Everyone was nice, the facility is practically brand new including new technology, they offer orthodontics and regular dentistry as well as sleep aid, you can get your first cleaning for $59 i believe, and they offer $12 a month Insurance if you dont have any ( Kaiser did not offer any). I had Christina as my tech by the way. I thought it was a good experience and the office has a pretty cool view by the way.

Poor patient care where I verbally and physically raised my hand during a filling with extreme pain. The drilling continued without additionally medication for my tooth pain. I was told I was “ a good boy” after the procedure like I was a child and am near 30. My bite was off due to the filling being too high and tooth pain for the next month.Front desk staff could be more friendly. The only thing I liked was the free drinks you couldn’t drink before your teeth cleaning. Glad I moved out of state for a new dentist.

First class office and first class staff with first class water treatment. I started care with Solich & staff in early 2017. My wife also receives treatment here. I came in with many problems and a lot of pain which is ALL gone. Don’t use a a dentist who doesn’t treat their water that runs to the dental units. This office uses the most effective treatment system available - the Sterisil G5 antimicrobial treatment system. Thanks for the tremendous support over the years, Team!

Dr. Solich is hands down the best dentist I have ever seen. I just moved to Colorado Springs and visited his office for the first time a few weeks ago. The office it self was designed beautifully and extremely clean. I had NO wait all the 3 times that I showed up for my appointments. The front desk staff was very friendly welcoming and helpful when scheduling appointments.They even scheduled my wisdom tooth extraction for me so I didn’t have to do it myself! Upon seeing Dr. Solich the first thing I noticed about him was that he was extremely invested in making my smile healthy! He was very detail oriented and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I had my fillings done a few days ago and he made the experience comfortable and painless and not to mention they are perfectly done. Both him and the dental assistant made me laugh and smile and I enjoyed the friendly conversation we had during my time there. He made a plan for my teeth and I’ve already completed what he recommended for me and I couldn’t be happier with the health of my teeth! Dr. Solich is the best and I highly recommend choosing him.

I was told on three separate occasions that my sleep apnea treatment was covered by my insurance. My insurance information was provided prior to treatment beginning. I only started the treatment after being assured that contact with my insurance company confirmed coverage for the treatment.Now, the insurance company has denied coverage and indicated no contact, other than the claim submittal, had been completed by the dentist office.As a senior on a fixed income, I relied on the dental office to confirm my insurance coverage. As I told the dental office, I could not afford receiving an oral device for my sleep apnea without the insurance coverage. I was assured that my insurance did indeed cover the service.Now, the bill has arrived and contact with the office provides nothing but ..so sad, too bad; just pay.Shame on me for trusting the smiling staff. GET IT IN WRITING before having any work completed. I am disheartened by the callous indifference and false information provided by the office.

The hygienists and assistants are caring and genuinely concerned your health and wellbeing. Dr. Solich is sensitive to all of your concerns and takes the time to explain your options. He offers so much more than just your routine dental care; he also can help with TMJ issues and sleep apnea. The office responds quickly when you have a dental emergency and they are able to get you scheduled promptly for routine exams.

They were timely and checking in frequently so you didnt feel forgotten. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am super happy with the work done on my mouth so far!

Like many people, I really dont like going to the dentist. In fact, I always say that I hate going to the dentist. But Dr. Solich is an exceptional one. He strikes me as a very calm, warm, and genuinely nice guy. Every one of the staff in the office is very nice and personable. Ive been a patient since 2007 and have absolutely no desire to try out any other dentist ever again.He has replaced all my silver fillings with the kind that match my teeth color. I have 2 crowns that also are the color of natural teeth. I had to get the crowns because those teeth had silver fillings from the 90s that had failed.They have lots of new technology which makes dentistry more effective, more cosmetic, more interactive, and definitely less intimidating.I would definitely recommend Dr. Solich and the staff of Exceptional Smiles to anyone looking for a dentist. Currently I live in Castle Rock and still make the drive down to see them.On a side note, the waiting area is decorated so beautifully that you will forget youre at the dentist!

My original dentist retired and I was moved to Dr. Solich, I was a bit skeptical. I had some old amalgams that needed to be replaced and a crown to get. The fillings went fine, I made sure to bring my IPod and jam out to some Metallica because I get a little anxious with dental work. My crown took 4 total visits to get it done. The first one was the prep and the last 3 were because the crown was the wrong color and didnt fit. Dr. Solich felt so bad that I had to continue to come back that he sent me a $100 gift card to a great italian restaurant. Who does that!!! Im not giving him a 5 star rating just because if this but also his staff is super nice and he is fantastic at what he does.
