They used to be good. Went there for several years, but in the last few months they rushed us through. We always make reservations and one of the two girls would always be about 15 to 20 minutes late starting, but would rush to catch up so that we both were finished at the same time. So I was getting much less time in the chair than my wife. And recently they finished 10 minutes sooner than they should have, if you believe what it says on their menu for the services we paid for.

The overall experience was okay. The service was a bit rude and not really attentive to detail. Price wise was affordable but the “refills” are the same price as the new sets so you might as well get a new set.They get you in pretty fast as well so it’s convenient when you don’t have much time.If their customer service improves, they definitely would be one of the best nail salons in B/CS.

From the get go the lady up front was rude and rushing us to pick a color. Ben did my nails and did a good job and was friendly but the lady from the front did my daughters nails and she stayed in that rush and the quality or lack of shows it. I have NEVER seen a place let someone leave with polish and gunk around the fingertips and under the nails! Also, the prices have REALLY gone up! We wont be going back again.

I’m so upset! I went in for a broken nail and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. I got my powder but I decided to schedule a appointment. The guy gave me an option so I picked 5:30. Went in at 5:30 and was immediately told they don’t do long nails😂I immediately told the guy I got them done here. He then rudely says who did them? I tell him Nick.He tells well nick won’t be here until Saturday or Sunday. I ask him can I speak to a manager? Saturday or Sunday u can. Not only am I embarrassed but I’m left with a broken nail that they did!!

I have gone to Super Nails in College Station for a long time. I am consistently impressed with how up to date, clean and modern their facilities and services are. Today Don did my acrylic dip nails and they are beautiful. I couldn’t be more pleased. Every time I get my nails done here they are strong and last a long time. Also, Tham did my deluxe Sunkist pedicure, and it was excellent! This was the highlight of my visit and my week. Her massage on my legs was great and I am so thankful for her attention to detail during the whole experience. It was exceptional. I highly recommend Super Nails!

Shout out Andy and Mae for doing such an amazing job on my nails!! the salon was kept very clean and organized, the nail techs were super professional and kind! they offered me refreshments while i was waiting to get my nail design done! 10/10, will definitely come again!

Pedicure itself was wonderful, best in town! HOWEVER, literally within seconds of the top coat being applied, you are rushed out of the chair. I don’t quite understand the extreme urgency of getting the customer out of the chair when there are so many empty chairs. As a result of this frantic push out of the chair, my pedicure has been messed up several times which ironically, in turn PUTS ME BACK IN THE CHAIR!!!!!! So I would appreciate a few minutes to gather my things and head to the dryer without the speedy kick out.

I made an appointment 1 week ahead. The lady was 30 min late. Got me back to do my eyelashes & said I was blinking too much. I was relaxed but kept telling me to relax & I should come another day. I was very relaxed. She taped my eyes halfway opened & got mad at me because I could NOT close my eyes. Took all my lashes off & said I should come another day. Ive never had a Place of business make me cry. This chick did not want to help me. I was not difficult either, she seemed like she didnt like doing eyelashes & I was a bother. Also, wouldnt give me a refl. Insisted on a full set. Left w/ nothing on my ryes.

I had the worst pedicure of my life there. The technician used so much polish that it looks glopped on. It is thicker in sections. Then the sides and top arent even painted. He left polish on my toes. He kept complaining that toe nails were too small.

This nail salon is clean. I wore a mask the entire time since its mandatory here. They have plexiglass at nail stations. People are always cleaning. My nails look great and Ill definitely be back.

Usually there’s not a wait to get seated, but a wait to get your nails done while seated. They do a great job on manicures, pedicures & waxing!! The price is a bit high but you definitely get your money’s worth.

I used to give this place a 5 stars. However this time I came with my friend to get our pedis done together for her wedding and then her nails I asked if we could start with the pedis and the guy at front said no and split us up. Is the 1st time they separate me from my party. After I got sat I chose the middle pedi and cuong was been to rough I mentioned it a couple times and he would just hold my ankle in place if I tried to remove my foot when he was hurting me.

