I had my first visit to Aspen Dental after years of going to other dental offices. It was a great experience! The staff are all very friendly and professional. They listened to all of my concerns and made sure that I was understood. The facility is clean and inviting. It didn’t have that chain feel.Because of a change in my insurance I had to change dentist. Before I knew that Aspen was part of my new plan I went to different dental chain and it was the absolute complete opposite of Aspen in every way.

This dental clinic is wonderful!!Its the dentist, no one wants to go to the dentist, but I felt SO comfortable with everyone in the office. Dr Nikka is great. Amanda the hygienist is SO GREAT! I just highly recommend this office. Thank you!

Imagine looking forward to a trip to the Dentist.I had my first Dental appointment in at least 2 1/2 or more years. I was greeted very sincerely.The Young lady, I think that her name is Krystyna, was excellent about letting me know what was going to happen and answered all my questions thoroughly. Im sure she has answered the same questions many times everyday, but she was very respectful.The hygienist let me know that there is a procedure that is not covered by my Insurance. I could do it or not, but it would cost me, out of pocket. It was my decision. She did not put any pressure on me.The Dentist was excellent about not only answering my questions but pointing out on the screen exactly what he was talking about.It was a very positive experience!

Needing a root canal following a crown replacement at my regular dentist, and being quoted a 5 week wait, I found Aspen through my insurance, made an appointment for next day (a Friday) and had my root canal that following Monday. Dr. Case and her assistant Kayla were kind and professional, and very patient with me (I had some PTSD following my experience at previous dentist), and the front desk person was also very helpful. Ill be transferring my regular care to them. Highly recommend this clinic. My only wish is theyd use nitrous oxide for anxious folk like myself, but it worked out.

Worse dental appt ever. I have had dentures for over 16 years and have had them relined before at willamette dental and had great results. I did not need anything to hold my teeth in for a few yes after that. I went in for a denture reline as it has been years since my last one and left 404.00 poorer and felt like Stevie wonder could a did a better job. My 1st appt I set there for 30 min without seeing anybody,then they tried to sell me new dentures ,this was before I even saw a dentist. Then the dentist come in looked at me for about 1 min,then walked out. My 2nd appt to pickup my teeth was at 4pm this time I had to wait a hour. My dentures fit poorly, I still need to use something to hold my teeth in. My top plate is gritty in places and the workmanship seems poor. I feel like if I had bought new dentures I would of been treated better and got a better product. Would not recommend Aspen dental to anyone.

I have had so many bad experiences at other dentists, and I dont mean just the unpleasant physical aspects. I mean shady practices, forceful sales tactics, and uncaring providers.NOT at Aspen Dental.The staff is warm, courteous, and personable, and they explain everything in plain language. They are also fierce advocates for their patients with the insurance providers, if any. The dental providers are caring and gentle, and really seem to enjoy helping people get pain-free.In fact, the only complaint I have about Aspen Dental is that they are a little naggy about asking you to give them a review. *cheeky grin*

So my dog chewed up my moms partial denture so we went into aspen dental because they advertise that they do everything in house and we were hoping it would be a lot quicker then going to another dentist.So she gets all her appointments done and when she gets the partial they dont even fit properly so she has to reschedule. Then the dentist tells her that she cant even eat with them! 1100 dollars for dentures that you cant even eat with? And the lady didnt even tell us that when I payed for them. We ended up just having it refunded.

Today i went in for a x-rays and treatment plan. Everyone was genuinely friendly and very professional! Its nice to meet so many happy people during a dentist visit! Makes it so much easier!

Super quick and easy! Got an abcess under my tooth so they yanked it out within half an hour, and sent me off with some perscription pain meds. honestly forgot them for an hour after getting home so it was hurting for a bit, but thats my bad.

This dentist and staff will take good care of you. In fact they will take excellent care of you. The environment is very friendly and relaxing. Addition, very gental and thorough :)

After not going to the dentist for a year (thank you COVID) I was excited to get back into my dental routine. Everyone was so sweet and helpful and I’m looking forward to my cleaning next week!

