I brought my daughter in for recall exam and her dental assistant was Jessy. She is very welcoming and Informative and explains everything she is going to do and what she is doing. Constantly asked my daughter does anything hurt or do you have any concerns. She is phenomenal and her job. She deserves the Nordstrom treatment. Thanks again for seeing us and caring for my daughters teeth and well being. We love ❤️ coming to the Super Dentist.

Great place. This is my first time visit. I brought my 2 year old girl to there for her teeth check-up. The staffs there are really friendly. And they do great precautions during the pandemic time. You will need to text the location you go when you arrived at the parking lot, so they can check you in, and they will text you when you can go inside. This is a really good method to stay social distancing and protect our little ones.

First time here. I had no idea the dentists office could be so fun for children! My 4YO daughter had such a great time and Jessy C, our assistant, was amazing. She even have my 1YO son, who didnt have an appointment just came along for the ride, a toothbrush to keep him busy. Great Family environment, super friendly staff. A great recommendation from another mom.

Jessy C. worked great with my child. She was patient and helped him get through his cleaning. Everyone who works there is great and are thorough when checking my child’s teeth to ensure he has a healthy smile. But lately the waits to be called in have been painful. Even when arriving early, I’ve waited as long as 45 minutes to an hour to be called back and that’s even after the appointment time. It’s consecutively happened the past few visits and for that reason I may look for another dentist elsewhere.

Easy to make and modify an appointment, nice and attentive staff, from front desk to dentist and assistants. Clean space that kept my son at ease during his first visit. Will continue using their services.

Our family has been with the super dentist for about 11 years now. Our girls were toddlers when we began our dental health journey. They have never had cavities and always have had a positive experience. Our oldest is now wearing a retainer and anytime it feels uncomfortable, it’s an easy fix. Most recently, dental hygienist, Gaby, made the adjustments and took time to teach our daughter how to remove her retainer properly so that it would not loosen. Thank you to her and the rest of the super dentist team!

My daughter loves the super dentist!!! Today we visited since covid19 started and it felt safe and the processes was fast. The doctors medical assistant Jessy was super friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable the whole time were there.

This review is based on the last 2 visits here during the pandemic. I normally have good things to say about this place as the dental services provided are great and the dentist and dental assistance are always friendly and communicative throughout the appointment. My issue is with the scheduling staff and this specific checkin employee. Her unprofessionalism and inability to assist people along with her unpleasant demeanor completely ruined the entire experience for my family. Both times we showed up we wanted to confirm the phone number to text for check in and her attitude and responses came off as we were an inconvenience to her. We will be looking for a new Dentist now as we moved farther away and only continued to come here as we really enjoyed the service we would receive. Not anymore.The disrespectful employee in question.

I am leaving two stars because my son and I had a great experience on our first visit, but an awful one the next.The dentists there are not very personable. They come in ,do their “job” and leave. That makes it feel like an assembly line.I brought my 4 year old son in for a dental procedure that required him to have the nitrous laughing gas. As that was started I was informed out treatment plan would have to change.. never received paperwork on that. nor did I receive any explanation of the change, or reason behind the change.Towards the end of the treatment my son begin to cry. The assistant finished , she passed me my crying son and ushered us out of a back door.We left with no discharge instructions. The assistant vaguely mentioned a medication she applied to my sons tooth and told me to keep an eye on it.. never told me what to look out for. Ultimately there was no “closing “ of the appointment. If you work in medicine/dental field you know that discharge instructions are crucial after any procedure.This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. Sloppy work. Had to call for my discharge info. We will not be back.

I love bringing my boys here, they are seen in pediatrics and ortho and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We are always in and out, never waiting for long periods of time. My kids always talk about how nice the staff, thats what keeps us coming back!

I just want to say it was a Pleasant visit this time with Jessy C .I even ask her how long she’s been doing this because I can see that she cares and loves her job , I really taught that she was doing her job for more the a year just because I can see how sweet she is my daughter how she talks to her to make sure she doesn’t get scared .This is the first time that she had take care of my daughter and we love her.

I have two children one 20 years and 10 years my 20 year old first encounter with a dentist was with the Super Dentist as well as my 10 year old! We Love then so much my entire family takes their children and with all the locations now just help get there amazing dentistry to everyone my 10 year old has autism and when I say the entire staff makes him feel comfortable he use to have meltdowns before now hes so use to going he just tends to ask thousands of questions and they dont mind they answer them all lol it makes this mama so happy and what use to be a horrifying event for my child when he was small they helped him over the years ease his fears I can never thank them enough I am so proud and happy for the continued growth of their offices we love you guys each and every one of you!!!!!!😘❤🪥🪥🪥

Decided to use the super dentists for my adult care. Very pleased with my experience. Carlos, Araceli, and Dr.Kim made my 1st experience a welcoming one. I noticed their technology is up to date when taking x-rays. Definitely a plus! Last dentistry I used is still using bulky machines. Thanks for offering 7am appointments. See you in 6 months!

Love this place and I have been using the super Dentist for a while now!! The only thing that I hate is the online forms! They are a pain in the neck and Unnecessary! They are very confusing and frustrating!

