Dr. Henry-Ward is the BEST dentist in St. Louis. Shes not only super gentle shes brilliant. The whole process was completely painless - I was floored and delighted. I finally found the best! The entire office staff is lovely and kind as well. Highly recommend her!

I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of this office and staff. Their social distancing protocol was amazing. The teams gear made me feel safe but not uncomfortable. My dental Assistant was knowledgeable and explained everything. She was careful not to excite an already inflamed tooth. When Dr. Winsome came is she was unexpected. She was calm and even sang along with the music they had on. In all the office was nice and cheerful. I dont have insurance because of th Covid layoff but the staff worked to help me create a payme np plan with options that may fit my budget. I am very appreciative. When you go tell them Antionette Cotton sent you. 👊🏾

Everyone was nice and professional. They really put you at ease and kept you informed throughout the entire visit. Wait time for dentist to come in got a little long, but they did check in with you to keep you updated and apologize for wait. I would definitely recommend Dr. Henry-Ward to anyone looking for a friendly, competent and gentle dentist.

Dr. Winsome A. Henry-Ward is an excellent dentist, She and her staff made me feel so comfortable and I have finally been cured of my fear of dentist. The service and procedures performed were painless, reasonable fees for services and the staff was nice and friendly. They definitely practice covid safety guidelines in which I am very thankful for. This was an all around excellent experience and I would highly recommend her dentist office to everyone.

My experience at Dr. Winsome Henry-Ward dentists appointment was very pleasant. My hygienist was friendly and professional. The dentist did a final check before I left to make sure there were no problems to be addressed.

The entire staff is extremely professional and personable. They make you feel welcome and safe. I know if Im saying this, its serious!!! I am very pleased with the sanitation & professionalism that Dr. Winsome, team provided! The atmosphere is peaceful🍁From practicing social distance to mask being worn even dowm to the PPE that each team member had on! And not to mention I love the ventilation systems in each room. Even, with my x-rays, teeth and gum examination. I was very impressed! Lady Anna, hands stayed washed, gloves were changed, equipment wipe down and disinfected after EVERY touch/use. I felt completely safe & comfortable!When Dr. Winsome, walked in the room although she had on a KN95 mask, I could see her beautiful smile gleaming underneath and she washed her hands for almost a solid minute, while welcoming me! YESSSS. This is a comfortable and safe environment during a pandemic. Thank you so much, Dr. Winsome!

Excellent office and dental services

Its hard for my husband to get a day off during the week. He made his appointment 2 weeks in advanced to get a cleaning and xray. We also have insurance. After taking a day off he arrived 25 minutes before his scheduled time. He was told he wasnt in the system although 2 weeks prior he called and gave all of his information and got a confirmation text. He waited almost 45 minutes to be seen. Once the xray was complete he was told he would have to reschedule the cleaning but was not given a valid reason why. Although he told the lady 3 times that was the purpose of the appointment, she totally ignored him and went on to discuss the cost of treatments he wool need. She gave him several quotes however he left very unhappy and still did not receive a cleaning. I wish I was with him because no way that would have happen. We hate to make race an issue but someone needs to explain why he wasnt serviced. I will be filing a complaint the BBB next

Dr. Ward has, or had, an assistant that was not properly trained to do a crown replacement. Not only did she do 5 impressions, she had to call Dr. Ward to help and get the temp crown off. Permanent crown was put on and on the next day, Friday she is out of the office. It did not fit correctly and I was going in for surgery the following Monday.There was nothing I could do other than the urgent call I made to her office the next day, which was a Friday, and the office is CLOSED, on Fridays, Sat. and Sun.My crown was not inserted correctly and caused the tooth next to it to crack, which requires another crown!I’m sharing this almost a year after it happened because I am so dissatisfied with poor service!Pam Hake

Dr. Ward has been my dentist since I was five years old. Ive overcome many fears because of how friendly she is. Her staff is always prepared, and reach out often to make sure I come in for check ups.
