Ive come to this bank two days in a row and they have had a line out of the door. They have one teller working while the other teller is counting down a drawer or doing something and the other person in the office. They didnt even tell us theyll be right with us or anything like that their customer service is not the best and it really aggravates me so have to spend 45 minutes at the bank and all of my lunch is gone because they got one teller at 11:00 in the day

This banking branch is one of a kind! This particular visit I did not need assistance from a teller but with a personal banker. As I entered the credit union, I greeted everyone and immediately, I was greeted with hello Mr. Betterson . As I was about to sit down, the branch manager said come in sweetie how my I help you . She took care of my request and I was on my way. And as I was leaving, I said goodbye to the teller associates by name.

This branch has the best representatives and customer service I have received anywhere, they have helped me in so many ways including guidance with increasing my credit score greatly.

Save yourself the trouble and go with a real bank. These crooks are unethical that will squeeze you for every dime you have. Dont be fooled by their lower rates theres a reason for that. Youll end up paying more in the end with your time, money, and health.

The ladies here are amazing, they take their time and show care and concern every time! They know the community well, its always a pleasure❤