Went in for a new patient appointment. The tech who did my X-rays and imaging was wonderful. As was the rest of the staff. I was only there for intake and assessment but They even worked me in for a cleaning while I was there since They had cancellation. I still have A filling to go back for, so I will have to see how that appointment goes. But this first appointment was great.

This place is cold, and fails to follow COVID rules. I reported them to Corporate. The technician attempted to put a film in my mouth without washing her hands and wouldnt put on gloves. I asked if I could put the film in my own mouth with her direction. That wasnt allowed. Be aware of simple cleanliness and normal guidelines if you go there. Receptionist could use a little customer service boot camp as well.

I loved the place .... super clean and big enough, the assistance from the lady’s were wonderful, however the one dentist I had I felt she had less ppl skills . You supposed to make the patient comfortable and happy and she was asking a lot of questions and I did not felt and made me feel good about what she was asking me to have done .

Very friendly staff and clean! Made sure masks were on, but also cleaned everything after touching. Were well aware of my time and took care of my teeth in detail. Made sure I understood what was going on and to help with my plan/future.

I made an apt a week ahead and told my service would be complete within that day. It wasnt. I have to return next week.. they insisted on doing an xray which was not needed.. Plus i had to request a change in the charges to get the senior rate....

Very disappointed! It’s better not to say anything at all. Had to find another dental office to complete the job needed done.

I have been going to this Aspen Dental location for over 2 years now and have nothing but great experiences since I have been coming here. My visit yesterday was particularly good. The staff here are very friendly and down to earth. It is really hard to find customer service like these guys exemplified yesterday, and I am very grateful for that.I had forgotten a form that I needed signed and delivered to my employer, and the front desk was more than happy to help me out by finding it and printing it off - this is just one example of how great this team is. They do a really great job all around.Thank you for being authentic and amazing!

Never have I ever been to a dentist office that was so friendly, prompt and warm / welcoming. Every single person I saw in the process was so very nice. I see why this place has 4 out of 5 stars. They are earning it. I highly recommend this Aspen Dental office if you need any sort of dental care. Oh, and the prices are good, and they gave me a VERY clear breakdown of what i would have to pay, and when. I am not going to any other dentist from here on out.

Great, caring staff. I was seen within 5-8 minutes of my appointment time. I was told everything in advance of the tests/x-rays/procedures that I would be having at that appointment. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, like, AT ALL EVER, but I enjoy seeing my dentist, and especially the staff. I dont have any anxiety going because I know that they take good care of me and address any anxiety I may have, and always ask if I am comfortable and if I am ok. That is really important to me because I have high anxiety about going to the dentist. I would recommend my dentist to everyone I know. Thanks guys, for making me feel safe and comfortable! I am a disabled veteran who has gone for over 20 years without any dental coverage. For the last few years my teeth have broken to the point where I hated my smile. My attempts to get dental assistance always failed when financially it was too costly for me to cover. Aspen Dental on the other hand set me up with a plan for treatment and a very affordable payment option. I went to the clinic on 185th in Hillsboro, Oregon and from start to finish was treated with absolute professionalism and respect. On a special note the dental assistant that work with me whose name was Flo was absolutely awesome and he helped to keep me relaxed while going through my exam. I would definitely recommend any veteran with service-connected disability ratings not high enough to procure Dental from the VA to use Aspen Dental.

Amicable, efficient and willing to accommodate patients requests and concerns. Top marks!

This place completely messed up my friends tooth. A root canal was not preformed before adding a cap. Terrible now my friend is in pain and they want to charge more to fix it. This place is terrible I would never go back and they treat minors awful.

Seemed to run smoothly.

