Dr. Spring and her entire staff go the extra mile to ensure you feel like a client and not just another patient. They take time to consult, ask for feedback, and provide a great experience. She referred me out for a procedure that she likely could have easily done (Invisalign), but due to one small issue that may cause long term changes, she felt that someone more experienced would be the best path. That shows she is unselfish and not just trying to book the business for financial gain, and that my long term oral health is the most important aspect of that decision.

Dr. Patel and Danielle took great care of me during my cleaning. Really thorough, very friendly, and not at all pushy. Cant wait to go back.

I LOVE the Wydown Dental office! Everyone is kind and friendly and my dentist, Dr Patel, is lovely and explains everything to me and is very reasonable. I came to her after being very unhappy with another dentist I was seeing in St Louis who told me my teeth needed a long list of extensive work. She evaluated my teeth for herself and felt that some things did need fillings but several other areas were ok to just watch closely for now. She takes her time with each patient and makes them feel heard and cared for. The dental hygienists I’ve had at this office have always done a great job as well and been very attentive to my comfort.

Another dental visit today and I just have to share again how much I love going to the dentist here. Dr. Patel and Dr. spring are both so friendly and knowledgeable, and I was able to get in and out for my appointment quickly (but not rushed!), which I appreciate. Best dentists ever! Everyone is always nice and professional. I have been going here for years.

While the dental experience at this company was good, we filled out paperwork online providing all our insurance information to them and specifically asked when making an appointment if our preventative care would be covered based on the information we submitted. They assured us that they would let us know if there were any issues and never said anything else about it. 4 months after our appointment we received a bill for my sons care because the insurance covering him wouldnt cover his care. After I raised this issue, they did cut it in half because they said it was a shared mistake. We trusted them with a duty of care to provide an accurate estimate for their services and they failed to do that. We are quite disappointed because the care was good and we were planning on having everyone in our family use their office.

Best experience I have ever had at the dentist! Pam, my dental hygienist was so sweet and Dr. Spring was wonderful. They both took the time to get to know me personally and were very reassuring and careful with my teeth. The new remodel looks awesome, too. I will definitely be recommending to more friends!

My check up was great! Everyone at the office is super friendly, love all of the upgrades in technology - from appointment reminders, to booking my next appointment. As always my dental hygienist was GREAT! Always so sweet, friendly and did an awesome job cleaning. I enjoy coming to the dentist now. :)

Dr. Spring graciously invited me to come to her office for an emergency repair. Ive been seeing dr farmer since I was 5. Along with my 2 brothers. He has always been such a great dentist. When I moved I went and saw a different dentist, and in the end I got back in contact with him so he can fix the teeth the other dentist jacked up. Now he sees my oldest son and will be seeing my baby as well.

Dr. Spring recently took over this practice from dentists Id been seeing for a long time. I was nervous to start over with a new dentist and on my first visit with her it was determined that I had a long list of dental problems. I was so upset with this news that I actually started crying a little bit. Dr. Spring was very kind and gentle with me then and promised it would all be fixed. 8 weeks later (and ten more visits), my smile is back to where it should be. The entire staff from top to bottom is friendly and professional. Recommended highly to anyone of all ages.

Dr. Farmer is awesome, hes personable, kind and just an all around good guy. He takes care to make sure Im comfortable when hes working. The hygienists and assistants are always friendly and attentive to detail. Ive been very happy since I switched to this office, and I hope Dr. Farmer doesnt retire any time soon!

I have been a loyal patient of Wydown Dental since 2001. On my last visit in November 2012, my hygienist Jennifer had left and the office failed to advise me that someone new would be cleaning my teeth when they called me to remind me about my upcoming appt. Upon arriving I waited the normal wait time before seeing the hygienist. The woman who cleaned my teeth(i forget her name) was rude and was in a rush the entire time. she didnt even floss my teeth!! For a company to be in business for so long, its sad i had to change dentist due to POOR customer service and a hygienist that was HORRIBLE!!! I WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN!!
