The staff was professional from beginning to end. From the kind woman who checked me in, to the nurse who took my stats to the PA who came and did my exam. The wait in the waiting room was 15 min tops and once I was called back there was a wait of 2 min between the nurse and the PA. Wonderful service. Highly recommend.

Everyone was courteous and helpful. My husband was there for a pre-op Covid test. The nurse who did the test was extremely gentle with my husband who is 85. For the elderly that carries a lot of weight. Thank you for having such a nice person available.

Ive been coming to Maury Regional Urgent Care for many many years and have always had great experiences. The nurses, nurse practitioners and doctors have always been kind and caring and have always taken care of me. Theyre very fast they get me in and out but they still are thorough and make sure to listen to any concerns I may have. Most times when I visit Im in and out within 45 minutes at the most. Theres never a waiting room filled with people, Im usually the only one there. They get me right back I see the doctor or the nurse practitioner and they send me on my way with whatever I need to help me feel better. I couldnt recommend them more. Theyre also open later than most doctors offices so thats a big bonus. I will never go anywhere else for my Urgent health Care needs.

I went there November 2019 with back pain and trouble walking. They blew me off saying I just need to lose weight. So I did lose the weight and my walking not to the point that I can barely do it anymore. I went to a different doctor who just diagnosed me with multiple sclerosis (august 2021). I’m wish the doctors here would have cared even slightly cared. I could have gotten treatment before it got to this horrible point. This place is horrible and the doctors don’t care about patients.

I went into the urgent care office back last Wednesday with some back issues and they got me back quickly and in a timely manner. The nurses and doctors were very professional. They got me taken care of very quickly. They listened and answered all of my questions afterwards. I was back to work this past friday. Thanks for everything.

I wont be going back there. It was Easter Sunday and I felt like a walking snotty coughing machine. I waited in an empty waiting room for 30 minutes. When I finally got called to the back I waited even longer. When the nurse practitioner came in, it felt like she was just trying to get me out the door as fast as possible. She didnt even tell me what was wrong, but said to take Zyrtec, Flonase, and Robitussin. By Tuesday I had gotten worse. My second opinion found that I had an upper respiratory infection. Took four different prescriptions (for different uses) and six days for me to start feeling like myself. Sure am glad I didnt trust allergy meds to cure my infection! Two stars because the intake lady was nice and the building was clean.

Nice people just make sure your referral to another doctors appointment actually exists so you dont wait months for an MRI in excruciating pain only to get told your appointment doesnt exist, sit and spin.

The NP I saw for asthma induced bronchitis ..Shelley Hargrove...was very friendly, and thorough in my exam. I could tell that she truly cared about my well-being. She spent a good amount of time with me, to ensure my health issue was tended to properly, and she did it with a caring, pleasant & positive attitude. That is something that really matters and helps a great deal to sick people who dread going to the doctor. The RN & x-ray tech were also friendly. I cannot leave out the ladies at the front /check-in...I have Always had pleasant experiences with those I encountered, and they seem very caring as well. Thanks to ALL the staff at Maury Regional Urgent Care for what you do!!!

I went to this office this morning. I had been running a low grade fever for 2 days and lost my voice for the first 2 days. The NP said I had some fluid in my ear and took a xray of my lungs and a covid test. Although I am still running a fever and hoarse voice, she would not give me any antibiotics.. and said if Im not better in a couple of days, to go to my regular Doctor. Needless to say I wont go there again.

I felt like the doctor and his helper rushed things. The nurse who took my vitals was the only one who seemed to care. They told me I just had a cold and drainage was what was making me cough uncontrollably. They didnt seem concerned with my body aches. They prescribed me an inhaler and nasal spray. Also took a flu test and it was negative. Overnight I had a fever and my breathing was limited...my body aches were awful. I went to my primary care the next day still failed flu test but he diagnosed by symptoms. Turned out I had the flu and pneumonia. A word of advice...those flu tests are bit very accurate Ive learned. Please pay more attention to what the patient is telling you. Thanks to my wonderful primary care doctor with the help of steroids and antibiotics Im finally starting to feel better.

