I love this Red Carpet. They are always friendly and always remember me when I walk in. There is a large selection to choose from on pedicures and manicures. Julie is always looking for ways to improve Ans asking how your visit was. Sometimes days are busy and a glass of wine is enjoyed while getting my nails done. I also love that Julie and Devin have been living in the community for over 15 years (which is how long I’ve been back to College Station) it’s important to them that the communities thrive.

I wanted to love this place. They have so much to offer, and the staff is friendly and talented. I am giving 2 stars because I made appointments with a particular nail tech several times, but when I would get there, I was asked to wait. Over an hour later, a different person would come over and do my pedicure while I watched the one I requested start on someone else at the same time. This happened 3 times. I spoke to the owner, and she said she would fix it for next time, but after 3 times, Im over it. I dont know if it was a communication problem or if I just didnt matter. I saw my previous nail tech twice a month for 8 years. I tip well. I am friendly. No worries. I have found a beautiful new place - 2 actually.

I LOVE Red Carpet Nails and all of their employees, it doesn’t matter if you have a brand new employee or someone who has been there since they opened - each one will offer fantastic customer service and do an excellent job. Not to mention that it doesn’t matter if I go every week (i wish) or once a month, each and every time I am greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The customer service is poor. I went in the other day to get one nail fixed and instead I was prompted to wait. I watched six other people walk through the door and get seated. I finally got up and said something about the the situation and was told to hold on. I liked this place in the beginning. I will never back again as this place is time consuming and they don’t value their loyal customers‼️

During my time in College Station I went to several different nail salons. Red Carpet Nail Spa was the best by far. Its the only one I will use again.

If you like to wait over an hour for a simple pedicure then this is the place for you! I arrived and was told there was a 15 minute wait which is fine it was a little busy I don’t mind waiting. However, over an hour is stretching patience. In total I spent 2 hours to get a 20 minute pedicure today. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had a poor experience here. I used to love coming here they had great customer service, were always very quick to seat you and get started and never had a complaint. However, the last few months the quality has diminished drastically and I have kept giving them chances. This is the second time recently I have had an extensive wait. Last time I waited 50 minutes and watched walk ins get started before me. I started to get up to leave and all of a sudden they were ready to start. Regarding my acrylics I got done on Tuesday the top coat is already peeling after 3 days! It is very rare that I write a poor review for a business, but this was my last chance. Save your time, save your money and go somewhere that cares more about your time and their customer service.

Arrived for my manicure appt early hoping to add a pedicure on and was quickly seated for the pedicure and got it done in time for my manicure appt. Bryan was AMAZING with my nails. I went in with pressed dried flowers for them to be put into my acrylic nails. He did exactly what I asked for and was open to my suggestions the entire time. They look incredible. All the staff was incredibly nice and I was in and out in 1.5 hours with a simple pedicure and fully designed acrylic set. I definitely recommend this place (and BRYAN) based off my experience.

I LOVE getting my nails and toes done here! I get BEYOND quality service!! My nail tech is the best; he’s so creative and funny!The gentleman who does my pedicure actually rubs my feet and takes his time!!

This is my favorite place ever to get my nails done. Great quality and great experiences every time. I have one small complaint… I went in for a fill yesterday and I had a coffin shape, so I just assumed they would continue the shape…. He did not and gave me a square shape. Not major, but If I’m paying $15 less for fill, I just assumed I would get my previous shape

Wasted $25 bucks on the worst massage ever, she just stretched out my shirt and lazily rubbed me down with oil while watching tv and talking. Not to mention the wait and didnt tell me at all what was happening where to wait how long what kind of massage or anything

I have been to this place many times before and it was good until this time. I went in so that they could take my acrylic nails off and the lady who was helping me (Julie) was super inattentive and rude, talking right across me to the customer beside me and she kept scurrying off to god knows where. At some point the acetone started to burn and she was nowhere near. She also did a terrible job because there is so much glue residue on my nails which is why I went to get them taken off professionally. She kept rushing which is probably why she did a terrible job. Every other time I’ve been here everyone has been great except for this time. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Don’t bother making an appointment here. They don’t pay any attention to it. Had appointment at 5:30 and finally left at 6:20 when the person I was booked with was still working on someone else. Would recommend you find another place with better customer service.

My first experience here was not good at all. The guy that was doing my nails (didnt even have his name anywhere I could see) filed my skin more than my nails leaving cuts and raw areas on my fingers around my nails. You can also see he didnt evenly apply the dip on my nails, there are bumps and low spots especially on the thumb nails....just not a great first experience at all.

