Love this dental facility. They were able to get me in quickly when I needed a cleaning for the military where as my previous dentist was scheduling 3 mo out. (And canceled my initial appointment making it a 6 mo wait total.) I got in and got a cleaning and 4 fillings done withing 3 weeks. Their staff is nice and their dentists thorough.

Prominent Point makes everything so complicated. They will send you to different offices and different dentists for a simple thing, not to mention, they overcharge and scam. I know a lot of apartments and houses are close to Prominent Point and the convenience makes you want to go here, but DO NOT! Id rather drive far then go here again.

SCAMMERS!Ive been going here for years and during my annual cleaning, they told me I had 4 cavities and wanted to charge me 600 dollars, ridiculous! I went to another dental office to get a second opinion and they said I didnt have any cavities. I wonder how long Prominent Point has been scamming me and some other people. My friends daughter is a dental assistant and when she was told they were going to charge me 600 dollars, she laughed in disbelief. Do not waste your time OR money here!!

I moved here from NJ with a mouth full of dental implants (total cost about $60,000.00), which failed within two months of my move. I ended up at Prominent Point, under the care of Dr. Collette. The news could not have been worse....but under the gentle and comforting care of Dr. Collette, Kirsten (hygienist) and front desk Marta, I have made the best of a terrible situation. I cant recommend them highly enough. The periodontist at the time has since moved away, but Im confident that his replacement will provide me with the same excellent care.

I came in for and got a simple crown with no root canal. The dentist and the front desk staff refused to call or email me back when I needed to communicate or when I had questions. I had to physically go in to the office in order to communicate. Needless to say, I chose a different dentist this year and my x-rays show that the crown I got at Prominent Point is going to have to be replaced/redone. Definitely not someplace I would ever recommend!

Dr Schumborg was awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a lot of work that needed done and she was able to get it done quick and did a great job. The whole office is very helpful and kind too. That’s why after 5 years I went back.

I dont have a benchmark to compare; I needed a dentist; Prominent is within proximity, super easy to schedule an appointment, easy to do the new patient onboarding. The staff is professional and friendly. I like that Dr. Collette adds warmth; hes thorough, actually keeps you informed, and best of all, given the procedure, he followed up the next day to check-in. Its the simple things, and I appreciate their effort.A note to those complaining about the pricing, dental work is expensive, especially when it goes beyond maintenance work. I doubt youre in a position to negotiate; after all, youre not buying a car. Youre presented with the options, take your pick that makes the most economic sense, but do you want to go the cheap route with your mouth?

Kendall was great with my cleaning. She was very professional and explained what she was doing and her recommendations thoroughly. I would recommend her any day.

Beware. They will recommend the MOST expensive option when giving you results of an exam. On two occasions they did this to me. The first was to recommend work that I declined and 10 years later my current dentist STILL has NOT recommended anything on the same area.Second was a front chipped tooth situation. They added a composite material that evened it out. Expensive. It wore away within 5 years. My current dentist said they could also do a composite fix but DIDN’t recommend it since it would continue to wear away with time again. They said the chipped tooth was slightly longer than my other non chipped front tooth and offered to lightly file it for free to smooth the chip and match the other tooth. PERFECT results. I was never given the option to just file the chipped tooth with Prominent Point dentistry and would never go back again, let alone trust their recommendations to be in my best interests over their ability to bill me for a service.

I recently had some dental work done and was very pleased with my experience. Chelsea was so comforting and sweet. She definitely made the experience less scary and intimidating. I would recommend coming here if dental work can make you nervous.

I recently visited with Dr. Schumborg when I moved to the area and needed a new dentist. Dr. Schumborg genuinely cares for her patients and spends time to get to know us as a person prior to starting the appointment. This is so important because I haven’t always been a fan of dental cleanings but she managed to put me at ease. Her assistant was also fantastic and very personable as well; no awkward conversations or average small talk. Dr. Schumborg might be a younger dentist, however that shouldn’t stop you from booking your next appointment. She’s very professional, kind, and an expert in the field of dentistry!

10 years ago I had my retainer fitted at the ortho here, and recently came back for a regular teeth cleaning. Great experience despite my sensitive gums (gotta floss). Everyone was nice and properly masked, Dr. Conrad answered all the questions I could come up with. The assistant Cesar was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. Will come back.

