I had my first cleaning and consult with them 9/2. They had me sold from the moment I walked in the door. So friendly. Clean. Kind.Now had they been the opposite I would probably still remain a patient because you cannot beat that view I had when I was sitting on the chair being cleaned. The most beautiful view of the city! We have been going to Dr Tafolla for years and love their office. We get the best dental care and everyone on staff is great. Currently seeing Dr Hammack for my clear correct and the experience has been great. I love this office so much that I was willing to turn down a good job if their office did not accept my new insurance. Worked out that they did accept my new insurance so I was able to stay with their office. I highly recommend both Dr. Hammack and Dr Taffolla.

It was a very efficient temporary crown procedure, followed by a routine cleaning. The Assistant Danielle did a great job as did Dr Tafolla on the temp crown & Hygienist Nicole was gentle & quick during my cleaning. It’s always a good experience here.

Tammy did a very good job on my cleaning yesterday. No soreness in the mouth afterwards. Very personable. No problems with the teeth this check up, so Dr. Taffola was in and out quickly, but always his jolly self. I would recommend this practice to anyone. I have been coming here 14 years.

The dentist is good as with most staff. However their billing is disgusting. I’m told what my co-pay will be, I bring it in and it’s a higher amount. So I pay it and then all of sudden I get a bill for more money. Can’t trust their billing and that’s sad as I like the dentist and their work is good. So today I went and paid my bill by cash and they won’t give u change It’s on the website they take it but won’t give it

I generally enjoy going to the dentist but Ive never been impressed like I was at Tafolla. When I checked in the entire front staff were friendly and welcoming. It had been a while since I had visited a dentist, and when I went back for my cleaning with Tammy she was also friendly, but did a very thorough and methodical job getting my teeth squeaky clean and the x-rays done. Next Dr. Hammack reviewed the results and inspected everything, calling out very detailed notes of the dental work I had done in the past and the condition of my teeth, and then two ladies worked to take photographs of my teeth so they would have another reference in the future. When I went to check out they had already put in my insurance information and were tracking what I had done so that process was very quick and I was good to go 👍

I would recommend this place to anyone. Everyone was very friendly. I appreciated that Dr. Hammack took his time (even though he is a busy man) to make sure the job was done correctly. He never rushed, not during the consultation or procedures. He answered any questions I had and the dental hygienist is the bomb lol she’s super fun!

This was only my third time visiting this dentist and first time getting anything other than a cleaning. I needed to have a filling replaced. I was very pleased with the standard of care. They did a great job with the numbing and I didn’t feel anything. I’ve had numerous fillings done in the past at other dental offices and I had some bad experiences with those, so I was very pleased with the work done here. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating as well. Highly recommend!

Fast, Friendly, and Efficient. Dr. Tafolla and his assistants do quality work. Ive been a patient for about 20 yrs and have never had problems with any of the work they do: no premature failure, no pain, no ill fitting crowns or fillings. Dr. Tafolla always gives me a good understanding of what work he feels I might need as well as treatment options. Their emphasis is on good oral health and they make sure you have instruction and tools to maintain good health.

Try to remove myself from these guys emails a few times. That’s not nearly the worst of it though. Trying to be frugal, I shopped around after I cracked a tooth. I just wanted to see how much it would cost to get it fixed. I made it very clear that I did not have a lot of money to spend on this right away. They told me it would be $78 to look at it over the phone and I scheduled an appointment. I went in for the appointment, they laid me back, did a full mouth inspection with x-rays, and charge me $240. Nothing on the breakdown was $78. Anybody else have white coat syndrome?

Dr. Rikli and his staff are literally the most professional and high quality health providers I have worked with in Colorado Springs. Dr. Rikli spent more than an hour with me and my daughter to help her understand what was going on with her teeth. He is a true GEM! From the minute you arrive at his office to the minute you leave, each and every person you encounter is professional and completely committed to providing the highest quality of care.

Today I saw a new hygienist (former hygienist moved out of statea) and new dentist (Dr Rikli recently retired). Both were GREAT!! Exams are thorough and they even have an insurance plan for those who dont have other dental insurance.

I used to go to Dr. Tafolla for 8 years and LOVED him and his practice but i moved to Texas 10 years ago and just recently moved back to Colorado. I just saw Dr. Tofolla today and NOTHING has changed. He and his staff are so awesome. Moving is stressful enough so knowing that i have a family dentist is so amazing!.

Absolute BEST dental experience I have ever had!!! From the first moment I walked into the office, everyone was fabulous: Stacy greeted by name before I even introduced myself! For the last 22 years I saw my old dentist at least twice a year for regular cleanings/check-ups and routine care. I came to Dr. Tafolla because I just didnt feel I was receiving proper care. Low and behold, I was correct... I have some major dental issues that need taken care of that had never been mentioned by my previous dentist :( Totally devastated me. I was literally in tears in the office. Jessi and Dr. T. took great care of me the entire time, they removed the broken crown that was my main reason for a visit; Pam did an excellent job on my temporary crown - my Husband said it looks better that the permanent one that cracked lol; and Denise got me set up for future appointments to take care of the things I had no clue were there.I thank God for bringing me to you guys... you all ROCK!!! One million percent recommended!!!

We have gone to T&R Family Dentistry for 14 years. They have always provided the best dentistry, orthodontia and service possible in a beautiful, spotless and friendly office. Dr T treats us like family, and whenever faced with a dental treatment decision, we always ask him what he would do for his own kids, and he gives us his honest answer from both a professional and parental standpoint. We completely trust him with our dental health, and we like his practical and conservative approach to treatment. He is also quite funny and puts you at ease for any dental work, along with his sensitive staff. In fact, the last time I had to get a lot of work done, for some reason I felt very anxious, and his staff was wonderful in the gentle way they cared for me. There simply isnt a better dental office in Colorado Springs.
