Dr. Lam was extremely patient and kind with my father who has Parkinson’s and dementia. Having seen many different doctors in different specialties with my father’s complicated medical history, we consider ourselves fortunate whenever we find any doctor with excellent bedside manner, as they seem to be rare. Dr Lam made us feel comfortable and at ease from the get-go. We will refer others to her whenever possible!

First eye doctor to determine I had astigmatism! Very thorough and gave me advice on all my concerns. I can’t wait to get my glasses. So many frames to choose from. That was the hardest part!

Dr. Lam is a pro. Shes friendly and set my 10-year-old daughter at ease. With a smile, Dr. Lam has the rare ability to connect with kids and adults alike. It is clear that she loves what she does. She patiently takes the time to explain each stage of the exam and keeps the whole process moving along. We would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Lam was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient getting me in and out of my eye exam. She walked me though the entire process and was very patient with me when trying to determine which lens I saw better in. Was not a huge fan of the Target Optical shop, who said they couldnt measure my pupillary distance without a purchase, but Im guessing its just a sales tactic. I just was able to call the place that I got my old glasses to get that though. Overall, would highly recommend Dr. Lam!

This is the best optical store I have been to. The wait is never long, the staff is very pleasant. Dr. Lam is great. She takes her time and explains everything.

Dr Kien Lam was very nice and professional she made me feel very comfortable as soon as she took me back I will be coming back to her for my future exams and I will recommend her to friends and family.

Dr. Lam was friendly, efficient and helpful. She educated me about symptoms to watch out for due to my poor near-sightedness, and gave me samples for contact and dry eyes. The only thing I wish is that they were able to factor in my health insurance--I am going to have to put in a request for reimbursal, which is a little hassle, but overall, the visit was great!
