The doctors were nice and thorough, but the front desk was horrible and rude. Not only do they charge way too much for glasses, but they are cheaply made. The nose pieces and anti glare came off not even a few months after receiving the glasses. I was promised a warranty so took my glasses back and was promised they would order them and have them ready for me. I called every day for nearly a month promising they would order the replacement pair of no charge and call me when they were ready. Every time I called them they told me they hadnt gotten them in yet but would let me know. They never did. It was the same runaround for months. I called back again and was told they could no longer honor the warranty and no longer carried that brand of glasses. Instead, they suggested I could order a new pair but would be charged for them. I told them to forget it and took my business elsewhere. The doctors are nice and knowledgeable, but it is definitely not worth the headache of dealing with the unhelpful, unprofessional front desk staff.

The staff is awesome. Dr. Cord Linville was great. He brought me in a couple extra times to make sure my prescription was the best for me at no extra cost. My first box was defective and he ordered new boxes without hesitation and charged me nothing. Highly recommend.

Dr. Webster was able to solve my eye problem when no other doctor in town had the knowledge or expertise to help. She is experienced, professional, and caring. I highly recommend her!

I have gone to In Vision Eye Care for a few years now and Dr. Webster is great! They carry a wide array of glasses brands as well. The staff are expedient and friendly too!

Promised a refund when glasses didnt work out but then would not honor her promise. beware.
