Kristy is the absolute best. She does exactly what I ask and thats why Ive been going to her salon for years. My husband has his hair cut there too. Ive gone to Nashville to expensive, upscale salons and not gotten any more than I received from J & S Salon in Columbia. Theres a reason theyre always busy. Because theyre so good at what they do. And friendly, too!

Great place! Recently, I moved to the area from Texas. I was more than a little nervous going to a new place after a long term relationship with my former stylist. Selena was recommended to me, and I was so happy to find her. She is friendly, and very talented. She did an awesome job on my cut and color, and I am already booked for my next appointment.

Great service. Great people. Love the setting in one of the old buildings downtown. Ive had services with Kristy, Kris & Whitley & have been very pleased each time. And all the others are friendly. They seem to work as a team. I recommend J & S Salon.

J & S is a wonderful salon. Whitley was the stylist who took care of me. I acknowledged that I was nervous about getting my hair cut short but knew it had to be done. She took her time with me and when my funky hair wouldn’t cooperate, she asked for some assistance. I really liked how Kristy stepped in and did some cutting w/o hesitation and helped Whitley out. When there’s cooperation among the stylists and not competition, for me that’s the place to go.

Love this place because Kristy Goats has been a great hair dresser and friend, would be going alot now but she has nothing to work with, love you, Kristy, still around, recommend her to anyone, from teenager to now.One day at a time❤️❤️🙏🙏

Sad. Says they open at 9am. Someone showed up about 915am but did not open door. When I called I was told that they open whenever someone arrives and would not be open until 10am. She ask if I wanted to make appointment and I said that I came because they say that they do walk-ins. All she did is ask if I wanted an appointment. I will not be back.

I am very happy with my cut I must admit that I was scared at first but believe it or not my stylist Whitley were very patient and friendly this is my first time ever getting my hair cut by a white salon she really know hair and very confidence in her work five stars to Whitley THIS SALON ROCK!!! ☺☺☺☺
