The optometrist performed my eye exam with speed, thoroughness, and discussed the exam informatively. The office staff was unique in friendliness and searched for ways to save me money. [Who doesnt like that...right!?!?]

Staff are incredibly friendly & knowledgeable. I appreciate the company’s respect for personal choice & freedom to mask or not & to vaccinate or not. These days, that’s becoming increasingly rare. I definitely recommend this business and especially my Columbia, MO location for great staff and a great price (we don’t have insurance-so that’s a big deal!).

It was great to be able to come in and express my concerns about my current contact lenses. I felt listened to and understood.

Everything went very well. The optometrist who did my exam was great(had a great sense of humor) and the customer service rep that handled my initial appointment and transaction were all very helpful and professional. The only part I would’ve appreciated is knowing ahead of time how expensive it was going to be to purchase progressive lenses and contacts. That would’ve led me ask questions about how much I really needed to get them or if I could hold off on getting them at a later time. Didn’t find out how much they were going to cost until after I had picked out my frames and began to make my purchase.

Pleasant and helpful staff. The doctor was efficient, knowledgeable and provided excellent and calming service as I have anxiety about my appointments.

From the friendly greeting from Greg when I walked in the door, to the Eye Dr. who was great to Meghan the general manager who helped me pick out my glasses and Sunglasses- these people practice superior customer service plus glasses with lots of selections to choose from and excellent prices! I would highly recommend them!

The staff was all super nice! The waiting area was clean. They cleaned the equipment really well between patients. They explained everything so I understood. Will definitely go back for my routine eye exams!

Dr. Bell was very pleasant and helpful, and he was very willing to explain and answer all of my questions. I appreciated his recommendations and overall attitude in the exam room. Fiori was OUTSTANDING!! After finishing my exam, she was patient and extremely helpful while making decisions regarding the purchase of my first pair of glasses and all the included features. She was juggling a few clients at one time and still made each of us feel cared for. I appreciate her so much! I highly recommend this location. Kudos to a great team!

The staff was kind, effecient, and exhibited the necessary precautions in light of the pandemic. The doctor was amazing and took the extra time to help me finally see clearly out of my right eye. For 32 years Ive lived with a diminished eyesight because the doctors never took the time to find out what exactly was wrong with my right eye. Thank you Doctor David S. Bell O.D.!!!

Everyone was so helpful! Not to mention they helped find a fresh look for me, and made sure they fit my face shape perfectly. Doctor Wilson took time as well to make sure my script was just perfect.

It was very nice for everything. It was smooth to transit from the eye check up to look for the perfect glasses. Liz, the Eyewear Consultant, was very helpful and objective to my opinion and my style. Another staff was helping me during the process to pick the right effect of the lenses as well. My husband had an experience with this company before and he came in the store and within the day he got a brand-new pair of glasses. In my case, not so fast. So I guess my expectation was very high. Mine will be ready in 14 days so I was a bit disappointed but perhaps its because my lenses have anti-glare, yellow tinted, and etc. Overall, its definitely a great place.

Please note this review is for the Dr I was actually seen by, Dr. David Bell. I will never see Dr. Bell again! I am still in shock at how this appointment went. Dr Bell was very rude and condescending! I even had to point out his rudeness to him at one point as he kept talking over me when I was trying to explain to him my (very simple yes/no) question - that he asked me to explain. And instead of simply apologizing for his rudeness, his excuse was that he and I think differently. He flat out told me that he does not care about rudeness. I understand he is the Dr and I was the patient, but at the end of the day, I am still the CUSTOMER! His other excuse for being rude is because as he put it his time is important! As if MINE is not! I left my VERY important job to go to this eye appointment and there was a point during this appt that I even told him, I would cancel with him and see another Dr because I could not believe how I was being treated. I ended up just putting up with his rudeness to get through the appt since I was already halfway through it. But I will never see this Dr again! And btw, I had made my appt with Dr Iwai, not Bell! When I asked Dr Bell about this, his response was that the front messed up on my appt (so I was basically stuck with him). I will be placing a formal complaint as I would never want another customer to have this type of experience. Im still trying to process what happened! I have seen Dr. Iwai in the past, and he is great. I was not given the option to select the Dr for this review unfortunately, as my Appt was supposed to be with Dr. Iwai.

Staff & OD were amazing, professional, caring. Could not have gotten a better experience! We will be back!

Super slow. Took over an hour and half for a eye exam. Never going back.

Dr. Prewitt was very friendly and professional. The staff in the store were equally so. I always enjoy my eye exam experience at the Columbia Mall location--even with the eye puffy exam. :)

Dr was super easy to talk to and informative Other than that, the rest of my visit was horrible.The girl out front lied to me and totally tried to rip me off.