This is a franchise business which means they have a specific formula they have to follow. They require that everyone has a deepcleaning before they will do any work at all. The fee for this? $1,800; for a cleaning. They said I need it because they can tell from the xrays that I have gum infection. They didnt even look at my gums, and, I do NOT have gum infection. This is not the place to go if you want a personal tailored dental plan made just for YOU. If you have money to burn and you dont care, then have at it.

They have always taken great care of me there. Great team!

Called on Friday because denture cracked. Could not get seen until Monday morning. denture broke when trying to eat breakfast on Sunday. Office visit was quoted as $97. Was soon Monday by assistant that took me to a room, took the broken denture and left the room to talk with the lab to see if it could be repaired. Assistant came back and told ne the lab would be able to repair the denture and it would be an hour and a half. Then met with the office manager who wrote up the bill for the dentist visit and the repair which then totaled $308.00. I questioned the office manager about the dental visit charge since I had not seen the dentist, I was informed the assistant would need the dentist approval before the lab could make repairs so the dentist had been consulted. I believe the $97.00 charge is extremely high when the dentist does not even address the patient directly. Aspen dental made the denture that broke, they should be responsible for repairing it.

There are some positives about this office, but overall I would have to caution against using Aspen Dental overall.The first issue is the pressure they put on you in the office. I was told I had periodontal disease, something that surprised me as Ive always had decent oral hygiene. In order to combat this and not lose my teeth (a concern they stressed multiple times), I would need to do a full cleaning that can take up to two hours three times a year. I agreed to this (minus the needless antibiotics that would tack on $1k to my bill) and a night guard. I was hesitant about the night guard, but they told me it would only be around $150, a price that I could manage.As it turns out, my insurance doesnt cover night guards, so Im out almost $800 instead of the $150 I had been originally told. Both Aspen Dental and my insurance claim that it is the other that is in the wrong here, but from what I can tell, its both. I felt reassured that the prices Aspen Dental gave me were the final prices, not the estimation that it really is - something I only found out after I had these issues and read the fine print on the contract. On top of that, I felt like a full, two-hour cleaning three times a year for someone with minor periodontal disease seemed a bit extreme. I did some research on the US National Library of Medicine and the American Dental Association sites, and while the primary studies recommend the cleaning, it only says that this is advised for INITIAL treatment, not continuous treatment, and that the benefits are moderate. Knowing this now, Im glad I only went in for that initial treatment.The staff themselves were nice, particularly the people at the front desk. I appreciated their kindness when they saw that I was visibly upset about this issue. However, I will say that I didnt like that, when I came in to talk about my night guard, the entire conversation was had right at the front desk. I had someone standing behind me, and I would have appreciated a little more privacy to talk about this issue.Overall, I would not recommend Aspen Dental as a whole. Im not the only one who feels like they pressure you into getting services you dont necessarily need - just a quick Google search will show you that they have a history of some concerning lawsuits involving deceiving patients.

I am new to Portland area and was looking for a dentist. Came across Aspen which is close to me and it had good rating on Google. Booked my first appointment to go in for a check up. During the check up they told me that due to Pandemic they are running a special on Invisalign for the next couple of week. I thought about getting the Invisalign and honestly the price wasnt a big factor for me to begin with. So I signed up. I was also told by few of the employees that the person who overlooks their Invisalign program is world-renowned doctor and is one of the best of the best. Which was pretty assuring.My Invisalign journey with them started few weeks ago and so far it has been a disaster. To be clear, the doctor and the employees tried to make it as easy as possible, so this review is more towards Aspen Corporates and their practices.Within the first couple of weeks that I started I had to go in 3 times because my attachments came off. few of them in a matter of couple of hours after I left the office. The attachment came off regardless of if I ate anything or not. After few weeks I went back in to pick up few more trays and one of the employees over there handed me the trays not realizing that the attachments now changed and I have to get more attachments for this new set of trays. I found that out myself and brought it up to his attention, after which he came back with the doctor to put the rest of my attachments.At this point the doctor told me that the company changed their Invisalign program director and now there is a new guy and his practices are very different than the first one. including the shape of the attachments and the places that he put them. The reason that my initial attachments fell was because they were sitting very close to the contact point of where the upper and lower teethes meet. Apparently this new guys is not as experienced as the previous one.So up to this point, I am pretty upset with the process but the worse has yet to come...They placed two attachment at the back of my top teeth which not only made the trays impossible to go in and out but also it made it impossible for me to chew. The new idiot doctor didnt realized that the position of those two attachment cause back teeth to stay open when I chew since my front lower teeth hit the attachments on the back of my top teeth.I just called the office to speak with the doctor about it and the receptionist was being a jerk about letting me speak with the doctor. I insisted that she needs to call me back, so we will see what happens.I will post the rest of my journey with Aspen Dental in the weeks to come.