The staff here is so kind and patient. I am petrified of dentist but they did everything to help ease my nerves. I was literally shaking in the chair but the dentist and his assistant were super kind and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable.

My son needed dental work but would never have been able to get anything accomplished due to fear and anxiety. Thankfully, Super Dentists have the option to conduct proveedores under general anestesia. ALL of the staff involved, including the dentist and the anesthesiologist, were super friendly and professional. The experience was still scary for my son, and as a mother it is difficult to see your child just fall asleep, but the staff were very understanding and helpful. Thanks, Super Dentists!

I called and asked twice to confirm they took our insurance. Filled out all the forms and arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment. The parking lot was packed so I had to park across the street. I walked up and was told I needed to text that I was there. Then after a few minutes recived a text that I needed to wait out in my car. I chose to wait out front due to the fact our appointment was at 2pm and by now it was already 2:07. I pictured carrying my child across the road just to get a text to come back. But 2:07 slowly turned into 2:25. Finally recived a text that we can come inside after our temperature check. Then we sit down in a waiting area with about 5 other families. I get called up to the desk where I am now informed that our insurance is not accepted, but they would be happy to take a payment out of pocket. I then said nope! And we left. I am secretly relieved that my insurance was not accepted because so many times you stay in bad places because they take your insurance. I am happy that I am not stuck here! If I am going to pay out of pocket it wont be to this place! Id call this place a lot of things- super is not one of them! Disorganized, rude, waste of time, unprofessional, ridiculous..Im sure if you end up going youll add a few more to the list..

Be ready to not be attended until 40+ minutes after you check in for appointments. So frustrating for punctual patients to have to wait 40+ minutes to just be attended to when appointment was 30+ mins ago.A month later, here for another appointment. I checked in at 10:40am for an 11am apt; its currently 12:07pm and were still waiting in the lobby. This is absolutely unacceptable. Super dentist needs to learn to schedule properly and not allow double booking if the overflow can not be accommodated in a timely matter.Also, it wouldnt let me post without at least 1 star. I give 0 stars for customer service!

Good costumer service for michelle and very friendly

I had to wait for 50 min for my daughters to be seen. I had to cancel an important school event to be on time for my appointment (rescheduling an appointment with Super Dentists is a nightmare, specially when calling center). The teeth cleaning process could be done much better. This is not the first time I have these issues, so I will stop going there soon.

The wait was very long, the rooms were extremely dusty and the dental chair was very dirty. They clean after each patient but only the parts you sit on. So the rest of the chair had dust and dirt. The ceiling vents were coated in dirt and dust. Not a good experience, one of the rooms we were in was clean and in good shape. Everyone was nice, and patient with my kids 4 and 11. The waiting area is set up so you are socially distanced which is good.

If your a child or an adolescent - this is the place for you. Kids, young and old are in their element to make themselves feel at ease to deal with something that can be so scary like a dentist. However, if youre a grown up- this dentistry might not be a place for you. I selected this office because I am anxious when it comes to dentistry and The Super Dentist does great work. Did wonders calming my special needs child and hes now able to sit in the dentist chair without freaking out. My thoughts were: if The Super Dentist can handle an anxious, scared little boy,- Id do just fine. Unfortunately the customer service for Parent Dentistry side left a lot for me to want to return. Customer Service desk was vacant and no one on the kids side stopped or looked away from their computes to offer me assistance. To add insult to injury, my wait time was 35 minutes with no call for an exam before I went back to the desk to cancel my visit. Apologies can be made and chaos is understood but all things must run professionally and with organization. Super Dentist in Eastlake -you may do excellent work for a lot of children in the community but if you want parents like me to try your company and give good recommendations for your service, I strongly suggest that it work on its customer service skills and front office management. This horrible visit has shaken my courage to return for future visits.

Love how clean the office is and how friendly everyone is. I bring my kids here because of how understanding they are on how they are kids, they are scared to be sitting in a chair while they clean their mouth. Overall amazing experience

I took my kids here because its a fun looking dentist office. I read some reviews and some red flags pooped up in the comments. And went against my judgement. Its fast paced. Kind of like a conveyer belt. Its not personalized. Its like next! But what is more upsetting is that they keep sending me bills. Our Family has full dental coverage. First it was a $50 visit. Which I paid. Then I got $100 bill. Wait what? Which is it? My child was on your speed chair for 4 minutes and they keep sending me bills.

We have been to the Eastlake location several times in the past 2 years. The dental assistants/hygienists at this location have always been superb!! My son is on the spectrum, and they have all respected his boundaries. They have always asked me what my childs limits are BEFORE doing anything. They take the time to explain to him what theyre going to do, in kids terms, and let him touch/feel everything beforehand.Today I had the pleasure of having Isabel and she was fantastic!! She never pushed my child or forced him to do anything he wasnt comfortable with.I do not remember the names of the destists weve had. But the last 2 were an Asian male and female. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!Today we had the Asian female dentist. Again, I can not recall her name, and I sincerely apologize. She sat and explained my options. Gave me her personal recommendations. Answered all my questions without haste, and she made sure I was completely comfortable before leaving.Those 2 dentists are FANTASTIC!!!The front desk welcome, and check out, staff are always friendly. Even stopping what theyre doing to have a quick chit chat unrelated to the services provided.They all may not remember me tomorrow, but the staff here always makes me feel like they do.Ill admit, I had gone to another location before coming to Eastlake, and NEVER wanted to deal with Super Dentists again. But because of the wonderful staff here, I will continue to bring my children here.

