Dental Oasis never sees to Amaze me... They are so friendly & Helpful & I Just love the New location & Design . Very Hip & Trendy for my Teenager! She loves going there when its time for her visit

First, this is a beautiful and high-tech office! Everyone was incredibly polite and cheerful (at 7am, nonetheless)! They were very responsive and did their best to have everything they needed (previous x-rays, insurance) by my first visit. Anyone employee who has called me has been very patient and kind. Overall, as much as I really dislike having to visit dentists, they made it the best possible experience!

On time, friendly and give you all the information you need to keep your teeth healthy and certain places to watch but dont try to push you into something before you need it. Very honest.

Had a cleaning today at Dental Oasis of Clayton and had reminders before time which helps me to be on time. I appreciate the reminders. Shawn at the front desk , to everyone there is so friendly and nice.Ms. Ashley was so easy with my cleaning and making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Williams checked my teeth and she was so helpful with my partial. I was made to feel like a part of their team instead of a patient as they always do to their patients.If you are looking for a Dentist I highly recommend Dental Oasis of Clayton.

I woke up with an abscessed tooth. After calling my dentist and being told I couldnt be seen, I called another, they could see me in a week. My face was swollen and I was in pain, and I couldnt wait a day, much less a week. My daughter referred me to Dental Oasis. When I called, the sweet girl told me they werent going to let me walk around like that, and got me an appointment that morning. Everyone was very sweet, understanding of the fact that Im a big baby when it comes to the dentist, and they work as a team. Its a great environment! I have found my new dentist! Thanks yall!

I was able to be seen earlier than my appointment. Ashley was very gentle in her technique. I have had rough times on the past. X-rays went well without discomfort. The atmosphere is always calm.

I didn’t used to like going to the dentist, I actually dreaded it. I have been going here for some time now and love it. I really like Dr. Williams and Ashley is my favorite hygienist (the rest are just as good). My visits are pleasant and they all really make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Always greeted by warm and professional staff. All hygienist are just fun but also extremely good. Had crowns done today and not only were they amazing at doing the service BUT they made it such a comfortable and virtually painless experience.

I went in today to get my crown and build up on a tooth. I explained to Dr. Ohmad that I have a particular problem I have experienced with numbing and he listened to me and told me that he would use as small amount as he could so I would not have to a bad experience. He did the crown procedure and made it super easy for me. Thank you and your assistant for making me feel comfortable and important.

I moved to Clayton in 2017. After trying 3 other dentists in the area that treated me very poorly, I am SO THANKFUL I found Dental Oasis. The entire staff deserves huge kudos for being so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. (Huge shoutout to Iva, Riley, and Dr. Omad) Unlike every other dental office, Dental Oasis treats you fairly and keeps your best interest in mind. Dr. Omad was very personable and did not treat me just as a patient plan, but as an actual person. I highly recommend this office if you want a healthy and beautiful smile without breaking the bank.

Bad experience today. Insurance authorizations need to be more prompt and efficient. Furthermore, whoever is in charge of texting patients back needs not go back and forth with them debating the feedback they requested. I will most likely not return.

Ive been going to Dental Oasis for a few years now and have no plans on going anywhere else! I absolutely love it there! Every staff member is great! They go above and beyond to make sure youre comfortable and offer so many perks like watching tv shows, hot towels, etc. Its almost like a spa! They give you a heads up on pricing beforehand on any work you need done so its not a surprise. Its always a pleasant experience going for work or my cleanings/check ups. I recommend this office to everyone! You wont be disappointed!

Dental Oasis of Clayton has the most welcoming and nice employees. They worked around my schedule even after having to reschedule twice. They were so nice and very quick. I am always very nervous about going to the dentist but upon arrival I was able to calm down just because of how nice everyone is! I love the staff and energy here. 10/10 would recommend!!