When I scheduled my appointment I was quoted $39 for classic manicure and pedicure. When I arrived I checked in at the front desk and gave the lady my name, appointment time and what I was getting and the price of services quoted me just a few days before. I get to the chair and they bring me a menu. I noticed the price I was quoted was almost $10 more than I was quoted. I explained to the man that I was quoted a lower price. He simply said prices went up. The young lady that did my nails was extremely pleasant and did an average job on my nails. I explained when she brought me the ticket that I was terribly sorry because I was did not expect the price increase. I feel that first mistake was gal at front desk not letting me know of price increase. Secondly, I feel the guy that gave me the menu should have spoken with management (and he may have been management) about honoring quote. Unfortunately they had a very sweet employee receive no tip and lost what would been a very loyal customer. You may have made a few extra bucks yesterday but you are loosing a lot of revenue from this gal.

Not sure of her name but she did a great job on my manicure and took great attention to detail. She made sure there was not ANY imperfections.

This used to be my go to place.First time back since 3 2020 and it was not a great experience.the lady did a 20 minute shelac manicure didnt get the color all the way on the sides,then after she fixed she proceeded to talk about me to the other mail tech..Jenny was my favorite and she isnt there anymore.

I come here often...this last time I requested solar with a different color tip. Something I got normally with no issues when I lived some where else.... They seemed a little stumped on the process and after several discussions, the nail tech ended up doing pretty good job.

I am very disappointed in this place! I paid for a pedicure and the guy did not even get all my previous nail polish off before applying the new one. Also, he didnt even give me a foot massage. He only massaged my calves and never even rubbed my feet. On top of this, their prices are way more expensive than most of the other nail spas here. They are $43 for Dip when you can easily find places here that charge less. Save your money and go somewhere else - I suggest Nail Spa (they are much cheaper and better service).

Went and got a brand new set of nails. After 2 weeks 3 have already popped off completely. I told her that she needed to put the sticky stuff (primer)on the nail bed to make it stick like my old tech did in Lubbock. She refused to put the primer on and told me NO. Then she put my nail tip on my thumb crooked and refused to fix it.. I was told by the female tech (Lanny)they would stay on and not come off. Totally disappointed. I wont be back.

My sister and I were walk-ins, it was our first time at this place. We came in close to closing but they still took us in. We had acrylic tips with dip powder my nail tech Lee did a quick job but perfected my short coffin shape, and my sister had Lucy, she got a short stiletto shape done. All in all a good experience and good quality. The only take back was I was cut a little with the drill on my pinky but no biggie, and the price was $96 in total for both of us. I’d come back here.

Sadly, the lady who just did my pedicure was terrible...do not use Tham..she rushed the pedicure and was throwing her supplies on her table she was clearly mad about something and took it out on my feet. She scraped my feet so bad as well. I have been coming here for a while and this is the first bad service I ever encountered..do not use Tham.

Male tech. I was brought here for my birthday and none of my treatment was good. My tech didnt seem like he was trying to bring me any type of pleasure while doing my expensive pedicure and manicure. He would slather on the cream and then wipe it off and not even massage which was part of the package. My friend who was being treated by a female was very well taken care of and even her Tech was given the gentleman who was an older Asian guy a bad look like hey what are you doing. I will not be returning because when someone pays to have a service especially something of a pamper a kind of service we would like to be pampered after A Hard Days work and all this quarantine mess

I got a shellac manicure & it wasn’t great. The gentleman who did it seemed to be in a rush & didn’t really take care of my nails. My favorite place, by far! Ben is my nail hero. He’s meticulous and thorough - but still quick - and always gentle. You can tell he takes pride in his work and is pickier about how things look than I am. He also never makes me feel like I’m a pain for wanting to do multiple colors on random fingers with some matte and some shiny, etc. I love the dip powder nails and they have tooons of colors to choose from. When I want my pedicure to match my nail color, Ben always helps me look and even tests colors on his own nails until we find the right one.The salon is always clean, even when they’re really busy (which is often, since everyone knows how good they are!). They also have a fair amount of other services, but they don’t push anything on you, like some places do, so that’s also a plus.Sidenote: The guy who helps with cleaning and sweeping and stuff is also awesome and has been there forever, so shout out to him for doing a great job, too.