My mother came in yesterday with some sinus pressure type symptoms, headache, sore throat, and feeling as though she had ear drainage and some pressure in her lower back.. She was wrote a prescription for antibiotics for an UTI (lower back pain cause). However, literally ONLY was tested for covid-19. Now, by all means test each individual based upon symptoms in regards to Covid due to how quickly it is spreading. However, since when do you go in with these particular symptoms and literally are not tested for strep, flu, ear infection etc in order to rule out the other sicknesses we have had for years before strictly jumping straight to and ONLY a covid test? This makes zero sense to me. Instead you’re testing patients for ONE thing and sending them on their way with an estimated test result time?? Obviously following protocol in regards to ruling out other obvious, more common sicknesses has now just flown out the door as if they’re no longer a thing.. interesting.. Anyone care to advise the logic behind this?

I have had three good experiences with this walk in clinic to be treated for bronchitis, a sinus infection, and to get my wrist xray when I fell over the weekend and thought it was broken. Each visit I was seen quickly and treated with respect. The staff were knowledgeable and able to prescribe antibiotics for treatment. Love that I dont have to miss work to seek treatment. Thank you!

Horrible! Do not take your child there for chest pain or shortness of breath. I went to this place initially because my son’s symptoms were not severe enough to go straight to the ER. But after an hour of waiting, he got extremely worse. They will not ask you what the symptoms are, they will make you wait over 20 minutes to even be registered. During registration, they tell you to sign 2 documents and collect your copay... make you wait another 25-30 minutes and call other patients ahead of you. My son ended up being admitted to the hospital and stayed for 2 days. Could have been avoided if their staff would pay attention instead of discussing taco and guacamole recipes at the front counter. Never going back to urgent care.

I hate going to the doctor. It usually consists of hours of waiting, rude greetings and doctors who dont listen to what youre saying because they assume you dont know what youre talking about. However, this experience was nothing like that.I came in, was greeted by Candy, and seen within thirty minutes. Candy was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the RN who saw me listened attentively and treated me with care and concern. It was a fast process and inexpensive. Id recommend this urgent care to anyone.

My family has been there many times. We have had great service each time. Mane we have just been lucky but we never have to wait very long. If you have an infant or very small child I would recommend Vanderbilt Childrens Walk-In in Spring Hill. They know dosaging and childhood issues better but for an older child or adult Urgent Care is really great!

Went in today, have sore/irritated throat for a week, can hardly eat/drink/swallow, slight fever off/on. Nurse went to do Strep test, swabbed my mouth instead of my throat. Dr or whoever came in about 1 minute later, looked at my ears, throat and listened to my lungs, went out. About 1 minute later, came in and announced Strep test was negative (of course, that test takes at least 5 minutes, not 2, and Strep is in the throat, not the mouth), says I do have an infection of some sort, but wont give antibiotics. Says if I get worse, come back in...how much worse than can barely swallow even LIQUIDS?!? I will NEVER return there!

I went on Sunday after feeling bad the previous week. The doctor( Meeker)??said I had fluid on my ear but did not need antibiotics. He said steroids were very bad for people and he did not have the answers. If he did everyone would have them. He proceed to ask me what I had in mind when I came in. I just want to feel better!!! He told me to get a decongestion over the counter. I still have fluid in my ears and they hurt. What a waste of $25!!!!!

A couple weeks ago my boyfriend was very sick...had diarrhea , vomiting and a low grade fever...it started on a sat so no doctors were open... On Tuesday he finally agreed to go get checked out when he was so weak and dehydrated .... We looked online at the urgent care and walk in clinics in our area and decided on First Stop... We arrived when they opened and he was seen right away...the nurse , Vicki, was very nice and very concerned...Dannylu , the NP, checked him over and decided he had some type of virus...she ordered blood work and some iv fluids...while the iv fluids were being pumped into him the nurse and the NP came in often to check on him and make sure he was feeling ok... We could not have asked for better service...they were amazing !!! I would definitely recommend First Stop Urgent care to ANYONE !!!

Wish I could give less than one star. Incredibly unprofessional and flat out rude. Not even sure if I spoke with a doctor or nurse, but definitely broke hippa laws when the person in black scrubs with short blonde hair working the evening shift demanded what we were there for in the check in area/lobby. We asked for a room to discuss personal information and not in front of the receptionist/check in employee. We were denied a room with a huff saying , well is there even anyone out in the waiting room? There was at least one person on the waiting room before we were called. We were also dealing with a life or death situation so Im mind blown from this experience. Will NEVER step foot back inside this urgent care. Dont waste your time.

My wife went in with a dog bite on her arm. They gave her a tetanus shot and a script for anti-biotics. All of that went well but then they told her, Make sure when you get home you dress the wound.... sooooo dressing the wound is apparently something they dont do at this clinic. They didnt even give her some bandaids. They just sent her back into the world with an open wound on her arm.