Me and two friends arrived at 5:30 to get manicures and we weren’t helped or even spoken to besides them leading us to a chair to wait till 6:20. Yes, they seemed a little busy, but during us waiting they sat and helped multiple others before us that arrived after we did and not once did someone update us that we would be seen soon. I was ready to just leave but my friend wanted to stay and go ahead and get her nails done which is the only reason I didn’t go away and walk out. During my manicure, my nail tech continuously stopped to laugh and joke with her coworker next to her. What could of taken about 30 minutes ending up being a hour and a half. It wasn’t even the waiting that bothered me as I could see they had a lot of clients, it was that they keep looking over at us waiting but not one person came to update us on when we might be able to get our nails done. Just asking for basic customer service.This was my first time coming here and I won’t come back.

I’ve been here a few times for a great manicure especially by Peter. Then I was recommended to see Hannah here for a great manicure but the quality and service I received was unfortunately not up to my standards. My nails were all uneven with ridges and bad shapes and she used the wrong color and didn’t give me the nails I asked for. I came back the next day to have them fixed because they were so bad I couldn’t stand to live with them especially with a big event later in the week. The owner was rude and extremely unprofessional when i showed her what was wrong with my nails. I was embarrassed enough and felt bad to have to go back because i didn’t want to hurt Hannah’s feelings by not liking her work but after the rude service i was given when i wanted them to be redone correctly was astonishing. Dirty looks, eye rolls, attitude, etc. UNNECESSARY. I never leave bad reviews but after that I just had to warn. Peter ended up redoing my manicure thankfully and he did a FABULOUS job and I’m very grateful for his kind and professional service. And also, all i got a $20 discount. Very disappointed with the staff, minus Peter (he’s the only reason gave 2 stars)

I went here with high expectations after hearing all the good about them and ended up very disappointed. i showed them a picture of the nails i wanted and what i walked out with was nothing close. the lines were very uneven, some lines were thick others were thin, some were straight and some were crooked. i spoke with someone about it and they said that the same nail tech would have to redo it, but if they couldn’t do it once how would they be able to do it now? i asked if i could just get a different design and was told that it would be an additional $15 on top of the $63 i had already paid.

OH MY WORD!!!! I cannot begin to describe how pleased I was with my first experience! I got a pedicure by Angela. She was super sweet and did a lovely job. I then got stiletto acrylics with color powder. Peter did A FANTASTIC job. I could not be happier with the result! Julie was also super helpful in picking out the colors for my mani and pedi!! Overall very friendly staff with a relaxing, vibrant atmosphere. I will be back!

What I asked for & what I got where completely different. I asked for ombré nails with dip. I got acrylic (which I don’t like) and an awful streaky pink and white ombré. The pink isn’t event the right shade. The girl was nice and technically fixed three of them, but they’re still awful. They nails are filed crooked, and basically the whole ombré is slanted on my right hand. The pictures don’t do it justice.

I LOVE THIS PLACE & THESE PEOPLE! I was a customer at their old location for many years! The owners are a precious couple! It’s a family business and they treat customers like family! The new location is gorgeous! The quality of their services is impeccable and the attention to detail and customers is unparalleled! Hands down, the best place in town!! ❤️

I’ve been using this nail salon for over a year. They are right by my house so it’s convenient. But it’s not convenient enough for that lack of customer service. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here but kept telling myself I’ll give them another chance. I do always like how my nails turn out. However these people are on a money grab ive had to tell them multiple times what I want because they either try to do something thats easier for them or costs more for you. I wanted a refill next thing I know all my nails were chopped off and I was getting a full set unbeknownst to me. DONT BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT YOULL BE WAITING REGARDLESS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES WILL NOT CARE. I don’t leave reviews for places but this is the fourth and final bad experience I’ve had here. Take your money and time elsewhere.

Nails are poor quality and barely last one week. Ive gotten my nails done there a few times and each time they only last around 8-9 days.

I chose this place because website advertised high standards for cleanliness, especially auto clave instrument sterilization. I was expecting instruments to be bagged up and opened up just for me but that wasn’t the case. In fact I didn’t see any instruments bagged and sterilized. They just went in drawers like other nail salons.I gave a 3 because although the cleanliness wasn’t what I expected my nail guy Daniel did an amazing job on my nails. He was very meticulous to get my nails perfect. I can honestly say, he did the best nail job I’ve ever had (dip nails with tip). It was especially appreciated because I wanted my nails to look perfect for my wedding day.

