Most of my experiences with eye doctors has been sub par. The last pair of glasses I had constantly gave me a headache and just didn’t fit right, and the glasses I wore before that were similar. My girlfriend suggested vista vision and I couldn’t be happier. I got a pair of designer frames with transitions for under 100 dollars on my copay, the staff was kind and efficient and best of all I dont feel remotely uncomfortable wearing the glasses. I partly wonder if before I was over prescribed in the past but regardless this was a great experience.

The doctor answered all of my questions thoroughly. She provided additional information and education on things I need to consider as I continue to age.

My daughters needed an eye exam and this would have been their first one outside of what their pediatrician conducts on their well visits. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the rapport Dr. Cartledge built with my girls. She made them feel extremely comfortable especially with it being their first time at an eye doctor. We will continue to support this business and will recommend it to our friends and family. The desk staff made me feel very comfortable and Dr. Kendria made me feel at ease with her bedside manners, professionalism, and her caring disposition. I get very anxious at the doctor but they truly tried to make me feel at ease!

They get a one star because the lady at the front desk, Jodie...she is very nasty and unprofessional. I will be reporting her. I have never been to an office where staff have been so rude and just disrespectful and again....UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never go back.

Dr. Kendria Cartledge is great.😀However, the optician has no bedside manners and the front desk staff are incompetent.High turnover at front desk, since Dr. Clarkson retired.
