I went to this location in June 2016. I received my contact eye exam and paid the $50 fee. The doctor put in the order for trial lenses and when the Walmart side of the business did the ordering, the older gentleman was off by 1 number on my prescription. So when the trials came in, they were wrong. So the eye doc put in another order, and someone else ordered the lenses. But they did not come in by the time I needed them by. I had over a month before I had to leave the country, and because of the mess up, I did not receive them in time. So the Eye doc gave me the prescription and I ordered them myself. Then I was billed for the fitting of the contact lenses that were wrong, and since employees on the Walmart side messed them up I am still being billed for the fitting, even though they were ordered and the prescription was not right. I called and asked to dispute this charge since I was charged for something that was incorrect on Walmart part, but S&S eye care claimed that they are not affiliated with Walmart so therefore they would not drop the fitting fee, even though they were ordered and were ordered wrong!!! I understand it was a simple mistake, but I am the one having to pay a fee even though someone else messed up. Now I am being contacted to pay off the debt or it will be sent to collections!!!