Extremely disappointed in the level of service I received today. Made an appointment for a mani/pedi online and requested a specific person. When I arrived I was placed in a chair where I sat for 30 minutes PAST my appointment time and didn’t even get the person I requested. When my pedicure was finished I was escorted to pay rather than my manicure. I brought all of this up to someone and nothing was done to correct the poor quality of service I received. This is the second time I have received such unprofessionalism and poor service. Extremely disappointing.

Went here for the first time, the place is pretty busy but I was able to get in right away with Mai, she did a beautiful job. I have been to a few nail places in the area since I moved here and this is my go to from now on!

Not worth it. A friend recommended this place and I went with a different friend. We had an appointment and were seated very quick. The technician got started on me right away but my friend, with the same appointment time as me, had to wait an hour. Neither of us got offered drinks or even allowed to look at colors because of how quickly they shooed us back so we just kinda guessed on colors. I got acrylics and it felt rushed. Didnt check if nails were same length and one nail was see through at the end. That one broke after one day.... My friend asked for a manicure with shellac and they didnt even ask what kind even though the appointment specified what one they wanted. Very nice place but the quality of service is very low

I have to say my nails look decent, I do have to top coat them myself because the entire nail was not top coated so there are distinct lines. My thumb is a crooked almond shape. Kim was rude and not very friendly. The other lady running around was very friendly but very pushy for you to get more services. They do charge a COVID fee or a $1

I have been going to this place since it first opened and at the beginning it was great, but slowly their service started to become awful. I have been cut, given the wrong color and shape, rushed, and was given normal nail polish over shellac even though I have to pay for shellac, I’m finally just calling quits on this place. You need to go to certain people and even then they’re always booked and everyone else doesn’t seem to really care. The only reason this place gets 3 stars is cause their pedicures are pretty good. But I don’t recommend coming here for a set and manicure. They charge so much for a mediocre job.

Tony and Peter were absolutely amazing. Tony paid so much attention to detail on my pedicure, even popped my toes which was strangely nice. Peter shapes my nails very nicely and have one of the best massages. Will be coming here more often! I highly recommend these two!

Finally found the nail salon that I love in college station. I came here to get my birthday nails done and when unfortunately two of them fell off I came back and they gave me a whole new set of nails at no price. They were amazing and so sweet when working with me and fixing my nails. This place is also so clean and big and they are very efficient! I would definitely recommend!!

The place is nice and I enjoyed my pedicure and simple manicure. However they need to figure out how to manage appointments or stop talking them. We had a 12:45 appt and didnt get service for almost an hour. We were there for almost 3 hours. :( There was another customer across from us who also made an appointment and was really upset because she was waiting so long.

Pedicure was great and detailed, my nail tech took his time but the nails lifted a week in. I prefer the Fancy Nail place next to yestar.

Attentive and wonderful service!The facility seemed clean and modern. They did everything to make sure that I was comfortable and that my nails were just what I wanted. Daniel and Tony both did a great job of getting me in and out in an efficient manner. I found the prices to be very fair and I’ll certainly be returning!

I have been to a lot of nail salons around town and this was one of the best experiences Ive had! I didnt catch the name of the woman who did my pedicure but she was wonderful! Ann did the dip on my nails and was meticulous but quick. They both took the time to take care of me and it was very much appreciated. I dont normally treat myself so sometimes I leave a nail salon filled with regret but not this time! It was definitely money well spent. And I will be back.

I called and scheduled an appointment informing them I was in dire need as I would be in a wedding soon. After being assured I would be serviced due to my scheduled appointment, I felt at ease and took their word. After arriving on time for my appointment, I was informed that they were unable to assist me as they were too busy for the rest of the evening and to come back another day. If they were unable to service me, let me know beforehand so that I can arrange other options. The fact walk-ins are precedent and receive service over an appointment defines this companys professionalism and respect for their clients. Whats the point in scheduling an appt if walk-ins will be serviced either way? It wouldve been nice to at least hear an apology regarding their mistake or even a heads up as they were aware of how behind they were. Very disappointed in their customer service and lack of attempt to assist me.

Waited for 45 mins and never even started on my pedicure

Every time I come in they take such wonderful care of me! I’m due to have my first baby any day now and my feet are insanely swollen. Ms. Lynn spent extra time to help the aches and swelling go down!

I have been here twice now and it is not worth the money. Recently, I got my nails done with shellac and they chipped in one day! I went back and got them redone for free and the next day they chipped again!! I made an appointment to get them fixed and when I showed up, they were too busy to serve me. Went back later that night and got a rush job.I am grateful that they did not charge me to fix, but I had to go back four different times and I am still not very satisfied. The atmosphere is nice, but that is it.Update!! After two days they chipped again. Never going back here. Each time they “fixed” it they would just rush through and it looked sloppy. DO NOT WASTE MONET HERE!

