Excellent service all around. The whole staff is extremely nice and efficient. No surprise charges; everything was explained with detail. Dr. Kramer is just incredible. He really takes the time to make you feel welcome and comfortable, and explains the exams thoroughly. My family will definitely go back for yearly exams.

Dr. Kramer is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He has a good sense of humor and makes you feel super comfortable during your visit. He even makes an effort to actually get to know you. Even half a star is too much of a good review. This place will do their best to scam you and not even try to run your insurance. They charge a “global fee” of anywhere from $180-$250 that is NOT covered by insurance. They don’t tell you this until after the appointment. When they were confronted about it, they stumbled and back tracked on their words. AVOID THIS PLACE and save yourself the headache.

Also he told me the potential problems that I should pay attention and be alert. He also helped me correct many misunderstandings about vision and eye health. Over the course of several encounters with Dr. Kramer and his staff -- regular eye exams, a frame adjustment, an urgent visit related to an eye issue and more -- I have had consistently positive experiences. The staff are professional and caring, and Dr. Kramer is extremely thorough and thoughtful in his evaluations and recommendations. He always takes all the time needed to listen to my issues -- I have never once felt that he jumped to a conclusion without carefully listening to my input and my wishes. He is always quick to offer alternatives so that I can make the choice that I believe will suit me the best. Its easy to get to Dr. Kramers office, parking is ample and his office is spacious and comfortable. There are a great selection of frames to choose from, and his staff are expert in making suggestions, taking measurements and, when the frames arrive, fitting them precisely. Five stars, two thumbs up -- however you want to put it, I am completely satisfied with Dr. Kramer and his staff. I highly recommend them.

I accidentally scratched my eye and was in excruciating pain. Plus I was new in town and didnt have an established optometrist. I just happened to call Dr. Kramers office because it was close to where I live and Im so glad I did. Everyone was so nice to me and they got me in within an hour of my calling. Plus, I had an insurance problem they helped me with so I could be seen. Dr. Kramer was extremely kind and explained everything to me and got me the relief I needed. I cannot thank them enough.
