I am very disappointed with this Credit Union. Their online banking is a mess to deal with. I stopped using the account a few months back.Today, I find out through another service that my credit score has dropped to an open collections account over $3 (yes, three dollars) I apparently owe Palmetto Citizens. No one from the CU has attempted to contact me over this balance. I understand its my responsibility to manage my finances, but I really would appreciate a phone call before being sent to collections. Especially over such a small amount.I will be closing my account entirely, and will never recommend this CU to anyone.