I just left this nail shop very upset and disappointed. The lady that waxed my daughter’s eyebrows completely messed them up, badly! Due to Covid19, I had to wait outside the waxing room instead of going inside with her. I noticed after a little while that it was taking way longer than usual, so I walked into the room and immediately noticed my daughter’s eyebrows super thin with a messed up shape! Owner was mindful and apologetic, but what’s done is done. I do not recommend this place to my family and friends. It is their responsibility to make sure all the techs are qualified and capable of doing their job correctly and provide them with the required training to avoid making these type of mistakes. This is unacceptable.

Adam at Super Nails did a wonderful walk- in pedicure for me today! I appreciate his friendliness and excellent skills! The manager of Super Nails was dressed very stylish, was very professional, greeted me when I walked in the door & was happy to answers my questions. I highly recommend Super Nails.

I got a deluxe pedicure and classic manicure. Hannah did a wonderful job with both! She’s great at getting my ingrown nails and listening to my preferences! Pam took care of my moms nails and we both left happy!

My mother and I made a appointment for 12:00... I was finally seated at 1:00 and my mother around 1:30 so that was issue number one. We both had dips done mine a solid color and her French tips... both the worst nails we’ve ever had done. Bumpy crooked and terribly shaped. Oh but it gets worse $50 a piece and the price wasn’t told to me until after he swiped the card.

Horrible, everyone on here who gave a good review for this place probably got some short simple nails that took little to no work. If you want length with nice shape and nice application of gel, powder, or dip you will leave unsatisfied. They did a horrible job on my nails and when I asked for them to fix it, they repeatedly told me what I did wrong when I asked and specifically told them what I wanted. She rushed and I will never come here again. I can’t stand when I come pay my money and you tell me what I want.

I think this is the best place in town. I usually go to Nail Spa but lately this place has been where I’ve been going. Andy is so sweet and so gentle, Ben is great, and Adam is the most gentle man ever!!! Every time I have been here I have not been disappointed. They are fast and quick and I really enjoy the pedicures - reasonably priced for what the packages offer!

Came in for shellac with fake nail, was recommended to get dip powder for a few dollars more and I am DELIGHTED with the result! Andy did a fantastic job and they definitely earned a repeat customer!

There wasn’t a wait which was nice. Lien made me bleed on my pedicure and manicure. Every time I said “Ow” she wouldn’t stop. She was more concerned about getting the nail polish she got on her fingers off more than actually painting my nails in a timely manner. It took 2 hours to do a basic manicure and pedicure. I will not be returning.

I figured I’d give this place a try since it was close to 6 when I got into town and with them closing at 8 I wouldn’t feel my services were rushed, well I was wrong. I went in a little over a week ago to get a manicure and pedicure. Pedi was done beautifully, but when it was time to go to Henry, who did my nails was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. He seemed to have a bad attitude and rushed through my nails. They came out lumpy and uneven. I went back that following Monday and asked if they could be fixed, the guy up front was like there is nothing wrong Henry did a great job. By Monday my nails were chipping and turning this grayish color. I’ve never had that happen before at any salon after getting shellac. So the guy offered to do them over, I looked at the colors and any of them I picked he’d say no you won’t like that, pick something else, smh. So instead of getting my nails done over I just asked to have them removed. I’ll never return to this shop again. Sticking with nail spa.

This salon is the absolute worst Ive ever visited. The people there dont make any attempt to engage in conversation except for with each other. Even then it continues to be irritating as you cant understand one word they say. My acrylic nails were horrible. They were uneven and way too thick. I didnt get the type I like (its the white with a very evenly, though scattered with silver glitter). There was no buffing them out or even decent filing around the edges. I had to come home and use baby oil to loosen the acrylic that was adhered to my skin along the sides and my cuticles as well as underneath the acrylic and the edge of my own nail. My pedicure was like a trip to hell! First the water was way too hot. Then the man that was doing the pedicure added a bit of cold water (like about 6-8oz.) then grabbed my ankle and plunged my foot into the nearly scalding water. When I jerked my foot back out and told him it was still too hot, he threw his hands up in the air and called over the manager. Through hand gestures, finger pointing and my name being used several times, he left me and the manager called someone else over. Then turning to me she said something along the lines of the new nail tech. being my last chance. I put my shoes on and left. I have never been so disrespected or gotten such horrific treatment at any salon Ive visited over the last 25+ yrs. I dont suggest anyone frequenting their establishment as Lord only knows what could happen there. I give it 10 thumbs down!

