I was in a frazzle when I came in to the bank. A young man waited on me and tried to help me out with a shared banking transaction. I then realized I did not have the cash to pay him. That is when the sweetest young lady came up and helped out. I had to leave and come back. I really wish I had paid more attention to their names. When I returned they both greeted me with a smile and I completed my transaction. I left feeling that they had treated me with warmness and respect. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

I have had the opportunity to work with Tigers Community Credit Union now for several weeks and the experience has been amazing. Their new branch location is so convenient, and the staff have been nothing but courteous, friendly and best of all, knowledgeable! I love walking in and having the person helping me own the work they do and act like theyve been doing it their entire life! It gets me in and out quickly, and leaves me with the utmost confidence in the services offered. I can not recommend Tigers Community Credit Union enough!

Great bank and amazing staff! We have worked with multiple individuals at this bank and have always had a great experience! They have multiple ATM access points around town and two main locations that are easy to get too! This is the perfect place for personal banking or refinancing a home or car!

This bank really needs help with its customer service. Two days ago I called and was on hold for 20 minutes before I got to talk to a human. Once I did get ahold of a person they told me they could not answer my question over the phone and that I needed to submit a fax and that I would be contacted in 1-2 hours with the answer. I submitted the fax and two days later I had not received a call back so I called the branch again. Again I waited on hold about 10 minutes before someone picked up. I explained the situation and said that I was calling back because I hadnt gotten a response so they said they would submit it to the branch office that I was still awaiting a response but that it would be 1-2 business days before I got a call back. Ive never written a bad review about a company, ever, but their customer service really seemed lacking. I cant attest to anything else this bank does but based on their customer service I would never choose to do business with this bank.

I would rate this place zero if I could. I’ve been a customer for 3 years and just this past weekend, Madeline, a worker for the union, had my car towed claiming I was blocking parking for the employees when there always only two working at a time. She was extremely rude and ornery. Never in the three years have I had an issue with the place and now Madeline towed my car? Yes do not do business with them. Utter trash customer service.

I have never used a credit union; kind of an old school bank mentality. That has now changed! Due to the aggressive and informative nature of your loan officer, Angela Woods, my wife and I are now members of Tiger Credit Union! Angela helped coordinate our truck loan with an out of town dealer. The process was seamless! We look forward to a long term relationship and we will recommend TCU to our friends!

Went in this morning to switch ownership on a student club account. I did not know that I had to have official letterhead from the university stating that we were switching over. I asked a simple question as to why we needed that document. Instead of answering politely the manager on duty snapped back at me. Not a great way to start out your day.

After banking many places in town over the years of growing up here, I have found Tigers Credit Union to be a bank that really caters to young people and students. They dont charge crazy fees, they offer many different account levels, and they will take the time to help you understand parts of banking you might not understand. The only reason that I am giving the bank 4 stars rather than 5 is that they dont have Saturday office hours which is a big downfall for people that work full time. Its hard for me personally to find times to make deposits.
