This was my first time visiting this office. Meghan gave me a warm reception, Kamisha ( I think this is right) and Darlene made me feel very comfortable and relaxed by making me laugh. The doctor was very attentive and said “ we don’t believe in pulling teeth unless it’s absolutely necessary,” My kinda guy. But the show stopper was Brook the dental hygienist she THOROUGHLY cleaned, flossed and polished my teeth gently. I’m over 50 so this is not my first rodeo. I would highly recommend Axiom dental office.

Honestly I’m pretty mad after yesterday’s visit to Axiom. When I arrived I was reminded that I needed to renew my Axiom plan for $276 which I agreed to. I went to the exam room and was told that I was due for new X-Rays, which she proceeded to do. Then I got my cleaning and proceeded to check out where I was told today’s bill was $323. When I asked to see a bill breakdown I was informed that they did two AP X-rays that weren’t covered by the Axiom plan. I asked her please to start telling the customer what is and isn’t covered by this Axiom plan. She said well it was in the contract that you just signed. And I said yes but I didn’t know there was an additional type of X-ray that they were doing called an AP; had I known they were doing it I would have declined. This is not fair to clients to perform services on them at additional cost without getting consent first. I’ve been going to this dentist for almost 6 years and feel completely blindsided and taken advantage of.

I think Axiom is a great place. Everyone is very nice and they do great work. The only thing I would say they need a little work on is time management. A few times I have arrived and had to wait close to 30 min before being seen.

The staff were wonderful and really put me at ease. I was a new patient and everything was explained to me, taken care with no surprises.

The people at this clinic are so friendly and professional from the front desk staff to the hygentist , Nurse, & Dentist. I felt very comfortable and treatment explained completely. I would recommend this Dentistry to anyone.

I have never seen such an up sell in my life. I used their $80 coupon for X-rays and a cleaning. Never got the cleaning, was there for hours and told I needed $8500 dollars worth of work. Do not go there they are scam artists

My adult daughter was in severe pain all weekend which culminated with a trip to the emergency room. Dr. Malek was able to see her right away and take care of the problem. In my opinion, compassion is one of the most important qualities for any doctor and his professionalism and compassion are greatly appreciated! Being pain free is definitely something to be thankful for! So, Glory to God for answered prayer and many thanks to Dr. Malek and staff!!

I paid had an online coupon of $88 for first time patients which included x-rays and cleaning. Well they told me that they couldn’t do the cleaning on the same days as the x-rays, made al kinds of excuses. Me nor my Wife will be going here, you lost our business for not honoring your coupon on the day I walked in to have everything done. Worst $88 spent

The folks at Axiom are always so courteous and kind and welcoming. I usually hate going to the dentist (as Im sure everyone is) but todays experience was so smooth and went so well that i dont think I would take my business anywhere else from now on. Thank you folks for making my time there enjoyable and relaxing.

Love this place! Felt welcomed as soon as I came in. Everything was explained thoroughly, I understood why treatment was recommended. They even give you a sheet with how much your cost will be and explain every step of the way what they are doing. Found my dental home.

I do not recommend, my crown fall down after few days in my trip to NY, i have to stop in NY and pay $800 cash to fix the poor job they did, they never contact me and I lose my money, i pay 1700 dollars cash for my crown waste my money.

Axiom Dentistry of Clayton is absolutely AMAZING !! Everyone who work there is very professional & knowledgeable of what they do! My appointment on Wednesday went smooth! As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by the receptionist as well as Ms. Terri who works in insurance! My hygienist Sam was thorough & quick she was super confident & kept me aware of what was going on! Ms. Terri in insurance gave me in detail knowledge on what my cost is & broke down my next 3 visits to help! I love them at Axiom this is definitely my dentist home! Let’s not forget Dr Moe he is great!

Went back in 2018 with a good deal through Groupon.The cleaning was good. I just cant recommend them because we received pressure to get very small fillings through dental plan paperwork I still have ($460 for my Husband and $260 for me) afterwards. I understand that is how they make money, but we got a second opinions from two dentists since and neither of them thought it was a good idea to take burrs to our teeth, damaging the natural integrity.Since we are cash pay, we said no, not now, but I would have hated to have had insurance and had them do work that didnt need to be done.Im glad we said no and got second opinions.

This office provides the best care possible at a cost that doesn’t break the bank. The doctors and associates were so caring and put patient needs first! I rarely go to the dentist and enjoy it but since coming to this practice I have. I would recommend this to anyone that asked me!

I have found my dentist! I have been seeing Dr Zimmerman for six months, getting my teeth back in shape from skipping the dentist for years. The environment is so comfortable and the people are awesome! I dont really worry about going to the dentist anymore because Im relaxed while Im there and while I do leave in temporary pain, I feel so much better.

Today was my first time at Axiom Dentistry. What a wonderful experience! Everyone that I interacted with were so kind. I left with a clear game plan for my dental health and the rest of my family will be coming here as well. Very positive experience!