I am very particular about my nails, and I go to the same place same lady every time at another salon here in college station. But she was booked and I heard so many things about this new place and I just had to check it out. I was a walk-in at Red Carpet nails, hoping to get takin care of that very day, and I was put with Daniel. First impressions of the place was very nice, very clean, modern, and even have the choice to get alcoholic beverages!!! I got seated right away, and Daniel did very very well on my nails, and now I am one of his regulars!!! Pricing was just a bit more than the place I went to, but with the Job well done, good conversations, good customer service it’s okay!

Called this nail salon to make appointments on mothers day for me and my sister to get mani pedis and when we showed up they were overbooked and under staffed I explained how I made this trip because they were the only ones with availability. One lady went above and beyond and stayed open to finish us up. She was super sweet about the whole thing and even apologized repeatedly to us. Side note, we were not mean or rude in anyway. Kindness goes a long ways.

The salon is very nice and the people are friendly. However, the technician I had did not do a good job on the actual manicure. I received a shellac manicure on Thursday and the polish is already starting to peel on Saturday.The setting is very nice but the resulting product is not worth what you will end up paying.

Clean and beautiful place. I was a walk-in and was seated immediately. They even offered me something to drink. I got a full set of dipped nails. They look beautiful and have gotten complements on them from friends. People are friendly, and prices are good. Will definitely go again.

No attention to details like the roughness on the underside or corners of nails. I had DIP removed, and got a new full set DIP. It was$41 before tip. It is a beautiful salon. But the tech really nicked my skin a lot. No nail brushes at the washing counter but there was a very nice honey and sea salt scrub. No lotion.

I started going to this location since it was right next to my house. The first person to do my nails did a pretty good job but when I went back for a refill I got Alvin and he did absolutely AMAZING! I have since been back 3 more times and every single time I leave the salon being extremely happy with how my nails look. I always get powder done and I’m pretty OCD about the look of my nails and how well they were done, so the fact that Alvin meets and exceeds my expectations every single time is awesome. If you guys need someone who takes their time, is detailed, and listens to what you want, ask for Alvin!

I am VERY particular about my nails but this place exceeded my expectations! My nails turned out beautiful. This is definitely the nicest nail salon in town, its very modern and clean. Ive been to a lot of the nail salons in college station and none of them are as nice as this one. Their prices are the same as everywhere else Ive been (my dip nails were $41) which is amazing considering how nice it is and they have drinks. Also, the staff was incredibly friendly and my technician was very careful and really took his time. I went on a Friday night and it was pretty crowded, but they were still able to get me in instantly even though I was a walk-in. This is my new favorite spot!

I went here the week it opened and I got a full set and a pedicure, within a few hours I had to go back and get my toe polish fixed and a nail replaced. I decided to try it again last week (due to covid I was in dire need of a pedicure and my favorite place, Nail Spa, is remodeling) again, horrible experience hurt me multiple times, told her it was hurting, asked her to stop and all I got was sorry. I had to go back and get my toes touched up because after an hour she told me they were dry and they werent. My toe that she kept messing with is swollen and hurting. I will NEVER return here. Rude and unprofessional.

I’ve been lied to twice now. The first time I go get a full set and show like three people the design I want and they said someone could do it. So I get my nails done and when it comes time to do the design and the guy says he can’t do it but can do something “similar”. If no one could do it then I would have gone somewhere else that could. This time I go to get a full set and the lady rushed me to pick my colors and she cut me three times during the process. In the end I left with colors I didn’t really like. I go back today to get it fixed and I asked twice how much it would cost and they said I wouldn’t be charged. So I get my nails fixed and at the end he charged me. If I was going to be charged I would have just kept the colors I had and left.

I was desperate to get my almost ingrown toenail taken care of and my niece got me an appointment with Julie. Julie did a great job on all my toenails, and smoothed and massaged my feet. After her massage I was able to walk barefoot on the tile floor without pain! I also got the shoulder massage that was really needed because I cant have a regular massage right now. The place is new and looks nice. The chairs are comfortable and the music is relaxing.

The staff is incredibly friendly, the place is clean, got complimentary drinks with my dip nails and pedicure. My boyfriend enjoyed his pedicure too!My nail tech made my nails a bit thicker than I prefer but she was very friendly and patient.

Completely removed my nail tips and gave new tips when were not needed. Front desk girl was not helpful and never smiled at any customers while I sat for over an hour. Charged me $43 for the worst nail job I’ve ever received. Completely unorganized salon.

