My granddaughter needed glasses as shes visiting from Florida. Everyone was so nice! Eye exam on Wednesday and had the glasses on Friday. Im going to take them my prescription and get my progressives.

Everyone was nice and all explained very well what they were doing and the purpose for it. They answered all my questions or found someone who was better suited to answer it. Check in and check out were very smooth and the wait after checking in was very short. Plus they didnt mind my weird sense of humor. All in all a great experience.

Everyone is so friendly and caring. Dr Gebhardt cares about my comfort and speaks in a soft informative voice. Im glad I found this office.

So easy to work with. Missed my scheduled appointment due to covid and was on my last pair of contacts that would need to be replaced before they could get me in. They ordered me trail pairs to get me by. Staff is very friendly and accommodating Highly recommend

I had an eye exam last Friday and I was in and out. They’re customer service is phenomenal! I definitely recommend this location! I tried scheduling an exam with the other location and seeing that there are only two locations I was hoping to be able to get into one of them. I’ve been without my glasses for about 8 months and this location reassured me that they would provide the best service they could and THEY DID. Hope was really nice and very swift in getting my exam finished and getting my new frames shipped out to their store ASAP.

Super friendly and helpful staff! I knew a general idea of what frames I wanted and they went above and beyond helping me find the right size and frame and I ended up ordering through them since they didn’t have the color I wanted in stock. They were understanding and extremely helpful. 10/10

Absolutely a excellent choice for your eye care! Office is clean, employees are pleasant and professional; the doc was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Answered all my questions, explained what she was doing and why every step of the way.When picking out frames... I was asked if I wanted assistance. They didn’t bug me every min and a half, but were available pronto when I was ready to make a decision and ask for advice.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to take care of their eyes!

The entire staff is great, especially Paige. She is wonderful with my daughter during her exam & of course Dr. Gerhardt is very patient & professional. She always answers any questions we have in a way that my 8 yr old understands. She is Amazing!!

The doctors are really nice and they got me in and out, very safe and sanitized as well.

Terrible service. I’ve been going there for over 3 years and they have failed to call me when glasses were ready; failed to notify me that they had cancelled my appointment then wanted me to wait months to reschedule; had me wait over an hour and only rescheduled when I insisted, yet made me reschedule when I was late to arrive by 15 minutes. Would not recommend.

My five year old daughter had an appointment here but we weren’t allowed to come in if she didn’t wear a mask. She has asthma and can’t breathe properly with a mask on. It’s just crazy they said she can’t come in without one no matter what when so many businesses in town are allowing people in without one with no breathing problems. Way to show you care about your patients.

Belinda and Dr. Gerhardt took very good care of me. It was my first time having an eye exam in 6 years and I went with contact lenses. They were super helpful in helping me to understand the lenses and how to wear them, and my doctor explained my eye health in a way that I could understand. I had absolutely no waiting room time! Very good place for a pretty good price. Good people!

The staff did a great job explaining the procedures to me. I dont like the eye doctor much, especially when they dilate your eyes, (which they dont have to anymore with new technology) and the pressure test is so much better too! No more uncomfortable puff of air, just a blue light probe. They made the experience very enjoyable, and even helped me pick out my frames.

Service was beyond wonderful. They’re more than willing you work with you financially and do it with a smile 😊

Waited 2 weeks to be seen for what I would constitutean eye medical urgency not emergency. Then for my noon appointment was called at 5:06pm the day before and told they had to cancel and I would have to wait another 2 weeks. Kim, the receptionist, hung up on me twice while I was speaking to her. Cant comment on the doctors because I never saw them but the companys lack of care, compassion, availability, and service on the front end has guaranteed neither I nor my family will be patients there.

Dr. Gerhardt was very competent, professional, and very patient. She went above and beyond to help me get just the right contacts prescription for my eyes.

OVERALL SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL. GOD BLESS. .

I have a family member who is diabetic and has wet AMD. They work at a hospital so its important they have glasses that work for their eyes as they change a little bit more than others as well as the lives that depend on them because of where they work. This family member has had their glasses sent back twice because they did not pass certification. Its been more than 15 business days and theyre still not ready yet. I just spoke with them and they have no guarantees on how long it will take and no discounts for taking as long as they want.

I made and appointment with Clarkston eye care… BIG mistake. I ordered contacts and glasses. Both the contacts and glasses were awful, could not see a foot in front of me. I do admit that my prescription may be hard to manage for some doctors, but the manager there was not willing to work with me through this process. I asked for a refund on my glasses, they said they would send me a check in the mail, I also asked for a refund for the appointment, $75.00, they said they could not do that. I explained to them that I still need a prescription, contacts, and glasses, because they could not get my prescription right I would have to go somewhere else and once again pay that $75.00 (ish) to get an exam. The manager said there was nothing he could do. Which is complete BS. I wasn’t thrilled that I paid these people and received NOTHING! I do not believe a refund is asking allot, it actually seems pretty fair to me. I asked the manager if I could speak with someone above him, he told me no, that there was no one “above him”. Let’s not play games Mr. Manager… you have a boss. After a lovely conversation he said he would contact his management and get back with me. He got back with me 2 weeks later, and said there’s is nothing he can do to help me. I am still waiting on my THANK YOU CARD from this facility for my $75.00 donation I made…. Complete BS. Yes I still want my money back, if it isn’t obvious.

I just want to say AMAZING! I have a 4 year old daughter with developmental disabilities and a fear of doctors and such. The staff was more than warm and caring, they went the extra mile to make sure my daughter was able to bee seen and get the glasses she needs. They never once became irritated with her crying and screaming and persistent fighting and were calm with her the entire time. By the end she realized they were not going to hurt her and had a great time trying on glasses. I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for going the extra mile to help my daughter! I will be switching my older daughter over to Clarkson Eyecare as well.

I only give this place two stars because the doctor was friendly. All the other staff were rude, and continuously disregarded anything you said. They lied to me the first time and claimed my insurance required certain additions to my glasses, which I only discovered was false because I called them myself afterwards. They refused to bill both insurances, and kept insisting I get additional options on my glasses. Not to mention their bad attitudes. Ill never come here again, and Im sad people like this get jobs over friendlier folks.

I work with children with visual impairments who may have multiple disabilities. I referred a family to this location and on the day of the appointment I was bombarded by the eye care professional. She basically told me in so many words that she is not used to working with 4 year olds, she would not be able to help, and that the patient needs to be seen by someone else other than herself. The whole exchange was so unprofessional as the other location in town (which is where I generally refer children too) was able to help a non verbal child. I tried to explain to her that we just are concerned about her glasses prescription but she said that she couldnt help with that either, but she would try. I wouldnt believe all this went down if someone told me except I was there. And when I asked to speak to someone to make a complaint, to be given a number of the actual corporation the staff kept directing me to the receptionist. It should come as no surprise that there office was empty. I found the eye care specialist cold, unprofessional, nervous, and particularly uneducated. It is a wonder to me why she practices when she is unable to help children. Which is a service they offer. I was lied to multiple times. When I asked why she waited to inform us of her concerns the day of the appointment. She said they dont make their own appointments even though I called the office directly and they have previously seen the child. This place is a cluster of rude weird people discriminating against a child because of her disability. There solution was to move the appointment across town to their other location where they are tolerant of all people no matter their age or ability. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this quack of job location!

Not their client, but needed current eyewear checked for correct script. They checked out my glasses and adjusted them for me quickly and free of change.
