I can not stress enough how much I LOVE this place!! I made an appointment today and got there 40 minutes early because it was my first time. The ladies were so friendly and welcoming! I willRecommend this place to everyone! I’m 20 and never been to an appointment without my mom helping and they helped me get everything done and answered all of my questions.

Recently had an eye exam and purchased glasses with Dickerson eye care center. I highly recommend them for all your eye care needs. Excellent service,exceptional follow up and care. Staff is top knotch.

The experience at Dickerson Eye Care is remarkable. Dr. Dickerson is very knowledgeable & explains everything thoroughly. He takes his time to ensure the best care for me & my family. The staff is always courteous & friendly. I hate choosing a new frame, but they have a wide variety to choose from & the staff makes it fun. Their prices are reasonable & the wait time is minimal. Ive been a patient of Dr. Dickersons for ten years or more and I am totally pleased with his service. He listens to any problems you might be having and makes adjustments according to your particular needs. His staff is very efficient, accommodating, and dedicated.

I have been using Dickerson Eye Care since High School. The only times I didnt get glasses from Dickerson Eye Care was when I was getting glasses from the military. I feel I receive more personalized attention whenever I go to Dickerson Eye Care for my vision needs.

I puchased a PLASTIC Pair of Glasses & 6 months of contact lenses, I was charged ($809) or rather my insurance company was! Ive had the same Vision Ins for many years, & when my other Eye Dr quite accepting it, (Dr Terry Hendrickson) who by the way has always been great as well as his staff! Ive got a $10.00 ded. On a eye exam.... I called Dr. Dickersons office & asked if thy accept this Ins. I was told Yes, well I set up a exam for my entire family including my parents (who does not have Vision Ins.) After my exam I decided I w/get some new frames, as I was trying them on, I wasnt aware that thy were childs glass, b/c the arms barely come over the top of the ear, all staff raved how good thy look, so I got them & purchased my contacts....I was only going to get 2 months to try, But was told if I bought 6 months worth, Id get a $145 Rebate, & was given the paperwork! I asked several times how should I go abt this rebate? Online or mail? I was told to mail copies of everythg in! Which I did, & after a couple -three months looking for all the info I sent in on July, I called abt the rebate, I was told it was denied for reason - The eye exam did not fall in the appropriate months (May was when I had my eye exam), & it was July-Dec....Either the front office women tried & did pull the wool over my eyes just to get me to buy more contacts .......This topped it off for me! After me/Ins Company getting billed for ($809) my husband billed ($149.00) , & my sons eye exam billed for( $149)....... I was furious, but paid the bills & left! I had never paid 2 difft eye exams at one sitting for myself! I was told one was for contacts exam, & one for glasses!To top all this I had to carry the plastic child size frames back 6 x in the first month, the 2nd month after seeing nothing was being done even after I tokd them that the problem was the screw kept easing out & it was causing one of the arms to spread out so far, tht with in 2-3 min of wearing them thy w/fall off my face, I asked 2-3 that helped me at difft times abt sending them off or repairing the glasses? I was told Its the frame I PICKED OUT, PLASTIC FRAMES STRETCH, I was then told, I would have to just cone back periodically to get them adjusted, I said Really, Every Day? The girl did not like the comment (dont recall her name but she wears the BIG BLACK CAT EYE GLASSES)!Each time I got them Adjusted, as soon as thy handed them to me they looked great, so the last time, I put them on, & she went in the back, I was still standing there w: someone came in behind me, & she ignored me, but I stood there until she was done w/the other person, & I said, here are my glasses, thy were laying on counter, she looked at me (w/not a happy face), I said I put them on, & pulled them off and thy are exactly like thy were w/bring them in 3x a week -everytime im in town!!! She said I was stretching them, & so on..... so I knew then I wasnt gonna get anythg done with them & thy are still in the same drawer i put them in when I left that Day! As much $ as my Ins Company & I had to pay, for this mess, its a rip off! One good thing, I had some great lenses that I have had 4 yrs now that I got from Terry H. & thy are still in great shape! The reason Im just now leaving this comment which was back from May,June, is b/c of being intentionally lied to abt the rebate! I just found out why I didnt get it, & was told that the women in the office that are trying to push ppl into buying more contacts, etc ..... Need to actually read the original papers! I seen her look over them and she wrote down the web site, & gave me the paperwork (copies of how many boxes of contacts I purchased, Amt I pd for them), then I find out Im not getting these b/c of the date I purchased them!Lastly, Im gonna say I politely told the same girl w/the cat eye glasses, tht my mom has Alzheimers, & I needed to be the one to help her pick out the glasses b/c thy have no ins at all (vision), & never have! So,when I came from bk my dad was paying for their bill-want to guess the price thy pd? ($1,459)!
