I and my husband recently had our annual cleaning at Riccobene Associates in Clayton and both of us were very pleased. We loved our hygienist Taylor. She was professional but very down to earth and if possible I will request her in the future. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Everyone else I met was also very nice. I appreciated the staff wearing masks and having a place for used pens and clean pens for visitors. The facility is very clean. Thumbs up please keep up the great work.

Riccobene Associates Is by far very knowledgeable in the dental profession. I recently had a diagnosis, that was in my opinionnot lining up with my dental habits, so I made an appointment with Riccobene Dental. I was pleased with the consultation, Ms Dominique took me step by step explained everything, on the X-ray, assured me that all is well and Dr Hucal confirmed her findings. Yes I do recommend this dentist.Thanks everyone for a great first visit.

Dr. Runyon is the best! Our whole family loves him. He was so patient to answer all of our questions and even help us with a specialist follow up. The whole office is amazing!

Doctor Hucal is amazing. Hes very personable, educated, and good at what he does. The three Dental Assistants Ive had in the past two visits (Natasha, Dominique, and Amber) were also amazing, informative, and personable, not to mention highly skilled. Ive had some problems for a while that my previous dentist office was only keeping an eye on. Ive had acquaintances who have been stung by that (which has cost them physical pain and more money to resolve). This office takes excellent care of your teeth and ensures they are doing everything they can to ensure there are no future issues as well. Id highly recommend this office!!!

Fantastic staff and really neat facility. I had a minor dental emergency and Olivia got me in the same week to make sure it stayed a minor dental emergency. While in, the power started to flicker due to an intense thunderstorm. The dental hygienist talked me through her plans for how to finish quickly and without power if it went out all the way. I mean, I would have waited, but it was nice to know there was a running plan! :) Dentist came in and was quick and friendly. Ends up my broken teeth could only be polished and smoothed, which she did quickly and painlessly. Thank you to the very wonderful staff here! Overall super impressed.

My whole family has been coming to Riccobene for 3 years since we moved to Clayton. They are so friendly and welcoming I will not go anywhere else. They also integrated their systems so you can schedule your appointments at any of their locations which I find very convenient. Great service!

My daughter and I have been going here for 3 years and we love it (as much as you can love going to the dentist that is.) A few days ago I had 2 teeth extracted by Dr. Gordon L. Hi cal and his assistant Tasha. They were aware of my dental anxiety and were extremely careful and very accommodating.

Did not get to see the dentist I specifically asked for at my appointment. When I did finally see a dentist after being in the chair for a couple hours, I saw him for a total of about 2 minutes. He talked at me, not to me, and then I was out before I even really understood what was happening.Tried to schedule for sedation dentistry at same location with the dentist I had originally asked for. Even though sedation dentistry is listed under this location on the website (site even brags about all area dentists being trained), I was informed they only do sedation at select locations. Seems a bit like false advertising, but I suppose they make the wording purposely confusing.Was phone transferred to a sedation dentistry location. Receptionist tells me I need a referral from within to even be considered for sedation dentistry. Ive already been to these people, they have my x-rays, I need hours of work done, have A LOT of dental anxiety, and have been experiencing tooth pain for months now. How was sedation dentistry not discussed in the first place as an option? Overall very disappointed with my Riccobene experience.

Great experience getting my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was gentle but cleaned my teeth very well. I have a cavity but feel comfortable coming back for my filling. They make you feel comfortable and explain treatment plans. Such great team of compassionate care givers. Highly recommend this practice if you are looking for dental care.

My experience with Riccobene was painful but great! I had some deep cleaning done, which come with some pain, but Emily and Haley were awesome! Their mannerism and accommodating nature, kept me calm and minimize the pain of the injections and scaling. The doctor (forgot his name, sorry) was great as well and being considerate of my pain threshold and trying to accommodate me as best as he could. I was really pleased with how they handled my entire process with the upmost consideration for my well being through the process. I would recommend this Riccobene location.

As a patient for over 10 years, I called on Friday at 12:30 for tooth pain. Samantha answered the phone with How can I brighten your smile? I said I was having pain and she offered an appointment on Monday. I asked what should I do over the weekend if the pain increases. She suggested pain reliever or I could call another office. I asked her dont you have appointments for dental pain/emergencies. She said no. She didnt ask any triage-type questions.I read another review on here that said your offices are integrated now and can make appointments at any office. If thats true, why didnt Samantha offer to do that for me? After I said I would take the appointment Monday, she said is there anything else I can do? I suggested that she should have offered to transfer me to the other office, but it was too late.So the bottom line is, she asked how to brighten my smile, but made no real effort to do that.

