The staff is rude and very slack and has so many excuses of why they can’t do something. I have to call the office several times before someone answer. When you leave a message for a nurse she never call back and you will be calling back several times. The experience as a whole has been terrible and I will not recommend anyone to make this office your primary care. Also they will need to make sick patients wait in the car not in the office. I will be finding another primary care office.

BEWARE...This office is awful!!! They have cost me so much money over this past year by running unnecessary tests. You cannot get through their office line to make an appointment. They will not return any phone calls. They will not even answer a portal question. I met my deductible and they still charged me and said I’ll have to go through the refund process to get my money back. Nurse Lykes gave me the wrong medication that Dr. Williams corrected, but only after three months when my insurance company requested the change. I’m so frustrated to have put my health in the hands of an irresponsible practice.

Dr. Williams is an excellent doctor. She is very thorough and knows her job. She is a good listener and explains what she is doing. The office had some initial growing pains but has worked through them now and she has an excellent staff. I highly recommend her practice.

Dr. Williams and Wendy Lykes are the absolute best medical doctors and practitioners that Ive done business with in a long long time. They are personable, very professional, experts and most of all care about their patients and staff!

Dr. Williams provides excellent care and the office staff are very friendly. The wait time is just too long. I had a 10:15 appointment with the nurse practitioner and I am still waiting at 11:22. Last time I came to the office and had to see the nurse practitioner, I also waited for a ridiculous amount of time and she forgot to call my prescription in to the pharmacy. If the providers could follow in Dr. Williams’ example and they could rectify the wait time, the experience would be totally different.It is now 11:24 and I am leaving having not been seen (with a sore throat, congestion and leaky eye). They can do better.

Here is my honest review of this practice. Please don’t waste your time. There is no way to get in touch with anyone at the actual office. You are sent to an answering service that can only make a note on your chart. It seems extremely disconnected.I have been trying for four days to get my prescription refilled. I have called and had about 10 notes made on my chart without one single phone call returned. This has caused unessesary anxiety because I’m about to go on a trip for 2.5 weeks without medication I need on a daily basis. I’m in disbelief that I’m in this situation with nowhere to get answers or recieve help.

The wait time is just ridiculous. I had a 4 pm appointment and was not seen until 5:30. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
