Dr. Ingram and his staff are so professional and courteous. I always feel as though I am important and my time is just as valuable as theirs. Mrs. Wood and the staff always accommodate me and my needs. I never feel rushed or pressured to make decisions on glasses. If there is a supplier issue (like what happened at my last appointment) when the issue was discovered by Mrs. Wood she kept me in the loop and even though it was not her fault she continued to apologize on behalf of her office. These days I feel that many people have lost the art of good customer service. I have very strict standards for my health care providers and Dr. Ingrams office always makes me feel important and cared for. A couple of years ago I had a fall and there was blood in and around my eye and based on the concern for my vision I called the office and was worked in that day. I realize how rare that is. Thank you this is really the best eye care :)

The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the doctor was great. Its been almost a month since I ordered my glasses and Im still getting the run around. I was lied to in the office about when Id get them and instead of doing the right thing I was given excuses. Ill never use this place again.

My husband and I both see Dr. Ingram, and we are always treated professionally and with kindness. Laura Wood always takes care of our contact and glasses needs, and doesnt mind if it takes us a while to make a decision (too many beautiful choices :) Thank you Ingram Eye Care, well be back!

I chose Ingram Comprehensive Eye Care because it was listed as accepting my insurance and is close to my home and work. I was a little unsure since I had been to the same eye doctors office my whole life but changes in insurance caused me to look elsewhere. I was very pleased with the experience. The staff and doctor were all very welcoming and professional. The office is up to date, clean and very bright. The eye exam was efficient and thorough and my eyes returned to normal after being dilated very quickly. The selection of frames was great and I was able to find me some new sunglasses with the help of the staff. Overall, this was a great experience and I have already recommended this office to my family. I look forward to continued excellent eye care with Dr. Ingram and his staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ingrams for several years and feel blessed to have him and his team as my eye care professionals. I have a rare eye condition that only Dr. Ingram was able to diagnosis and treat (after years of care from other eye doctors/specialist throughout the state). I live over an hour away and pass numerous eye doctors along the way...Dr. Ingram is simply the BEST. They genuinely care for their patients and make you feel like you are the ONLY patient!!

I saw Dr. Ingram for the first time a few weeks ago for a general eye exam. It had been years since I had seen an eye doctor and having recently moved to Columbia, I knew I needed to get established at one. I randomly chose Ingram after reading online reviews and I am happy that the visit exceeded my expectations. Dr. Ingram was very nice and personable. His office staff was very kind and they were running right on schedule, which allowed me to get back to work quickly. After my experience, my husband will also be seeing Dr. Ingram.

Id like to preface this with the fact that the optometrist and staff were fantastic. But for some reason, they could not get my prescription right. After over 2 months of trying to correct it, we mutually decided to give up. Never had this happen before with any other optometrist. Weird....

Stop going to Lenscrafters and chains!! A common misconception is that privately owned businesses will be more expensive than chains and that is just not the case. I love Ingram Comprehensive Eye Care and have never been let down by their service or medical care. Sure their eyeglass selection is on the smaller side but if you are looking for normal glasses and not crazy designer ones you will still find what you are looking for. They remember who you are and go out of their way to make sure you are up to date on appointments and prescriptions. Love the whole staff and Dr. Ingram is great. You will be happy leaving your appointment knowing you supported a local Columbia business and received the highest quality of care.

Very easy to set up appointment. Very thorough eye exam and Dr. Ingram was great at explaining everything. Laura was great at setting me up with glasses and Lee was great at arranging the appointment. Truly a great experience.

I had a very scary experience, scratched my eye really badly and it was a Friday morning the beginning of a holiday weekend. Dr. Ingram and his amazing staff made sure I was seen and treated ASAP, besides letting me come to the clinic for check ups every day including the holiday following the accident to make sure that my eye was healing and scaring correctly. I highly recommend Ingram Comprehensive Eye Care, they are my 2 children and myselfs eye clinic.