Incredible dental experience. I could not be happier with this clinic. Super friendly staff. Quick service. They make you feel like a priority. I worked with 5 different people within an hour. Each person knew their role and they worked together seamlessly. They hear your needs, make you as comfortable as you can possibly be during something so uncomfortable. The manager speaks to you privately about the financial aspect. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with anything related to medical care.

This was my third visit to Aspen Dental and the staff are always super friendly and professional. One small thing to consider: most of the staff introduce themselves so I know them by name, but I couldnt actually tell you my dentists name since the staff all refer to him as Doctor. Certainly appropriate for the setting, but it would go a long way toward easing this patients mind if the doctor would introduce himself when he comes in for the exam. But his manner is always friendly and professional as well. I certainly appreciate everything they do.

Worst dentist I have ever been to. Total hustle, I felt like I was on a used car lot. The hygienist will insult you and make you think you have SERIOUS PROBLEMS. Then they lead you to the ‘office manager’, a lot like the ‘finance manager’ at a car lot, where they try to gouge you for more than your insurance will cover. Would not recommend this location to anyone ever. I am shocked they are able to stay in business with that kind of behavior. No wonder there was no wait to schedule an appointment. And your first visit is not free. They had the nerve to ask me for a copay, so that’s false advertising. I went in for a basic cleaning. That did not get accomplished. Instead, even though I had no cavities, no pain, and required no major procedures, they told me I that I needed to come up with $800, that’s in addition to the $800 they were going to bill my insurance carrier... what a joke. And they refused to do a cleaning on the first visit, so just an hour and a half total waste of time. AVOID THIS PLACE!

The hygenist is always nice. The dentist I see for 5 minutes, then she moves on to the next patient. Its a bit of an assembly line.

My story started almost a year ago after having multiple broken teeth along with some pretty severe abcesses. I was referred to a dental clinic by my primary care doctor. I have some kidney issues and needed to have all my teeth removed. It was terrifying to have all my teeth removed with only injections but i knew the end result would be a beautiful smile. I had no dental insurance but they assured me they would help. After that covid hit and they no longer would see any patients that they deemed non emergent. .after that i made multiple phone calls which no one would call me back. Months and months went by like this. I finally gave up and became a hermit. I lost 20lbs. Now its been 10 months after the extractions. Then i saw an add on line for Aspen dental. They have some great deals going on so i called them told them my story and they got me in. They all were so kind there especially the Xray technician his name is Flo i think. He was so kind. He Listened to my story and looked right at me and said were going to change your life at that point he had to grab me some kleenex. I needed to hear that! He explained everything to me and did my impressions on the first visit. He was so kind and i really felt like there finally would be some light at the end of this dark tunnel. No more hiding, no more choking on my food i could not chew. Thank you Aspen dental. Youre giving me my life back.

I felt they are more concerned about money than the care of the customers. The dentist I felt was to fast for a exam and rude. The whole time it was make sure you see are finance person before you leave not what brings you in today.

The dental work that I had done was fine and I felt all precautions were taken to insure my safety by the hygienist. The problem was in the reception/waiting room area. Prior to my appointment I was ask to wear a mask when I arrived, which I did. After I checked in two other patients arrived not wearing mask and were allowed to sit in the waiting room. I was uncomfortable with this and notified the receptionist that I would wait in my car and for them to call me when they were ready for me.

