people were waiting just as long or maybe longer. And need I remind you it was only two men waiting in the waiting room when I arrived so I made the third then came others. They rather more patients come in than to take care of the little number of patients that way others coming behind you dont have to wait because the patients ahead of them would be already out of the there.

I was nervous to go, not knowing how they worked, if the employees were gonna be rude or unhelpful. I was very relieved that I was worried about nothing. EVERYONE I came in contact with, from the front desk, to nurse, to doc to pharmacy tech. They were all so kind. They were all so helpful and answered everything question I had. They all made me feel so at ease. Very very kind. I’m glad I went and got the help I needed.

It has taken them TWO HOURS and counting to fill out ONE prescription.

Its a blessing to have free care if you cant afford it. Expect a long wait. The staff is nice. Different doctors as they volunteer their time. Nice that they have pharmacy on site.

I wouldnt recommend anyone going to this place they dont check the charts they will prescribe you something that youre not supposed to have. The bald head guy has a bad attitude and the new nurse they have will do a false report on you. And as soon as you point out their mistake they will kick you out. They need to be reported before they kill somebody.

I had a great experience. These people really listen and ask a lot of questions to get you the help and medicine you need.

The workers are very friendly and very helpful always on time and willing to help anybody if they can i been going there for atleast 8 years or longer and still going i love it thanks free medical clinic for all your help in the community

Everything you need is under one roof

I had to take a dear friend BACK up there to try to get a paper of things she needs to bring in, in order to get her medication. They seen her the day before, ARGUED with her about a tax paper that an accountant filled out, THEN only gave her 2 weeks worth of medication. They must think that people who come there have lots of gas money to run every 2 weeks to get meds that should be given for a MONTH! (She does love 45 minutes away, and has ONLY financial help from her daughter, including gas money!) So I took her back to get the list of things she needed to bring BACK in, and to get the medication that the Dr on Thursday 4/6/17 FORGOT to give her! Only for them to argue with her and tell her that they gave her the paper, which they did not bc they were too busy arguing with her about a tax paper! Then she was told she would have to see the Dr again to get the medication the Dr FORGOT! All she was worried about on Thursday was getting out of there as she was in there with only one other perverted man who was making sexual comments to her that made her feel like he might try to do something when she left, so she hurried to leave! So I took her back so she wouldnt have to go alone, plus she didnt have the gas! Honestly, this is crazy!

THIS PLACE WAS GOOD TO ME AT FIRST THOUGH IT TOOK ALL DAY TO ADHAIR TO MY NEEDS I HAD VISITED BACK IN THE FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER. HOWEVER TODAY I HAD BEEN OUT OF MY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE SO I CALLED THIS MORNING TO ASK FOR A REFILL AND SPOKE WITH THE MOST NASTIEST MEANEST DISRESPECTFUL UNORTHODOX NON-EMPATHATIC UNCOMPASSIONATE RUDE PERSON I HAD EVER SPOKEN TO IN MY LIFE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE VERY WORST I HAD EVER EXPERIENCED IN THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY. I MYSELF USED TOP BE AN HHA CNA PLN SO I KNOW HOW TO CARE FOR PEOPLE HOWEVER I DO KNOW THAT YOU CAN EASILY GET BURNT OUT AT TIMES AS WELL. ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS A REFILL MS. CORIN TOLD ME I NEEDED A LETTER FROM MY DAUGHTER SAYING I DONT LIVE WITH HER ANYMORE BECAUSE AT THAT TIME WAS MY SITUATION HOWEVER MY DAUGHTER LIOVES IN ANOTHER STATE SO CORIN SAYS ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GET A LETTER SAING EXACTLY WHAT I JUST TOLD YOU BUT THE MANNER IN HOW SHE SAID IT WAS APPALLING AND RUDE NOT TO MENTION BELITTLING . I REMAINED PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE I TOO WORK WITH ALL KINDS OF PEOPLE HOWEVER I ALWAYS REMAIN PROFESSIONAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY. CORIN CONSTANTLY TALKED OVER ME WOULDNT LET OR EVEN UNDERSTAND MY HEALTH CONCERNS. ONCE I REALIZED SHE WANTED AN ARGUMENT I DECIDED I HAD ENOUGH AND JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT THE BUSINESS HOURS WERE. NEXT THING I KNOW SHE SAID SHE DOESNT HAVE TIME FOR THIS (NOT SURE WHAT THAT MEANT) BEING THAT I JUST ASKED IT THAT (LETTER) ALL I NEEDED AND JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE BECAUSE I WAS ON A STRICT TIME FRAME. SHE RAISED HER VOICE TOLD ME REPEATING THE LETTER OVER AND OVER AND HUNG UP. I CALLED BACK ASKED TO SPEAK TO HER AND WAS CONNECTED. I SAID CORIN IM NOT SURE IF YOU REALIZED IT OR NOT BUT YOU HUNG UP ON ME WHILE I WAS STILL TALKING I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT TIME YOU ALL OPEN/CLOSED AGAIN SHE WAS VERY RUDE STATED THAT I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS (NOT SURE WHAT THAT MEANS) IM SO VERY CONFUSED AND FEELINGS HURT BECAUSE MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS UP I DONT HAVE THE MEDS I NEED AND THIS DID BOT HELP. WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY SHE TOLD ME THE HOURS ONCE SHE STOPPED TALKING LONG ENOUGH TO LISTEN THAT ALL I WANTED WAS BUSINESS HOURS SHE THEN TOLD ME THE HOURS AND GUESS WHAT SHE HUNG UP AGAIN THATS 2XS IN LESS THAN A FEW MINUTES. WELL I CALLED BACK AND WAS PUT ON HOLD SHE (CORIN) CAME BACK TO THE PHONE AND I ASKED FOR THE CORPORATE NUMBER THEN SHE VERY NASTILY RUDLY SAID WHO IS THIS, AT THAT POINT WITH MY BLOOD PRESSURE RISING STILL I COULDNT BARE TO GO THROUGH ANY MORE UNNECCSARY CHANGES WITH CORIN THAN I HAD ALREADY GONE THROUGH THIS MORNING SO I HUNG UP. I UNDERSTAND THE DEMOGRAPHICS IN WHICH THIS FACILITY SERVES DRUGS USERS ALCHOLICS ETC.......HOWEVER EVERYONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED FAIRLY JUST BECAUSE YOU NEED AND ASK FOR ASSISTANCE DOESNT MEAN YOU ARE BELOW SOMEONE ELSES STANDARD OR SHOULD FEEL DEGRADED. IM NOT A CONFRNTATIONAL PERSON HOWEVER I DO BELIEVE IN RIGHT IS RIGHT AND WRONG IS WRONG. NOW I HAVE TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM BECAUSE OF CORINS UNPROFESSIONALISM IN MY EYES IN UNACCEPTABLE. I DO HOPE TO HEAR BACK FROM SOMEONE IN CORPORATE FOR I WILL FOLLOW A CHAIN OF COMMANDS UNTIL I HAVE SPOKEN WITH SOMEONE ABOUT THIS MATTER, HOWEVER I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FORM YOU SOON.