If I could give more stars I would. I am terrified of even dental cleanings and Dr. Schumborg made it a comfortable experience for me. Panicking while there’s fingers in your mouth isn’t the most fun time and let me just say I will be back to see her because I felt at ease and she worked quickly.

I was referred to a periodical practice for a gum graft by my general dentist. After their consultation I learned they did take my insurance but were not in network. I then did some research and found Dr. Ferguson at Prominent Point who was in network. After the initial consultation I felt comfortable moving forward with him doing the procedure. Day of procedure Dr. Ferguson was able to answer all my questions and helped me to understand how the procedure would go. I had 5 bottom teeth grafted and tissue taken from both sides of the roof of my mouth. Dr. Ferguson was gentle and consciously aware of what I could feel during the procedure. The entire procedure only took roughly an hour and I left with detailed instructions on how to care for my gums and teeth. It only took a little over a week for my eating habits to resume to normal as well as stopping pain meds. My graft and tissue healed nicely and Im very happy with the results. Id highly recommend Dr. Ferguson and the staff at Prominent Point Dental!

My family and I just moved here from Nebraska and moved to Woodland Park. A few weeks ago I fractured my lower rt molar and tried to get it fixed up here.....big mistake! Finally I made an appt and my husband and I were so surprised and happy that they still had us in their system since last time which was in 2006!!!! I was lucky enough to receive care from Dr Wieczerca she was amazing!! She gave me a new build up and crown!I will never go anywhere else from now on!!! Neither will our family!Thank you Caesar for staying late that night and making sure it was done right!

Dr. Collette is AMAZING and Julie is the best! Ive been to quite a few dental offices in Colorado Springs and am happy to say, Ive finally found a really great one. From Marta and the crew in the front, to the dental assistants, and the doctors. These guys are the ones to see.

This is the BEST dental practice I have ever been serviced by! I was super scared to death from previous experiences and after major trauma from a car accident years before. I had a dental emergency and Getting numb was my greatest fear. I had to get a root canal with crown on this particular day. I had never been here before, but from the initial phone call to meeting the assistants, the Endodontist, and Dr. Collette, it was the absolute best treatment ever! THE SHOT DID NOT EVEN HURT! I WAS SHOCKED! They have restored my faith in dentistry! I am so happy I found this practice! YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY! FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY CARING! THANK YOU PROMINENT DENTAL!

The best dentist office I have ever been to. I have been going here for years. They are always honest, friendly, kind, and crowns fillings etc. Dont hurt a bit. I went to a different dentist a couple years ago and they told me I had seven cavities. I came here the same day and turns out I only had one. With proof too. Wonderful staff, delicious coffee/tea, beautiful teeth, and a great price. I promise you will not be disappointed if you choose this office. Dr. Richard Collette is amazing at what he does. My teeth have never looked better!

Been to many dentist and this one is the best!! i got my wisdom teeth out here and only took about 10 minutes and my recovery was fast. went back to get my post op w julie and she was amazing! made sure i wasn’t in pain and was okay. She is friendly, caring, and the best!! love this dentist

DR FERGUSON IS AMAZING! He is the periodontist. He worked seamlessly with the dentist to do an implant on my front top tooth that had been knocked out. Dr. Ferguson was able to place the implant in a way that allowed the dentist to create a temporary crown and place it that very same day (I didnt have to leave without a tooth there, or even one of those temporary flipper teeth). I didnt feel anything during the procedure and the recovery has been surprisingly painless considering the gum and bone grafts that needed to be done.One of the best parts is that Dr Ferguson was very generous to me as I do not have dental insurance.

Dental staff is so kind, specially Julie. She’s so sweet and loving always caring about how you feel and recover. They also take out wisdom teeth in the same location so you don’t have to worry about going to another location. I’m glad I found this dentist !

Twice now I have had to have emergency services and the staff has worked me in immediately. Dr. Gillette is outstanding. I highly recommend her and the other dentists at this practice. The staff will take great care of you!