My experience with Aspen dental was one of the best dental experiences i have ever had. Kind and caring staff without judgement. Highly recommend.

When I questioned a price of a procedure I was told that I should lookup the ailment I was apparently diagnosed with. No one at Aspen dental informed me I had this issue going on with my teeth and gums. I was told I was going in for a cleaning. $450 later I asked about it and told to google it so I knew what I had going on. Thats why I go to a dentist so they can show me whats wrong and how to fix it. Not just say you have an appointment for a cleaning, then charge you an astronomical price.

Dr. Tran was great! The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. I didnt feel pressured with upselling like I have in the past.

Add my denture break called Aspen dental an emergency they told me they could take care of the problem with no issues came in 7 oclock a.m. paid extra from what they told me it was an additional $150 told me my teeth would be ready the next day I was very happy told him I dont get off work till 435 oclock need the latest appointment I arrived at 4:19 after calling them to 2 confirm My appointment Was told no problem left work early rush to traffic got here for To find out that they are closed and cannot give me my teeth I do not recommend this place at all I would recommend in you spend the extra and go somewhere else I was very clear that I start a brand new job tomorrow and now Im supposed to show up to a new job with no teeth they will not give me the managers name or phone number on a piece of paper they told me to call the office that ask for the manager I asked you as a person I talked to over the phone to set the appointment they do not know and cannot find out once again I do not recommend this place go somewhere else Western dental is even better than here

I have no dental insurance, after some online research, I decided to try Aspen. I am very glad that I did so. As soon as you walk in, you feel welcome. The staff was very professional, and explained everything very well both before, and during the procedure.The X-ray tech was very friendly, but also very efficient. Amanda was very skilled and did a fantastic job explaining as she went along. Anthony, was a straight shooter. Didnt waist time, just got right to his job and explained his recommendations very well. The entire staff always asked me if I had any questions. I would recommend if you are looking for a new dentist, or Hygienist, give this office a try.

Very disappointed in my partial denture. I paid over $900 for a denture I could wear. I paid another $124. Buck for molds to be made to make a new denture. Excuse after excuse they never made it but kept my money. Not to mention that same day they ran my credit card I had over $6000. Worth of Fraudulent charges made on my card. If you need dentures go to a Denturist don’t waist your money at Aspen Dental.

I went to Aspen dental in April to have the rest of my teeth removed and get dentures. From the minute I walked into their office til my last appointment yesterday I have been treated really well . I recovered faster this time then all my other dental work at other places. They make you feel comfortable during all aspects of the visit . I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Went in today to have a wisdom tooth extracted. I didnt have an appointment and it was on the verge of becoming an emergency due to the pain it was causing. I called and they were able to get me right in for an appointment. The staff at Aspen Dental were SO friendly and helpful. I have bad anxiety at both doctor and dental offices, but their calm and kind attitudes help to put my mind at ease almost immediately. My family and I wont be going anywhere except Aspen Dental for our dental needs. I know well be well taken care of!! Thanks so much again!

I have had nothing but good things happen when I went to Aspen Dental. Due to cash issue on my part I had to do my upper and lower teeth pulled and plates made. I had an issue of jaw surgery done a few years back and was worried about the lower teeth being pulled. Aspen assured me there would be no problem with the oral surgeon that would come in and do the job. Satisfied is all I can say on that job well done. So I guess all this adds up to YES go to Aspen Dental if you want great care and treatment.

I have never had a filling fall out until i had fillings done by this place.Im not sure if it is the dentist or the products they use that are cheap. Had them redo the fillings but i now have constant pain were the fillings are. I had cavities filled that i didnt even know were there. Now i feel that there are cavities and i get constant chipping of the filling coming off. Waiting for them to fall out again... 😖

It was my first visit at Aspen, and the overall experience was good. The staff was great and I was seen promptly. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed at anytime. The treatment plan is yet to be executed so I have yet to know how that turns out.