Axiom dentistry is a god-sent facility. I am very insecure about my teeth and needed immediate attention and the staff made me feel so welcome. When you first walk in you are greeted by Terry, Pember and Leo and their warm smiles and incredible energy makes you feel at home. Darlene the hygienist is very polite, sweet and personable. Dr.Malek did great work, was professional and made me feel comfortable and at ease. This is the best dentistry I’ve ever been to and I’ve recently brought my daughter for her first visit. Instead of cries she was happy when she left. LOVE LOVE LOVE AXIOM! If i could give a millions stars i would!!!

If you need dental work I highly recommend the Clayton or Zebulon Offices. I haven’t been to a Knightdale office; but, I’m sure they are great too! 😀😀

I am 36 weeks pregnant and out of nowhere started with a really bad tooth ache. Talking with Leo (front desk) was so helpful. He did all he could in his power to get me in asap. The staff and doctors were so great and made sure I was at ease (since it had been years since Id last been to a dentist and never really had a good experience) and comfortable. Highly recommend Axiom Dentistry!

I love Axiom Dentistry! Everyone there from the ladies at the front desk the the dental hygienist to the dr. Himself are amazing and make you feel welcomed. Today with our visit my child chipped her front teeth on friday I called monday and they got us in today. (Tuesday). They know how you smile give you confidence and wanted to make sure my daughters smile stayed as bright as it was before. Love them all!

Awful experience! Things are changing drastically at this location such as the dentist. First complaint, The dentist I had yesterday seemed to be irritated with me when I was asking questions about my teeth. Second complaint, I received a busted and burnt lip from the drill. My filling wasnt properly filled. So, I have to find a dentist who can clean up another dentists work. Avoid at all costs! All the changes have really made this a bad place. The staff at the front and Dr. Perry who went to Benson are amazing and I have zero complaints about them.

I brought my two daughters (11 & 8) here for cleanings and check-ups. They both had a great experience and said they liked the staff! They needed fillings, so weve been back twice to have this work done. The doctors and staff are wonderful! They explain every step thoroughly and kept my daughters very comfortable throughout the procedures. My youngest was quite nervous going in for her first fillings, so Dr. Malek asked her about her favorite music and played some of her favorite songs on his smartphone! That turned the whole experience around and put my daughter at ease! So glad we found such a great dental office in Clayton!

The staff is great. I had a good visit. Had to wait quite some time for my appointment, but the service was good once I got to the treatment room.

To be honest, I’ve not had very good dental care in the past which has made me avoid dentists all together aside from the financial aspect of it which has also been a deterrent. After my emergency visit to Axiom, I went ahead and made the appointment to start getting my teeth taken care of. The office staff was kind and courteous and they got me back immediately - I broke a tooth the night before and had to wait to find care. I called 4 places before them and they were the first ones who offered to help. They found out the tooth couldn’t be saved and Dr. Malek was straightforward on what needed to be done alongside giving the cost before doing anything and they were able to take care of it that day. They took the time and cared to fit me into their schedule and not only addressed the problem but fixed it as well. They were busy but there was compassion for me there regardless. Dr. Malek was kind and did a breathing exercise with me to get through the numbing. Not only that, I know that I need a lot of that stuff from past work and it was done really well but when I had discomfort, he stopped - administered more medication and waited. He was patient and worked with me and communicated the whole time. So even though I left the office one tooth less than I had before, I came out with a dentist.

In looking for a caring and patient dentist for my 10 year old son I decided on Axiom due to all the great reviews. It was his very first visit to a dentist and I wanted to ensure that his first experience was a pleasant one. Upon arrival the receptionist had a coupon/promotion for first time patients waiting for us. Currently I do not have dental coverage so that promotion was greatly appreciated. His exam, XRays and cleaning only cost me $49.00! The entire staff was professional, yet friendly and my son left the practice brimming with confidence and a smile on his face. Oh and my boy didn’t have a single cavity.Thanks to Doctor Zimmerman and the rest of the staff, bringing my son to the dentist every 6 months won’t be a nightmare.

THANKS FOR NOTHING AXIUM IN CLAYTON!!!!!!I am 5 1/2 months pregnant and was actually referred to this place by one of my doctors.ALL I WANTED WAS A CAVITY FILLED!!!!!!I called OVER A WEEK AGO...made the appt. And they took all of my insurance information over the phone as well as got my OBGYN to fax over a clearance for them saying it was okay to do treatment.My appt. Was this morning at 10am...it is now 8:30am and the front desk calls me to tell meTHE DOCTOR DECIDED NOT TO SEE YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE PREGNANT....I am just wondering why i wasnt informed of this OVER A WEEK AGO..BEFORE I TOOK OFF WORK...AFTER I FAXED YOU MY OK FROM THE OBGYN!!!!!!!!!ALL OF THIS WAS OVER A WEEK AGO!!!!!!!!!Instead they wait until an hour before i walk out the door..AFTER i take the day off, get up early, take a shower and dont even give me time to try and make ANOTHER appt. At A DIFFERENT dentist...And the receptionist kept saying Its not my decision to EVERYTHING i said!!!! Thats just annoying!!!!Rude - Time Wasting - Discourteous -DO NOT RECCOMMEND IF YOU ARE PREGNANT AND TRYING TO GET TREATMENT OF ANY KIND!!!!
