Mary and Dr.Keen are absolutely amazing! They are thoughtful and thorough. You can tell they truly care for their patients and want to provide the best service possible. Mary even takes her care one step further but placing Vaseline on your lips. That really makes a difference. No matter the nature of the visit, I always laugh and smile while in their care.I wouldn’t want to get my mouth bones drilled by anyone else.

I have been with this dental clinic since early 2018, after we moved into the area due to military. I normally do not write reviews as they slip my mind, but I have never had an issue with this place and today after a visit with Dr. Keen I realized I should post an honest review.I normally do not like to go to the dentist. Nothing against the professionals that work there, but I truly dislike the feeling of the drill..even with numbing shots. My fear is that I wont be numbed enough when they reach the middle, so I naturally tense up at the thought of feeling anything (it has happened before due to having a higher resistance to numbing medicine) but whenever I come here, I have felt more at ease than any other dental office. Everyone is always so caring, ensuring Im as comfortable as can be. Taking moments to check on me, asking me questions or talking to me to keep me distracted without it feeling like a distraction. Actual, caring, conversations for more than typical small talk. I feel like Im visiting relatives or friends who genuinely care about my well being.Today I felt that feeling even more when I expressed the stresses of 2020 and how financially it has taken me down. I havent been in because I cannot afford the cost of these darn cavities after what my insurance will cover, but I had an emergency visit and they really tried to step up in my time of need. While I could cover this visit, I genuinely appreciate the fact that someone would do something so kind for someone they hardly know. It is the little things that really get me. Lets just say Im glad my monthly passed... or I would of walked out of there bawling my eyes out in the most positive way 😂It is unfortunate I will not be able to stay with this clinic forever (military and their constant need to move families...) because I do truly feel comfortable and at home. The visits here are no longer stressed induced dental visits.Thank you Dr. Keen. I appreciate our talks and to all the gentleman and ladies (Im bad with names so Im so sorry!) This place is literally the best dental clinic. They explain everything fully and set you up for success. I thought maybe my first visit was a fluke because I was a new patient and it was during the initial pandemic (which they are very clean about 🙌), but they are genuinely just wonderful people. I absolutely love the whole staff and they do such a great job while trying to save you a buck - all the things a great dental office should have. I want to recommend them, but dont go during November or March so I can continue scheduling my cleanings easily, thanks! 😉

South Springs Dental Group takes the time to gauge your comfort level and what you specifically want to focus on when it comes to your teeth and gums, which I greatly appreciated. The hygienist I had was incredibly friendly and so informative. She told me more about how to properly care for my teeth than any dentist Ive ever seen before. Dr. Keen was also very personable and clear about the treatment plan for my dental health. Overall, the best dental experience Ive ever had. I would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible office staff. They’re rude when you go in, they are never available on the phone, and they will not return messages. I was over billed for a procedure and it is impossible to get in touch with anyone.

A very friendly place. All associates are caring and over all friendly. They treat you like family. They greet you and they talk to you. They get to know why you are there and how they can help. Great music does play on the overhead 😁. Over all amazing place.

Amazing experience, this doesn’t happen normally but I had been praying for the past couple weeks over personal issues and while my dental assistant was talking to me she answered some of them and it made me so emotional to the point I started crying, she didn’t shame me or look at me weird, it wasn’t her fault at all, she smiled and made me feel so comfortable. They were also gentle with my teeth and informed me about everything I needed to know clearly. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Im 69 years old and my previous dentist of 29 years recently retired. So, I needed to find a new dentist. The approach to restoring and/or maintaining my dental health was so much more advanced than anything I have previously experienced in my life. I am looking forward to a much improved dental health as a result of the advanced approach (its new to me) South Springs Dental takes in assessing their patients dental health.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. For just an x-ray and exam took a little over an hour with the paperwork needing to be done.

My first visit here went very smooth! Everyone was super nice and friendly from calling to make the appointment to checking in to meeting the dentist and hygienist! Not to mention Dawn did a fantastic job and my teeth are squeaky clean! It was also impressive that they ask if you have nervousness going to the dentist so they can make sure you’re as comfortable as possible.

Everyone in the office is super nice and welcoming! I was having severe tooth pain and they squeezed me in so I could get an extraction done immediately! It went super smooth and very pain free. Amazing place altogether!

