My whole family ha seven with this credit Union for many years. Each and every person there goes above and beyond when servicing their clients. You don’t feel like an account number, you feel like a friend. If I had to select just one from the Columbia branch it would April Schafer. She is always there to give information I need, solve my issues and deal with everything from login help to estate issues.

This is the best bank with the best people I have ever met. I love this bank so glad I decided to join and start my banking with them. They know me as soon as I come in and everyone is so nice and always smiling.

My husband and I recently got an account with Carolina TelCo. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Karrie was great to work with.

This branch is awful I will be closing my account after banking for years due to horrible customer service from the new employees and I’m a business owner I was stereotyped.

I have banked with Carolinas Telco since 1990. I wasnt an employee of Southern Bell but my mother was which allows me to be a member. Cant tell you how pleased I have been over the last 28 years. Wouldnt bank anywhere else and I love the way they treat me. The bank has a small-town feel but still can do anything the big Banks can do. they are much more reasonable to finance cars with, to take a personal loan and for individual service when it comes to your banking. I have been a member of Carolinas Telco Federal Credit Union for many years. Retired from BellSouth 1999 and was a member before that. I have always been satisfied with them and in all years never had a complaint or have they made any mistakes on my accounts. I have checking, savings, and credit card.
