This spa was wonderful😍. My bestie and I visited on July 31st. We were greeted with a smile from Ms Nikki and our attire and mimosa were waiting, the atmosphere was relaxing and calm, clean and decorated nicely. Ms.Nikki and Ms India were amazing. The services we received were a facial and steam and an hr massage. We will definitely be going back...Thank you so much ladies.....😘

If they dont want to except GROUPON clients, they need to remove the business off the GROUPON site! When you schedule using a GROUPON, theyll book you 2 months out, but theyll tell you they have availability in 3 days if you pay full price. After waiting the ridiculously long length of time(granted a work conflict on my end), I get a call the day prior to my appointment stating Nikki isnt feeling well and will contact me at a later time to reschedule. Why do people make it impossible to support and patronize our own? I see grand reviews of MY BLESSED HANDS, so Ill see if they will appreciate my business.

I bought a Groupon for a friend who lives in Sumter (military). She and I tried for about 3 weeks to get someone, ANYONE, to answer a phone (2 #s- neither was taking messages) a text, several emails and finally Groupon itself- CRICKETS....dont waste ur time or $

Nikki was good! Best massage, facial, and body scrub I had this year. I am very particular about what touches my face, but that facial was life. It gave my skin such a beautiful glow. Ambiance is so unexpected but great and therapeutic. I am definitely coming back. So worth the money

1/13/17Today I received a sugar scrub from Nickie. She was so awesome. The place itself just made me feel relaxed once I walked in the door. The massage/scrub made me feel like she scrubbed all of last year off me. The room was so amazing inside. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Nickie for caring about my body and being awesome.

Hands down my new favorite place to get a massage. Its nice and cozy inside and the two women there were very sweet and professional. The prices are affordable, I paid around $38 for a massage and facial. Nikki, the masseuse gave me the best 60 minute massage Ive had in a long time. I have a lot of knots, tension and pain in my back and she knew exactly how to reduce it. I could tell she was really knowledgeable about the muscles in the body and has a passion for what she does. She also massaged pretty hard the entire time which I loved!! It definitely helped with my lower and upper back pain. The facial was nice also. The brown sugar scrub made my skin feel soft. I left feeling relaxed and satisfied afterwards and tipped her very well because she deserved it! Definitely will be going back again very soon! Hope everyone has a great experience like I did.

My Brother passed away over the weekend. I have been very stressed and needed some relaxation. I got a 75 dollar facial and massage package. Lady that gave it to me was beyond professional and a great listener. She ended up giving me the massage free of charge because of what Ive been going through. It was the nicest gesture a stranger had ever done for me. I will return permanently. Thank you so much for your great massage and kindnes . Highly reccomend

Nikki is the best massage therapist EVER!!!! She is very attentive and constantly makes sure that you are comfortable. As a middle class mother with 3 children, I really appreciate the affordable rates. I mean really, who can afford to pay $80 or $100 for a little pampering. I cant speak about the other services, as I have not had any of them. The only think I will say could use a little improvement is the their accessibility. When you call, you usually will get an answering machine and it takes someone several days to call you back. Other than that, A+ !!!! Cant wait to see Ms. Nikki again soon!!!

This place was more than I expected. My husband gave me this as a mothers day gift from him, but I wasnt able to go until now. I never had a massage but it was wonderful, no rush, they took care of it all, and I cant wait to go again.

Visiting Columbia SC for the weekend.Can’t say enough about All About You. The staff is kind, nurturing and professional. The spa is warm, relaxing and clean. Felt immediately transported to a calmer place spiritually and physically. Probably one of the best massages I have had and a lot of focus on all of my stress and knots and pain in so many areas. Came in for an on the go facial and massage. Purchased it off Groupon there is a two month scheduling wait when buying the Groupon. They had to reschedule my original date but were very professional and pleasant and even gave me a free massage for the inconvenience. I must say the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. My massage was well worth the wait. I feel renewed and totally relaxed. Will definitely be back.

Nikki is a great massage therapist. She was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. I would not recommend the facials. Im not sure if the technicians have received any education or training in this area, as they seem unsure how to answer any questions I had. They couldnt answer questions about brands, technique, ingredients, and did not use proper facial techniques. Even things like pulling back the clients hair or making sure water doesnt run into eyes and ears, they could not manage. Overall, the staff is very sweet and polite, and the massages are great, but I probably wont be going back.

Did not use any service since the stylist was on vacation, but the ambiance was very peaceful and relaxing. Seems like a lovely place and posted fees for services were reasonable.

Came in for a Full Body Massage, Sugar Scrub, and Mani & Pedi. Everything was great, the staff was excellent very professional! I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in the door. An excellent experience I will definitely be back and I encourage anyone to come check it out😍😍😍 Now I feel like a million bucks!!!

