My actual medical care here was fine. They werent sure what was wrong with me so they sent me to a specialist who solved my issue.My problem is with their service and billing. Months ago I went in because I had been temporarily deafened by an infection. I felt pressured to make an appointment for a physical by the staff. I never received any communication or notification from them again until I just received a bill in the mail for quite a lot of money for not showing up to my appointment.Although they are not required to send a reminder, I had been sick for many weeks at the time and was not in a state of mind to remember an appointment.I have never been to a physician or dentist that did not send reminders, especially in a practice that I imagine regularly takes appointments months in advance. I feel this is a PREDATORY practice.When I called billing to discuss this I was put on hold for 40 minutes until I called back to realize they had forgotten about me. I felt dismissed and not heard.I will not be making this facility my primary care location. I am shocked that a practice wouldnt have an automated system to send reminders like every other doctor Ive ever been to.
Dr. Roland is an excellent doctor! He expressed genuine concern and was interested in my overall health. The staff there was awesome also!
Bloodsuckers. Predatory practices. Avoid at all costs. It wouldnt let me give them zero stars.
