Provider was very effective and helpful. Great bedside manner. Did not rush through consultation and send over my Rx fast. Will definitely go back. Just wish they would improve wait times.

Positive experience!This was my first time to this location, and I found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. I commute to Columbia and my appointment was ready while I was still on the road (I did online check in). The staff automatically rescheduled my appointment to prevent it from dropping out of the system. When I arrived, my appointment was moved back up so I could be seen. I was also provided with recommendations on where to pick up my prescriptions since I dont usually fill them in Columbia.FNP Sherry was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Three qualities I look for in a medical provider and not always easy to find. She did a full exam, asked all the right questions, and listened to the reason for my visit.I spent about a 1/2-hour at the office, which included updating my paperwork. While I wish I didnt have to make the visit, I was very pleased with my experience and will return to this location in the future.

It took a total of (no more than) 30 min for me to check in (I reserved my spot online) and be seen. The NP came right in, asked me some questions about my symptoms, gave me a thorough explanation of what she thought it was and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I may have had. There are some Drs Care that are located closer to my home, but I will happily drive a little farther to go to this location. I was very pleased with the service and amount of time it took for me to be seen.

Parking is tough when you are sick and dont want to walk far but otherwise they were quick, nice and efficient. They also followed up with me a few days later to see if I was improving.

I arrived at 7:15 for a walk-in appointment and was in the office for around 20 minutes total-paperwork, wait time, and doctor visit all within that time span. Dr. Sherry was great! She diagnosed my illness quickly and and prescribed medication that was filled within the hour. Great experience!

Was able to make the appointment online for the same afternoon. Was sent a text on when to show up. Location was easy to find and get to. Wait time was almost nothing. Employees were super helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

I love this Doctors Care! I have been here a few times and my wait time was short each visit. The doctors are very nice. And Patrice is the best nurse! She was very quick and gentle for all the testing I needed done.

I have enjoyed my experience at other Doctors Care locations, but this was completely different. The receptionist, nurse, and NP were all unbelievably rude. I went in for a diagnosis and got a LECTURE on why I didnt come in sooner instead (which left me feeling confused and even more concerned than I was before visiting). I can honestly say that I regret all the time and money that I spent at this location. I dont even write reviews. This is my first one. Please do better, Doctors Care.

Came in with an already diagnosed broken arm the dr didn’t have the technology to read the x rays, provide x rays or even put a hard cast on my arm. The Dr didn’t provide a referral and sent me on the way telling me to call and schedule an appt else where. Then has the NERVE to charge 116$ for what I might ask? To sit in the waiting room for over an hour for less than five mins. If I could post zero stars I would

Its geographically close. The staff is nice and the facilities are new but the wait time on both the times Ive been there have been super long. I even did the online scheduling. It took almost 2 hours to get a strep and flu test for my daughter...

The provider there Mrs. Sherry is great. The staff is amazing and great location.

I made an appointment at seven ten this morning, and called half an hour later to make sure it went through. I was told that there were four people ahead of me. When I asked about a general time frame to report back to my boss, I was rather rudely told that I would get a text. Two hours later and no response, I call back to find out that Im not on the list. They skipped my appointment and now I have to wait even longer. Unacceptable customer service and lackadaisical staff. If I wasnt desperate for medications I wouldnt bother.

Great staff and wonderful timing I was called within between 30 mins to an hr . Real fast and accurate. I love the staff here they are efficient and fast.

I checked in online and still had to wait a while once I got in. However, once I got back to see the doctor, they worked me up and addressed my symptoms in a timely fashion.

I was able to check-in online and walk right in. The staff and Dr. were all super friendly and I was out within an hour! You can even get free coffee! 😁

Lady at the front desk was beyond rude.. waited just to go to my waiting room for over an hour after i already checked in online and was told my room was ready. last doctor I saw there called my meds in no problem. Apparently this one could not. Was stuck 4 times and could not get blood. Never had this problem at any other doctors office. Will never go back here again.

I love Doctors Care. Everyone there is alway so friendly.

The receptionist was very dry and unwelcoming. But my biggest problem was the doctor who saw me. She acted like I was an inconvenience the whole time, and made me fell like she wasnt taking what I came in for serious. I could tell that she thought the problem was me being pregnant, but when the results came back negative, she just came in the room, said your results were negative, and told me I could leave. I had blood drawn and I asked if she could check my sugar levels, and she made it seem like, yet again, this was an inconvenience. Asked if I could have a statement to take back to work, and she told me I could get one from the receptionist-which who just gave me my check out papers, and told me to use that! Why would I give me employer papers that have my private medical information on it?!? So all in all, I came here to get bad service and to leave more confused as to whats wrong with me then going in. A customer service seminar is well needed in this place. WILL NOT WASTE MY TIME GOING HERE AGAIN!

I visited this doctors care last week and submitted a review of my experience with no response, so I’m going to share it here. I suggest avoiding this office! I regularly use the Forest Drive or West Columbia offices and have always had pleasant experiences. Last week when I had the flu, this office was closest to my house and I could not drive myself across town to the Forest Drive Office with the Flu so I checked in online and arrived once I received my text message to do so. The receptionists were bickering and raising their voices with each other the entire time I sat in the waiting room (about 30 minutes). They were fighting about the proper way to I put patients into the waiting systems to be seen, and while they seemed to see no problem with raising their voices with one another it made me very uncomfortable. The doctor who saw me and nurses who took my vitals were all very nice and professional, but the front desk staff made the experience very anxiety inducing and uncomfortable. The front staff also did not write the correct dates on my “return to work/ school” letter as requested by the PA which caused a lot of trouble for me later. Next time I will drive across town with the fever instead of going to this office.