This is the best experience Ive ever had at a dentist office. They explain every step of the way and always make sure you feel comfortable. They do honest work and dont try to take advantage of you. My previous dentist said I needed 10 cavities filled, but when I came to South Springs Dental for a second opinion, they said I was cavity-free but would continue monitoring a few teeth. I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be going back

READ THIS REVIEW! Feels like a scam. Full mouth cleaning, exam and xrays for $59, but 2 teeth need a “deep clean” and I was given an estimate of $354. They wouldn’t perform any cleaning unless I payed this much for the “deep clean” of 2 teeth.

I have already given this place a 5 star review because of their hygienist Melissa, but today I had 5 fillings with Dr White and tech Alex. They again were so accommodating because I am unable to lay back in the chair. They found a way that worked well for me and got me comfortable during my 5 fillings. This team is phenomenal. Not only did they accommodate my crazy schedule, but they were so kind and understanding. Struggling with postpartum depression meant my teeth were quite neglected. They never made me feel bad, encouraged me, and explained exactly what I needed to do to improve my oral health. So grateful for Dawn and Drs. Keen and White.

I was suppose to have an appointment today to see the dentist about getting a root canal done that my previous dentist confirmed I needed. Well besides the roads being slick and the major amounts of snowfall, I’m 7 months pregnant and did not want to risk driving when all of fort Carson was released for the day because of the weather. Well she insisted I lock in another appointment for next week and I informed her that next week I have a bunch of appointments for my pregnancy. Then I asked if I could call back to reschedule when I find out what will work for my husbands work schedule to be able to watch our kids for my appt. She rudely stated that she needs to lock in the appointment so we have it scheduled and it’s too easy to just call back and reschedule if I need to. She was super pushy and didn’t listen to anything I had to say. I think this is just a tactic to get money for missed appointments. Highly unprofessional and I haven’t even been to this office. I was looking forward to doing business with them until she kept pushing me to make another appointment. I will take my business elsewhere.

I sought care to have a second opinion rendered. Jessica welcomed me and I was treated as if I had been a patient with South Springs Dental Group forever. The staff was great! Jamie did a wonderful job taking X-Rays and pictures. Dr. Keen took the time to explain to me her recommendation and why after the examination. Edited: dropped to 2 stars because they have the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced with a health care provider. Ive called 4 times to ask questions about a bill I received ($360+ more than they told me it would be). Every time I call, no matter the time or the day, there is no one in the entire company who can help me. They take my information and say they will call back, but never do.Basic cleaning and prevention are fine, but if you have to have anything more than that I recommend shopping around.Great dentist. Explain what they are doing so I can understand. My teeth are in good hands.

Dawn did an excellent job during my cleaning! I care about keeping my teeth clean and Dawn kept giving me tip after tip on how to better tweak my oral higene habits which I was grateful for. Her customer service is excellent!

I have ground my teeth for 24 years...but thanks to the staff here. I am now aware of a solution every other dentist failed to mention.They were professional and layers out all the options. (Not just the ones my insurance pays for) and getting the full menu so to speak is nice. I definitely have plans for the future of my dental care that is better for me, despite what my insurance thinks I need.

I saw Dr. White for a cleaning and checkup. My wait time was very short and the dental hygienist, Brandon, was very thorough. Dr. White put me at ease right away. She showed me pictures of what I needed to do to follow up and thoroughly explained my X-rays. Everyone was friendly and efficient.

Loved the entire staff; from the receptionist, assistants, and dentist. I had a minor lower chipped tooth. I’m active Army so I initially had to go to the Dental Clinic at Fort Carson. They did a bad job of filing it and smoothing the tooth. Didn’t want to go back there to fix it. So I came here, and they did a fantastic job addressing my problems. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is having dental concerns.

The staff were very courteous and polite. They did an excellent job with the procedure I went in for. Only thing I would say it would be great if they accepted medicaid patients and you didnt have to pay out of pocket. Overall everything went well.

Great Staff that is very professional and caring

The service and people at the dental office are great. But I do have an issue with making patients pay the day of the visit without running the visit through insurance first to know exactly what the patient needs to pay. My 2 prior dentist offices did not operate that way. I paid the amount they gave me the day of and now I received my EOB stating my patient responsibility should have been less. I have left South Springs Dental 2 messages to find out how this situation is handled and if I would get a refund for my over payment. Nobody has contacted me back. This could have been avoided if claims are run through the insurance first to know who pays what!!!!

I was referred to South Springs Dental by a co-worker because they were a friendly dental place. They were that and so much more. They explained everything in detail ensuring I left with all the options. The entire staff felt like a team wanting the best for my care.