I asked to have my dipping powder removed and a gel manicure in its place. During the manicure I noticed that something was different with the way she was doing the manicure, I asked this is gel right? she said yes. When I went to check out, instead of owing 35, the front desk said I owed 50. I explained that, that was wrong as I had only gotten the gel + removal. He said too bad - she had done extra and it was my job to communicate that I didnt want that. He then SNATCHED my card out of my hand and threatened to charge the amount. This was the worst experience at a nail shop Ive ever had do not go here!

Worst and most embarrassing experience.I brought my fiancé here to have her nails done and they allowed me to sit next to her because the shop was rather empty at the nail bar. While sitting next to her a worker walked up and tried to take my seat from me for another client even though there were several open seats everywhere else. I agreed but did not understand why. I then had to grab another chair and sat back down.The second act that was very unprofessional was the discriminated against us and asked us to pay before my fiancé’s nails were painted. This was not the case for any other client and they could not provide me with a reason as to why. I paid before as they requested but we were embarrassed and many other clients began to stare.Thirdly the job they did was rushed and one of the worst I have ever seen. This was our first time trying a new shop and it was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this shop for any of my friends. Nor to any other person looking for a new shop. They are rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory.

I had the worst experience getting my nails done here today. Hopefully it will let me post a picture...I had been growing my nails out to get them done for a very special date with my husband and only came here because the other place we went had to long of a wait (obviously for a reason!) I told him I wanted my nails to stay the same length and shape and he destroyed them! Filed them down so much on the sides that I barely had any fingernail left. One of the other nail techs came over and laughed when he saw my nails and the tech still asked for payment. I told him no and started crying because my finger was cut and I was furious! Lee fixed my nails but I still ended up having to pay which is so ridiculous. I shouldve let my husband come up there like he wanted to.

This was my first time getting acrylics and I love them! I will definitely be coming back to get more.

Went in for a deluxe pedicure, I am 35 weeks pregnant and the girl was amazing! As I was enjoying my pedí she kept asking if I was okay (falling asleep) 😅. Overall great experience went this weekend for dipping powder nail and the guy did great!

Andy is very very nice and normally everyone is friendly. But I got Daisy this time and she’s sooo rude. Didn’t even say hello when she sat down and when she hurt me and I flinched, she rolled her eyes and kept going... my nails are all different lengths too.

I initially liked this place, I went here after waiting 40 minutes with no service at Fashion nails on Harvey. I was seated quickly even though they were very busy, and picked the deluxe pedicure. Adam did a great job on my toes, I was very relaxed and enjoyed my time. However, once I moved onto my manicure I was less than happy. I was in pain while Andy was doing my nails, and at least 3 of my fingers bled. I was not satisfied at all with the care given to my nails for $41. After he finished, he felt my nails and told me I was good to go, so I started to roll down the pant legs and lint got trapped in my nails. I pointed this out and Andy simply told me to take it out with tweezers when I got home.

I had a really nice lady named Helen I recently hurt my big toe really bad and she was rough even though I nicely asked her to be gentle. The two bad things were she took the purple sponge to scrub your feet and just pushed it under my seat to use later on another person and she messed up and I asked her to fix it towards the end and said no and that it was my fault bc I bumped it even though I didn’t move my feet at all I hope no one ever has to got through what I did.

Daisy, Linda and Cody take such good care of my mother and me. They always know what we want.

We love Super Nails! Always friendly. They go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and spoiled! I feel like Im walking on clouds of Jell-O when I leave.