Told me I had a cavity and quickly tried to get me to pay for it to get fixed. I said no since I couldnt afford it at the time, and eventually went to a follow-up appointment at another dentists office. The dentist explained to me that I didnt have any cavities and only needed my usual cleaning. I know others who have gone here and been told they need unnecessary fixes, only to go to a second dentist that confirms the procedures were unnecessary. Be careful going here if you cant afford unnecessary procedures!

Best Dental Experience Ive had in a while! Today I came in for a cleaning and replacement of my filling. I had a painless cleaning session with my dental hygienist with enjoyable conversation. When it was time for my filling replacement, my dentist made sure that I was comfortable and numb. Even when I needed more medicine to numb, my dentist was patient and waited before continuing. Overall a great experience and a much better price for the filling replacement than other dental offices I had researched.

The place was emmaculate and they were adhering to all protocols to prevent COVID-19. I was handled wonderfully by my hygienist and Dr. Williams was very thorough. Great first time visit.

I love the entire office. They are polite,professional and treat people with compassion. They always try to accommodate your schedule and let you know in advance what treatment fees will be. Dr Williams and Dr Omar have excellent chairside manner..they listen to your concerns with genuine demeanor. Dr Omar is extremely patient and kind and verygentle when he is working on your teeth. His assistant Carla is fantastic and I love my hygienist too.

So today was my first visit to Dental Oasis. I was so happy with the level of customer service... they took time to evaluate a treatment plan for me, and they all just made me feel at home. I was able to fill out the new patient information ahead of time, and the check in process was super easy. They provided great communication and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Super happy that I decided to transfer all my dental needs to them!!❤️

It was my first visit to this dental practice. This was the BEST experience with a dental practice that I have ever encountered. It all started with the warm welcome that I received when scheduling my appointment with Sean. He absolutely made me feel like a family member to this practice. He was attentive, knowledgeable and professional with everything that I asked to schedule my appointment. Upon my arrival to the office today; I was greeted by Ananda and she made me feel right at home. My wait time was less than 15 minutes which allowed me the necessary time to complete my new patient intake packet. As soon as I had it completed; I was immediately called back to the chair by Christy. She was truly a wonderful person. She explained everything to me prior to performing anything on my mouth. She was friendly, gentle, knowledgeable, and precise as she conducted my exam. She was very detailed during the process and it took her less than an hour to complete my blood pressure, photos, review of my new patient intake packet, examine every tooth and my x-rays. Additionally she introduced me to Ms. Karla; she was such a sweet genuine and caring person; just a jewel. She assist Christy with completing my exam. Shortly after my exam was completed; I was introduced to Dr. Omad he was so kind, knowledgeable and very attentive to my immediate need. He provided me with my dental plan over the months to come. I left the office today feeling really special and I am definitely looking forward to my next visit. Anyone that is looking for a dental practice in the area please stop looking now; and look no further, than the Dental Oasis of Clayton. I guarantee you that you will be just as pleased with your decision as I am with my decision!

Im waiting to see if this will be remedied by them.

They did a very thorough exam and cleaning, and helped me to understand any work needed. I reiterate work that was needed. They seemed to be more willing to help comprehensively and for the long relationship between the patient and the dentist. Really I was a big chicken after some of my past dental issues overseas and really neglected my dental care until recent issues I had and needed attention. Well the Dentist and the Exellant Staff from the Reception to my hygieneist put me to eaze and I overcame my fears. What a friendly group of professionals. Cant thank you enough!! This was my first visit at Dental Oasis, in Clayton. I transitioned from my “old dentist” after being a patient of theirs for 30 years due to driving distance and convenience. I do have to say this environment was fun, easy-going but yet very professional at the same time. The entire staff seems to get along with each other which is usually a sign of good management. They didn’t try to “over-sell” me on procedures. I left with a print out of costs for procedures I do need done (which I already figured I needed) making it easier for me to budget. A longer than normal dentist visit but again it was my initial appointment - and they took their time. Great first impression.

I would highly recommend Dental Oasis. Not only are they warm and caring, they take the time to answer all of your questions and concerns. They also took the time to compile a list of pressing dental issues over ones that can wait to help me get the most out of my insurance and be more cost efficient.