Knowledgeable staff and an overall great experience. ***UPDATE*** Went in yesterday for a checkup, needed some fillings and a crown, they had a cancellation that day and got in to do my 2 fillings. The dentist was great, stood by their work and feeling MUCH better today. Was very happy so far. Also got financing even though credit wasnt great! Thanks guys!

While I received a very comprehensive exam free of charge (which is great), they didnt do anything to fix my broken tooth, which is causing extreme pain, unless I paid right then and there. Of course I cannot afford the services. I initially went to Aspen because of the commercials Ive heard about them helping veterans. That is not the case. Now living with constant pain and looking elsewhere for service.On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and thorough during the exam process.

Horrible horrible experience! If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I both went in for care. The first exams and x rays went great but as soon as we agreed to a treatment plan it all went downhill from there. I had too many bad experiences to list them all so I will just hit the highlights.The hygienist I had was HORRIBLE she didnt know what she was doing, the others had to help her and at one point in my treatment she was sick, coughing, sneezing and sniffing behind her mask while working in my mouth!! Gross!!Ultimately, I had a crown put in, they had to cast it three times because they didnt put the (I dont know what its called) rubber dam in right. Once I finally got the crown I didnt go back for the last couple of fillings I needed. Once a month every month I got a nasty letter threatening to charge me for not completing my treatment plan. I hadnt scheduled anything at all but they knew I still needed two filling so they sent the nasty letters. My husband quit long before I did and he got the nasty letters too.Almost exactly a year from the time the crown was placed (13 months) it fell out. I called assuming they would just cement it back in no charge. WRONG! I didnt have dental insurance (3 month gap starting a new job) and they would not even see me with out a full exam with x-rays. When I asked why they didnt stand behind their work I was told they didnt warrantee and crowns dont last forever... it was only 1 year!!Dont use this dentist! They dont do quality work and you will just have to have it done all over again! Like I have to now with a new dentist!

I have been afraid of dentists because of my prior experience. My experience today surpassed all my priors.... they were wonderfully personable and made me feel safe and secure. I would recommend nobody other than Aspen dental in Beaverton... thank you for being great!

Everyone is very nice. The hygienist was very thorough, gentle and kind. The people in the front are very friendly & accommodating. I couldn’t ask for more.

Everything went smoothly. Very friendly and personable dental tech, and nice hygienist. The receptionist was also friendly and very helpful dealing with insurance. Dr. Dunkin-Moscato could have been more personable, especially for a new patient, but he still seemed very knowledgeable. It was only my first visit after all.

Staff including the doctor were very courteous and professional. I thank them all.

DO NOT GO HERE! Dr. Shah is a crook. They misrepresent procedures, insurance estimations, and payment applications... All while youre suffering in pain. They will say your bill is zeroed out in person and give you a refund, then send you a bill in the bill to take money back. Their accountants are slow and lazy when it comes to dealing with insurers. They will charge you for something you agreed to return and keep the insurance benefit. They are being reported to the BBB and Attorney General. Please please please consider elsewhere. This is the fast food of dental work.

I had a great experience here. The dentist listened to me and answered my questions patiently. He didn’t try to sell me anything, though he did offer Invisalign he was honest about the drawbacks of it. The hygienist stayed over lunch to fit me in after we had to wait for my xrays to be sent over by the other office.The space was easy to park at, lots of sitting room, and calm.

I dont like going to the dentist but the staff at Aspen dental were a wonderful team to work with. They made every step so easy for their patients from the moment you walk in the door. I would definitely recommend Apen Dental to anyone. They do a kind, patient, and knowledgable. Thank you.

Aspen Dental is my favorite Dental Office Ive ever visited. Not only did they get me in for an appointment right away, they were friendly and very informative. They walked me through everything they were during the initial consultation/check up in a clear and simple way that put me at ease.