My experience was very pleasant. I had a filling fall out and I was not a regular patient as I just moved into the area a few months ago. The front desk graciously set up a chart, took me in and filled the tooth. The expense was very fair and I am thrilled!Dr. Williams did not try to sell me on an expensive solution; did an excellent job; and we agreed if there were problems we would work them through as they came, giving me confidence in getting good care!

It is hard choosing a new dental office when you move to a new area, especially when the one you went to before seemed perfect for your family, but choosing Riccobene in Clayton, NC turned out to be a great decision! I would quickly recommend them to anyone. I was visiting family 800 miles from my home when I had a dental emergency. I called my insurance and was told Riccobene was in network even though I was out of my home area. When I called Riccobene, they got me in right away. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The office was spotlessly clean and sanitized between patients, including both the doctors chair and mine!I left with a precision repair and a satisfied smile.

The whole experience of my first cleaning in NC has been so good.What a clean location, friendly staff, and competent dentists.I have had joint replacements, so had to get some antibiotics into my system before the procedure.My hygienist explained all her actions prior to the plucking, cleaning and polishing on my “pearly whites”.I need a crown, have never had one...so the whole process was explained, and the procedure doesn’t seem intimidating or so scary, or as expensive, now that see t I know what it entails.Thanks for the great experience.

The atmosphere is great. The staff have great customer service. Stephanie is a great POC for the VA. She stays on top of everything. Meagan is also great. She makes sure she explains everything that needs to be done and she double checks with everyone to make sure things are happening. I love this dental clinic and I would recommend them to anyone.

Simply the best. I love my dental hygienist, she is so kind and funny, and all the staff here to be honest. Its a 30 minute drive for me but a nice treat every 6 months.

I hate to be a downer after reading so many good reviews and I do agree that everyone in the office is very nice and friendly...but do not mistake that for competency. I had been alternating between their office and a periodontist but when I saw that they had a periodontist on staff I decided to do everything at Riccobene. I made it clear that this was my intention and was assured that they could provide me with the same type of cleaning offered at the periodontist. Long story short, the hygienist did not schedule me with the periodontist after I saw him the first time and he was not there the day of my appointment. I did see the dentist, who proclaimed that everything was stable and they promised Id see the periodontist next time. When I saw him on my next 3-month visit, he wanted extra x-rays of 3 teeth and told me I needed surgery to cut away some gum tissue to reduce the size of the pockets. When I questioned that, he told the hygienist that if things werent better next time to schedule me for scaling and root planing. Needless to say, I got a second opinion as he did not inspire confidence. I also agree that their billing office is not what it should be.

Emily is my hygienist and shes fabulous! She motivated me to take steps to better my tooth and gum health that no other hygienist has been able to do. I always look forward to catching up with her when I go in. And she always explains things in simple terms when I have questions. Shes awesome!!! Just on my interaction with her alone I would recommend this practice!!!

I have been very comfortable with the Clayton office of Riccobene Associates since I retired and needed a dental office closer to my home. Taylor has been my hygienist and she is awesome! Everyone from the receptionists at the front desk to the associates at the checkout desk are friendly, caring and professional. I would recommend this office to anyone.

We are new to Riccobene in Clayton and my experience today prompted me to write a review about them. My daughter is very shy around people she doesnt know and equally uncomfortable at the dentist, where she needed to have some work done, so I was rather hesitant with how this would go. Instead, the experience was truly wonderful! From the front office folks to everyone we encountered during our visit, it couldnt have been a more friendly, professional and relaxed environment!I like to make jokes to help ease my daughters nerves and Shannon our dental assistant was easily the most easy-going and funny dental assistant Ive ever encountered! Dr. Runyon the dentist didnt miss a beat either and was very easy-going and made jokes as well. It felt like we were being treated by old friends. The procedure was important, and they were certainly professional and very skilled when they needed to be during our visit, but during the in-between times (waiting on the novocaine to take effect, etc), they made us feel very welcome and comfortable with a lot of laughs. How often can you say you went to the dentist, had a great time and laughed a lot, and at the same time had all the professionalism and skill required to do a top-notch job? My daughter and I were blown away by everyone we encountered in their Clayton office and couldnt be happier we are now their patients. If you are considering a dental facility that appears to have the latest technical equipment available, and a very friendly, funny, caring and professional staff, then I highly recommend giving them a try!

I had to have two fillings done. They used a new wand hooked to a computer for numbing them up. Hardly felt a thing. They are very kind and gentle but very caring about your health.👍✝️❤️😊

Stephanie at the front desk was sweet, kind, and very informative of the process ahead. My Dental Assistant Meagan was fantastic! She was attentive, very knowledgeable, had a great personality, and performed her job as aPERFECT 10 always does! Dr. Behairy was fabulous! Great bedside manor, very understanding, and very helpful in assisting me with making the proper dental plan of action for my needs! I would 100% recommend this facility!

