Had to call about a billing issue with Roxanne... not only is it a challenge to get someone there to even answer the phone but she was absolutely NOT willing to help with the situation I had and literally pawned me off to someone else. And guess what, they didn’t answer the phone and back to square one. This continued as an absolute run around with them, the testing facility and my insurance. If only they wanted to do their job. Will definitely be going to a different doctor.