I was expecting really nice things from this salon as their prices are higher than most salons in the area. I asked for coffin but didn’t receive it. They did a poor job matching the powder I already had on so the bottoms and tops of my nails turned out mia matched. The acrylic was finished poorly as there were lots of bumps and divots. A simple fill ended up taking two hours.

Red Carpet nails is amazing! The building is brand new, large, modern and so nice! I have tried so many nail salons in CSTAT but have never been impressed until this place opened up! Good pricing (41$ for my dip nails) and such nice people. I was a walk in but they got me in immediately. Will definitely return!

They literally all told me it was their first time painting toe nails (not kidding!), Doing a mask, or a paraffin wax etc. It is more expensive than other places in town and nowhere near as good.Also, I had an appointment and waited so long that it was 2 hours before I left. I had to get up and leave without finishing what I wanted.Do not recommend. Go elsewhere.

Atmosphere is great but they value speed over quality.(which is ironic as you read along). I made a mistake of coming when it was busy, they sat me within 10 mins then spend another 40 mins waiting with someone telling me it was almost my turn. I got the most basic pedicure, spent 2.5 hrs there and the quality was a 2 at best (nails not smoothed out, paint left on skin, etc). Its gonna take more bad service before finding the right person there to do a stellar job. The seats are great and made the wait bearable. At the end I was overwhelmed and just ready to leave the damn place.

Today 2-10-19 was supposed to be a day of pampering for wife, but she had the worst manicure and pedicure at this nail salon. She went in thinking it would be relaxing but she waited around the salon for almost 4 hours. And then when she tells the owner about the services she received, they didn’t offer to discount. The owner just tries to promote her business by giving her a card to give to her friends. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone in the B/CS area. That is all.

Nice people but I have to wait almost a hour every time I go for nails aren’t that great. My shellac is peeling up after 2 days along with the top coat of my dip nails from a few weeks ago. Everyone’s nice and the place is beautiful hopefully these are just flukes

Definitely not worth the wait. I went in and waited almost about an hour before I was seated and then another half hour before they even started doing my nails. It was very rushed and pretty sloppy. I got acrylics with nailpolish rather than powder. I asked for a coffin shape and it was definitely not that. I also wanted long nails but the man cut off the tip even before I said it was okay and they came out short and stubby. They tried to charge me $10 more for the “long nail” but it wasn’t even long. Yet to find a good nail salon in college station

The two is for the beautiful decor and the kind gentlemen who did my nails. 4 HOURS to get your nails done and a pedicure... with no one checking on you, offering a drink etc. I finally got waited on, because another sweet lady knew the owner.

I was not impressed by this nail salon. I went in for a basic pedicure. My toenails look like a child painted them. There is nail polish all over my skin and parts of the nails have no polish. I could have done a better job at home! Will not be going back!

I have been going to NailSpa for two year literally every two weeks on the dot. Since my tech moved, I hadnt been too happy with the service so I decided to try RCNS. I had a great experience! My nails came out more perfect than I couldve imagined all thanks to Spike! He did an excellent job. Happy to say I have found my new salon :)

I love the technicians but the management leaves something to be desired. Opened 15 minutes late with customers and staff waiting outside. Make appointments with a particular tech only to show up and be told they arent working. I honestly expect more from one of the more expensive places in town.

This salon is very nice! Ive had various technicians do my nails here, but I would highly recommend seeing Spike! He did an outstanding job, listened to what I wanted, and exceeded my expectations. He also has an instagram where you can check out his work! @spikenails

Friend recommended it and she loves it. The technician I had was horrible. He hurt me so much and did not do a good job on my acrylics. Do not go to the B/CS. And if u do, do not let Henry do your nails. They look so ugly and was not expecting this especially because it’s more expensive than other places. Also the ladies at the front are very rude too. One guy did try to clean up my nails at the end but I’m still very unsatisfied.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE!!!!! They only like to take care of ones who pay for higher services. Waited over 40 minutes for waxing and they only took care of people who got service already. Also part of the wait time was so someone could have a nap in the wax room.

I went in for acrylics and I got the wrong color, my tech didn’t ask what shape I wanted, and every nail was crooked. I had to tell him multiple times to fix it and he was unable. I actually had to file the nails myself because he just said “oh I always do that.” I was charged $45 to get nothing I asked for. My nails are crooked, thick and overlap onto my skin. I had to ask to be sent home with a file to try to fix my nails. I called for a partial refund and everyone I spoke to was beyond rude and the manager refused to give a partial refund although the policy was not posted in their store. Terrible service.