Like the idea and the soothing concept of the place, however the polish was cheap and the place honestly smelled like mildew. The front desk staff immediately tried suggestively sellelling me on a better service for just 12 dollars more. Lol I caved. But it wasn’t really worth it. I’m Just trying to support our people.❤️ Word of advise, invest in a great cleaning company to come and shampoo the entire carpet and level up on the quality of products you are using on the clients. Oh and a nice red wine would be great instead of that watered down Dublin served warm

Horrible customer service. Bought a groupon for myself and a friend for the body scrub and facial. Called to make an appointment and they have a designated groupon person so appointments can not be together or even same day. They no longer offer Saturday or night time appointments for groupon customers. The earliest date she gave me was JANUARY when I called in September.... which is months after the groupon expires. NONE of this is advertised. The lady was so rude and would not give me a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Terrible customer service. My daughter bought me a for Mothers day and because it was a voucher I couldnt get in for months. Funny how they said I can get in right away if I was paying cash🙄 No reminder call, the Day spa I worked at in California ALWAYS made calls to confirm appointments especially when it was made months in advance. Basically, they do not care!

So first of all, I called before purchasing a groupon to see if I could get an appointment the same day. The person who answered the phone said their first groupon appointment was a couple weeks away, but she could schedule me a 60 minute massage for the same price for that day. I ended up being 15 minutes late because of traffic and my appointment was the last before closing time. Nikki not only gave me the best massage Ive ever received, but she stayed late for the full 60 minutes, gave me a bottle of water and made sure that I made it to my car okay because it was dark out. Love this place so much. New favorite spa.

This was my 2nd time visiting this spa. My 1st appointment was very pleasant. Slightly disappointed by the 2nd spa day that I spent $75 on. The customer service was great like the 1st time. The massage was absolutely not what I requested. I called and made an appointment for the hot stone massage and Vitamin C facial. Nikki rushed thru my massage and only used hot towels not hot stones. My facial was also poorly done. When I made it to my car there was still resdue from the facial on my face. Sadly I may not be returning to this spa again.

My daughter purchased groupons for me for mothers day and my 50th birthday when called to schedule they were very unprofessional in trying to assist me and even went as far as to say i could pay 50 dollars to come in because they have openings but i could not use my groupon...they didnt seem to want my business or even care about my daughters money already spent

I came in to get a facial and was greeted by a very friendly staff. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with fountains, soft lighting, very relaxing. I have had facials in spas in many different countries and major cities, and I must say the 5 star facial I got from Keshi was one of the best I have ever experienced! Keshi was very thorough and explained all of the benefits of my facial and the special touches she added along the way were a nice surprise. Many hours after the session I still felt like I was floating on cloud nine. For the price and the level of service I received from Keshi, I will definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend this experience to anyone. This has to be one of the best kept secrets in Columbia!

I went on their web site on Saturday and requested a Tuesday appt. It said that I would be phoned back about it. Monday comes around, no response and I send a second request. No response. Tuesday, I call at 9 AM. The girl that answers says she cant schedule appts. (then why are you answering the phone) and someone will call me back at 10. So, 11:15 rolls around, no call so I call AGAIN! She says someone will call me back in a while they are busy. HORRIBLE customer service. Sadly, I cant give the actual spa a review, as I was never able to get an appt or even a call back. What a waste of a Groupon purchase.

My sister and I went for a Spa Day today (Tuesday). When we walked in it was a cute little place. Then a lady walked us over to the spa side. I went first for my massage while my sister went in for her mani and pedi. The massage and facial were great! Nikki was awesome. She kept makin sure I was comfortable. Then it was time for my mani and pedi. When i looked at my sisters nails they looked very bad.. it needed another coat and the edges were not even. I had acrylics on and asked if she could take them off....HORRIBLE IDEA. My nails have never hurt as bad as they did today. I felt like she was ripping my whole nail off. It was sooo painful! I should have just waited and gone to my regular nail place. The place was a little dirty. Could have def use some cleanin. On my robe I found a black curly hair... i was a little disgusted.. i have light brown straight hair.. that was not mine. Everyone was nice, i will NEVER go there to get my nails done, EVER! and i do not recommend it to anyone. The massage and facial, yes. but not the nails. oh and like the last review, i did not see a license for the nail technician... :( -Editing this message today (Friday); And on top of it all, When i called to ask if the Nail technician did Gel Polish, they said they would ask her and called me back... On Wednesday, AFTER my appointment on Tues. I had a missed call and a voice mail that day from All about U, informing me that the technician does not do Gel Polish, bc her assistant is on vacation... REALLY?! AFTER my my visit. what a shame!
