I arrived 7 minutes late to my appointment because the address was wrong online and they had just relocated. Dr. Williams personally turned me away. It took me three months to get that appointment.

First of all, notice that Amy Braddocks only review above a 1 on Google is her husband, NOT a patient. I waited for months for an appointment with this person, and she cancelled on me the same day my appointment was for. I had to see a different physician because I needed that appointment that day. Today I was supposed to have an appointment with her for my check up and well woman exam, for the appointment she cancelled and rescheduled, and she informed me that she couldn’t because this appointment was to establish care. This was after her office called me TWICE yesterday asking to reschedule, and I told them no. I used to see her some years ago and she didn’t remember me. I liked her then, but I guess I just didn’t know her that well. She had a very poor character today, and acted as though she didnt want to do the following appointment. I went through with the appointment today only to establish care with that clinic, so I did not have to continue to pay exorbitant amounts for urgent care or an ER. Keep in mind that my son had a check up with a different doctor at the same facility, didn’t have to wait months, and didn’t have to have an extra appointment to establish care before a check up. I thought that perhaps she is worth waiting for, but no, she is not. But anyway, this is for sure, she doesn’t care about her patients in my opinion or respect their time.