This is a for profit business that happens to provide dental work. If you want dental work done, they may be the place to go. If you want a dentist to accurately diagnose decay through x-ray, then you should find another place. In fact, I suggest you just find another place. They dont seem to be able to handle submitting insurance claims either, based on the letter I received today.

They worked with me to get all my work done last minute so it would be covered under 2018 insurance, so that I could finish the work needed in 2019. They were attentive and made sure I was 100% comfortable. Marta and the front desk staff are so nice! Dr. Pucel was awesome and explained everything in detail and gave honest recommendations.

I see Dr Gillette and she is wonderful! She is very thorough and spent a lot of time making sure I understand what is going on in my mouth and my options for maintaining my oral health and clearing up some issues Ive had. The other staff was very friendly and helpful.

Prominent Point is committing billing fraud. Check your full payment history if you have insurance. Look for things labeled 9999 billing adjustment. They are double charging account when they get unexpected payments from insurance, rather than refunding to patients.

I was told I needed a crown and inlay to replace current fillings that were showing signs of decay. The dentist barely poked in my mouth and instead referred to my x-rays, where I couldn’t tell what he was talking about. I was very wary and went to get a second opinion. This dentist used the same x-ray and actually spent time in my mouth. Not only did he say I don’t need a crown or inlay (although I do need a sealant added to the current filling on the “inlay” tooth), he found a different obvious cavity AND showed me how dirty my teeth were despite the “deep” cleaning I received at Prominent Point only a month prior!

Excellent service! So professional and well educated. My dental hygenists are always super gentle, friendly, smart, and helpful. And the dentist is awesome! Ive had a crown put in and regular cleanings and all have gone smoothly. Love this dental clinic!

Like most, I avoid the dentist because it has always been a painful experience. The visit at this office was no exception. When I booked the appointment I made it very clear that I wanted to a deep cleaning, x-rays and an extraction for a tooth with an abscess. I asked if I would be able to get in-office sedation and was told yes. I arrived at this visit and spent 2hrs...only to get painful x-rays (Which were unsanitary bc the tech kept laying her tools that were to go in my mouth on bare desktop)....painful gum pokes....and to have a conversation. Because I insisted that I needed some sort of action I was offered at the last minute to have the tooth extracted but I would not be sedated. Of course, I passed. I am now in more pain than when I arrived. I wasnt even prescribed an antibiotic for the abscess. Only told to schedule an appointment for later date with the oral surgeon. The doctor was very nice, and personable. The hygienist was ok...she seemed a little frustrated that I was in pain. If you dont have any dental issues then this would be a great place. For me... ABSOLUTE WAIST OF TIME.

I do not have enough good things to say about my experience with this office. I lived in Colorado for about a year and knew it was time to change out the cap on my front tooth and have an implant placed and along the way decided to get veneers for my top front teeth. The care I received was amazing. Dr. Conrad was my dentist and he walked me through each step with care. I have been to multiple dentists and have had multiple procedures done to obtain a perfect smile and this office helped me achieve that. The front desk staff was also great with scheduling appointments around my work schedule and guiding me through the payment process, which in the end was less than what I had thought which was great. I finally have a beautiful natural looking smile and could not be happier.

I have been going here for several years and never had a bad experience. Dr. Gillette is the best of the best. No discomfort through the entire procedure, nor afterwards. Highest recommendation for this practice.

Dentist, technicians, front staff all very nice. Very nice facilities. I had a very nice benefits coordinator tell me the costs of some extra procedures to include lasers and mouth wash. It seemed to help but did cost several hundred dollars. The unfortunate aspect is getting a bill 5 months after service because they didnt understand that neither my dental insurance nor my wifes coverage (I have duel dental insurance) would cover a deductible. They seem to have problems with billing issues. Dont be surprised with an additional bill months later.

I went 11 years without insurance or going to the dentist and survived law school with 1-2 energy drinks a day. Dr. Burr did NOT guilt me. He and his staff spent time making me feel comfortable and designing a plan to get my teeth back to healthy while working with my budget that required spacing things out over 2 years. When I had a dental emergency, he made himself available after hours and was very pleasant. The equipment his office uses is new and top notch. I had over 15 fillings, 2 crowns, and a root canal and i never felt any pain.My wife switched to him at my suggestion and couldnt believe how great he was. Were moving out of state now and honestly we will miss Dr. Burr more than skiing and snowboarding.