I have always been to Riccobene at the Garner location and never had any issues but due to location,traffic and less distance I decided to come to the Clayton location. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted by a very kind lady at the desk who made it a point to compliment me on my hair.(snow white).My wait time was brief and then I met Shannon. Such a pleasant experience it was. Dr. Gonzalez was very kind and on point. I couldnt recommend this office more.

It is very relaxing for a dentist office. Everyone is so nice ,they dont pressure you in to getting a procedure done. They inform you of what to expect. I have never had a bad experience there. While you get your teeth worked on you can watch the tv on the ceiling.

I went into Riccobene exhausted and in an awful lot of pain from a wisdom tooth that had been keeping me up at night. The dental hygienist (Ashley I believe her name is) was extremely professional gentle taking X-rays and both she and the dentist were very sympathetic and clear on recommending a treatment plan.

Both the nurse and dentist answered all my questions and reassured me when I was nervous about having a broken tooth prepared for a crown.Past experience with nerves being hit during fillings made me a little jumpy, but nothing painful with this dentist.

The billing department messed up my claims with Met Life and didn’t tell me for 10 months and then left it in my hands to figure out.If you wish to potentially have to handle your own claims, choose this office. I’ve spent hundreds out of pocket for coverage that was routine and covered due to the billing department at the Flowers Riccobene.The care I received here has been wonderful.

To receive a 4 out of 5 stars from me is very good. To receive 5 stars I would expect a filthy dirty martini, music of my choice to listen to and a foot massage while my teeth are being cleaned by an extremely pleasant, vivacious, professional and personable individual.Though the television on the ceiling is a nice touch.This is not an everyone gets a trophy situation. A 5 star rating must be worked for, earned, you must be creative, enthusiastic, extremely good at the service you offer and very personable.Today’s experience was very pleasing. My hygienist was very personable, professional and pleasant to chat with. Which has been a standing norm at this location. And I assume did a good job cleaning my teeth. Today’s dentist was rather dull and dry, by no means was he mean or rude just...eh, boring.A 4 star rating in my book is very good and warrants a return and recommendation. A true 5 star rating is very rare and should remain that way or it has no value.

Ricvobene Associate s fixed a bottom denture that I had got somewhere else and it is better than when it was brand new. It fits much better and I only used a little strip of fixiodent and they stay very good. I recommend Riccobene dentistry for all your dental need.

I had a great experience here! They were booked out for several months when I first called, but I was put on a wait list and ended up getting in much earlier from a cancellation. I am someone who gets nervous at the dentist and I knew I would have some cavities. The hygienist was extremely kind, understanding, and gentle with me and it was so appreciated! I did not have to wait long and overall the entire experience was the best Ive had at the dentist. I left not having any of the normal gum pain Im used to which was a huge plus.

Took my 2 & 3 year old for their first dentist’s trip and Sherry did a wonderful job with them. She engaged with the kids and they were cooperative and left with big smiles. Needless to say, their first experience with the dentist was great!

I was in an out quickly. Only had a small cavity to fill. I ask them to be quick because I had somewhere to be at a certain time , Was in and out in 30 minutes.

Great office location in Clayton. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions, options. I had painful tooth and jaw I need to do tooth extraction and implant, I never felt pain or discomfort during the procedure. Dr. Runyon did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. Everyone there is so professional and friendly. Honestly, it almost doesnt feel like a dental visit. They truly treat me like Im important. I love the atmosphere there from the moment you walk in until you leave. What I love the most is that for the most part they were true to my appointment time each time I went in and I love that.

I visited Riccobene Clayton today and I had such an awesome experience, I have to leave a review (even though I feel like it ages me 30 years to leave a review for my dentist lol). I got in 10 minutes before my appointment, Red asked me to fill out some paperwork, she complimented my drivers license picture (we love that), and before I could even finish filling everything out, my hygienist was ready for me! So speedy! Rachel was soooo gentle on my teeth, extremely friendly and a great conversationalist. She even explained to me some of the things she was seeing and what they mean - so interesting! All of the equipment was v fancy (one of the X-ray machines played classical music!), and they have TVs hung on the CEILING! I watched HGTV during my appointment haha. When Rachel was done, one of the dentists came in and she was also extremely friendly (we stan the amount of women working here)! I’m so used to getting poked, waiting forever, leaving super late and being scolded at the dentist, but not here! There was no check out process and I was free to go exactly an hour after showing up! This place was so awesome that I will seriously consider coming back and making the drive after moving to the Cary area next year!
