Dr Garlitz and staff are the best!If you need and want agreat dental group... look no further!

So many issues!!! Beware!! Horrible customer service! Scheduling errors etc. Front office lady has an attitude and doesn’t need to be working with people! Bill was higher than quoted by several hundred dollars the first time after being convinced some old fillings needed replacing. Straw that broke the camels back was after just a year one of those replaced fillings broke and they wanted to charge us again. We can just guess with trying to support 2 offices the business must be financially hurting and that’s why they don’t stand behind their work. We used more than once to give them the benifit of the doubt. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS DENTIST. Find another that gives good customer service and values their clients business.

Awesome experience for my son! He is not a child that likes “new” things but from his hygiene visits to his fillings, we have had WONDERFUL experiences with this office ! I highly recommend!

Excellent work, and probably in the top three dentists I have ever used. If you are concerned about the receptionist (that I think you are indicating)she no longer works there. I have absolutely no reservations recommending Dr. Garlitz, and his staff.

Dr. Garlitz and his entire staff have always been amazing! They have been my dental team for about ten years now. Now that my children are older Im thinking of having them go here as well.

Great staff and best dentist I have had. I have very sensitive teeth and they handle it with no problem at all. If you have to have a filling or a procedure done you get to watch a movie from a list (they are up to date movies) while it’s being done.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Garlitz for years, he’s good, with a very friendly, and professional staff. The best part, they get you in, very close to your actual appointment time.

My husband was extremely nervous last night & this morning because he was going to a new dentist, Dr. Garlitz. This morning he left Dr. Garlitz & team having more than a great experience! So thankful he has a place that he looks forward to going & a place that will care for his dental needs!

Got a mouth guard because I grind my teeth. Its a bit difficult to clean, but thats alright. Friendly staff. Full cleansing. Two locations. This one is wheelchair accessible. So friendly even dentist appointments feel comfortable. I think their gloves are flavored, which is great, because the latex smell and taste of other places make me gag.

My family have been patients of Dr. Garlitz for over 5 years. Great care and service. Also, the receptionist has been nothing but wonderful every time I go into the practice and when I call. Highly recommend.

My two children and I are a long-time patients of this practice and I have nothing but praise regarding it. The care we have received seems top-notch, the entire staff is friendly, the environment is comfortable, and the appointments are timely. I noticed a few negative reviews on here about the receptionist, but I find these totally inconsistent with my own observations. I have recommended Dr. Garlitz’s practice to friends in the past and will continue to do so.

Very disrespectful receptionist. Rude because of her conflict with my dental insurance which I informed her I would get resolved. Then said there is no one I can take the issue to because Dr Garlitz will not take the time to call me back. Also stated she did not care what review I posted online. I told her thank you and good to know. Will not be taking any of my family members back there. Also this clinic attempts to charge for services not needed. Get a second opinion.

It’s always a great experience when I visit Dr. G and his staff. He is super personable and everyone there is always happy.

The receptionist here is so awful that the opinion has been widely reported. Why Garlitz doesnt give her notice is beyond me. Perhaps that speaks to HIS competency.

The receptionist was rude and disrespectful. I called in to check if they accept my insurance and she started to get an attitude with me. Would not recommend for anyone.