Our family has come here since moving to the area and we couldnt be happier. Their staff is great, service is fast, and do great work. They were the first dentist my three year old saw and he gets excited about going to the dentist now.

Had issues with our first dentists opinion, and the next one the reception was rude to me, but here we are like family.They are even great with our younger kids too, including special needs kids. Love the orthodontist and they have someone who can do root canals too. Once had a filling not in top shape after a few years so they replaced it for free ! Wont go anywhere else now. Great service!12/24/19 update:Had an appointment for my 7 yr old with autism & anxiety issues. He has almost always struggled with dental appointments, but during this one he was the least cooperative hes ever been. He continually refused to open his mouth. He had sensory issues with every flavor they used for cleaning his teeth. He would say he was ready, then ask for just a second which would turn into 10 minutes.Through a GREAT deal of patience, the hygenist worked with him letting him sample or smell every possible flavor. Glad they had choices and were willing to work with him. I appologized that he was being so uncooperative, and she assured me several times that it was fine, as we would wait for him to let her take another quick turn to polish. (Eventually, she got all of the bottom row and 2 of the top teeth done. SuperHygenist award there!) We had to stop when he threw up from gagging, but she found him a shirt he could wear home! The xray technician and dentist were also great! Love our whole team!

I took my 15 yo daughter to Prominent Point Dental for 4 wisdom teeth extraction, against my better judgement. I had read the reviews and myself had an experience similar to the other complaints. I thought because the Oral Surgeon was contracted in to the practice it would be fine. My daughter was given twilight sedation with Phentnyl which is a very powerful narcotic along with other drugs I suspect one of them being Versed, a powerful amnestic drug. I am a Nurse Practitioner and used to work Recovery Room so I have a lot of experience with these drugs. From the time the drugs were given to my daughter to discharge it was only 15 minutes. This included the time to do the four wisdom tooth extraction. Prominent Point did not recover my daughter at all after her Anesthesia. She was unconscious in a wheel chair when they rolled her out. She would arouse when stimulated but had no control of her arms or legs. My daughter was so sedated when they rolled her out I had to lift her into my car. As I buckled her in she stopped breathing. When I turned to look for the staff they had already gone inside. I shook my daughter and she woke up, took a breath and then became unconscious and stopped breathing again. I had to stand next to her in the parking lot waking her up so she would breathe. She stopped breathing several times over the next 10 minutes or so and would resume only when I would shake her . I couldnt even leave her to go back inside for help because I was afraid to leave her alone. After about 15 minutes, the drugs had worn off enough to where she would breathe without stimulation and I was able to finally drive her home. Standard recovery from such powerful drugs typically is 30-45 minutes on Oxygen with monitoring equipment until the patient is alert enough to move and maintain respirations without oxygen. The respiratory system becomes very depressed with these drugs and it is common for a person to stop breathing if they are not stimulated and woken up. I shudder to think what would have happened if I had not been a Nurse and had Recovery Room experience. The Oral Surgeon never came to talk to me after the procedure to tell me how it went but I did hear him joking around in the back of the office. The staff never called to check on her after and its been 48 hrs. This dental office is DANGEROUS. I plan on filing a formal complaint with the State Board of Dentristy and will post as many negative reviews as I can so no one else has to experience the poor and potentially life threatening care my daughter received.

Be warned that this office does NOT stand behind their services. My wife had a crown that was causing some discomfort, and they wanted to charge $85 for an Endodontist consult. I’m glad we fired them and have taken our business elsewhere.

Believe me stay away. My wife went in for a cleaning and the technician removed the veniers and slashed the tooth right down to the root..What a nightmare after that one slip up...Avoid this place at ALL COST!

I have a strong distrust for this agency. Moved here and had almost 3000 paid off on my daughters braces. She had all the hardware and teeth already looked perfect. They quoted another 3000 to complete the care of 6 more months. Given her teeth looked so good we just paid 800 to have them removed. All of a sudden they could do the rest of the care for 800. Then when I got evaluated it was about 2000 for all that was recommended to me. Went and got a second opinion and it was like 900.
