Dr Jennings’s is very exceptional to me . Especially working on my glaucoma. Question are ask and are answered where I can understand. Dr Jennings’s and his staff makes you feel comfortable.

My second time going to the eye doctor since my vision has changed and every time I’ve had a great experience but this particular time Dr.Jennings possibly saved my vision by noticing a pressure in my eye and set me up right away to get taken care of! I’m very thankful for him and his crew!

My entire family uses this office and we could not be more pleased. During this pandemic they squeezed my husband in when he needed contacts even though he wasn’t a prior pt, but he is now. The exam was very thorough with many explanations about the health of my eyes. The different tests taken to assess eye quality were unique and fun! My family and I have been going to Jennings Eye Associates for years now. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, Dr. Jennings is extremely knowledgeable and helpful too. A few years ago, I found out I had two ulcers in my eye and Dr. Jennings took me in right away and started me on the proper medication to prevent further damage. I cant stress enough how great this place is, I recommend it to all my friends.

Ive been going to Jennings for a few years now and have always received excellent service. When I had an experience with dry eyes (I have lupus), Dr. Jennings fit me in and treated my symptoms. He also communicates with my rheumatologist, which I appreciate. He and his staff have always been courteous and professional.

I had a poor experience with an eye appointment at Dr. Jennings office today. Dr. Jennings was very curt and unprofessional. I have a medical condition that prevented me from properly completing one the tests for the exam. When I tried to explain this to him he was not understanding and acted like I was just being difficult. He said that he had never had anyone have difficulty with that test. At one point he had an outburst and told me not to interrupt him. I received no apology.I did not know Dr. Jennings was a member of the military until reading another review which makes me even more surprised that he treated me in this way. I am a service member was there for a military checkup.Dr. Jennings behavior is no reflection on his staff though. They were extremely courteous and professional.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at any medical office. I was given 3 different prescriptions for contacts, each of them made me see progressively worse that the one before. Dr Jennings was inefficient, unprofessional and incourteous and so was his staff. Even with my insurance copay I paid 70$ for my exam which went down the drain as his prescription made me see worse. I finally went to another optometrist who have me the correct prescription. Will never recommend his office to anyone. I did not get my money refunded and had t pay out of pocket for the optometrists exam at the other office since my insurance only covered one exam for contacts per year. His appointments were a total waste of my time, money and energy. Pathetic experience.