Always a great visit. They make kids and parents feel very comfortable and don’t do anything unless approved by parent. Also, they ask parent if they want to proceed. Very attentive and professional staff. They also explain every little thing they do, past dentist practices didn’t, so calling back for info was common. Here they are upfront with everything, including affordable payments/bills.

My son loved it here he felt very safe and comfortable and it was a fun experience for him- no fussing!!!!!

Worst place ever. They used to have it all the way together but in the recent years, they have really dropped the ball on there staffs basic tasks. Not to mention one of the rudest receptionist who gossips among the other staff. I get everyone has an off day, but this has been every single time I bring my kids in. 4 of the last visits where a complete waist of time .

My daughter needed some dental work but she was terrified. I stayed with her and the dentist and the assistant made her feel comfortable enough to go through with the procedure which didnt last very long.

Took my 3yo daughter for her first check up, they did a great job on guiding her and the cleaning. Great experience for little ones. Looks very well organized and clean during this COVID times.

I appreciate that The Super Dentist was able to get my son in within a week of calling to schedule. However his appt was at 5pm and he virtually checked in at 4:30pm and right away asked my husband and him to go in. My son has ASD and has ADHD. We have to prepare him a few days prior so he can feel comfortable going to the dentist. 5:30pm hit and they were still not called back in. They called others that arrived a few mins before them and well after them. Nobody informed them that they would get called back soon or if it was going to be a longer wait. At this point its been an hour .When my husband asked to reschedule they said there wasnt anything until March. The lack of communication and explanation makes us feel like they purposely skipped our son.UPDATE: ONE MONTH LATERThe visit was much smoother. They called us and we waited 15 mins maybe 20 which is not bad at all. My son went in and he wasnt anxious or nervous from the wait. The dentist was very nice and the dental asst was great.

I would give it 0 stars if I could Horrible place, I have taken my kids here for a while and it’s always the same thing they send me txt to confirm my appointment and once I’m there they say it was canceled, with no previous notification, I arrange my schedule from work to take my kids and then I get there and it’s so easy for them to say “your appointment was canceled but we don’t know why!” Unbelievable place!!!

When you can get an appointment its great. Scheduling is awful. They called me 3 times. Each time it rang once I pick up, I can hear them and they hang up. Then I call back and takes me to answering service that just tells them to call me back. They call me back it it starts over and over again.

Absolutely love this place! I take my son here and I recently as a parent started to go here! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. My son loves the fact that he can go and play dress up and Minecraft on their game station. I love as a parent that they’re so great with my child and that they also have a Starbucks mini station!!

Worse experience ever.Extremely unorganized.No Customer Service.Front desk attendants Extremely rude.Manager was aggressive and Extremely rude.Extreme amount of discrimination.They will make you wait 4 to 6 hours past your appointment, and show no remorse.They leave children in their waiting room hungry with no food in their stomachs for hours and have the audacity to twll the parents they can leave if they dont want to wait.If you do not have the best insurance, they will ignore and belittle you. Only the people with the best insurance are treated kindly.Do not take your children here. All employees lack sympathy, and kindness towards children.I will never take my children here ever again.

My wife took my daughter in for xrays on a first time visit and the office determined she needed to go see the orthodontic. They told us they set us up with a 7 am appointment (even gave us a card reminder) for the upcoming Saturday, only to find out that the appointment wasnt actually until 8:50 am. There at 7 am, as agreed to, my wife asked if she could be seen early since they were at fault for the scheduling mishap. The office declined and made us wait the 2hrs before we could be seen. Its already hard enough getting kids up on a weekend, yet alone to do it for NO REASON! Not exactly what Id call professionalism.

Great place and my kids and I enjoy the atmosphere. The receptionist are friendly and very helpful. It was easy to get an appointment and the staff are great, caring, and friendly. I would so recommend the super dentist to my friends and family. I will absolutely be bringing my kids back. A very positive experience not just for my kids, but me as well.

They are amazing and very helpful. Veronica on the orthodontic side is very understanding and will help you get things situated with insurance. My kids have been coming here for years and actually enjoy coming to the dentist. The events and activities that they put together are fun for the whole family. I particularly like that they will buy back Halloween candy and then send it to our troops overt seas.

We have actually had Dr. Keri help us quite a few times for special services like fillings and crowns, and a few of their other dentists for routine cleanings and stuff. I have 4 kids that come here, so, we’re here pretty often and have not had one negative experience (well, I haven’t! Can’t say the same for the kids.. they weren’t too happy to get fillings!). All of the staff is amazing and so kind and friendly, and do their best to make the kids feel comfortable. So glad we found this place! It’s amazing that they have found a way to make kids WANT to go to the dentist!!

We had 3 different appointments for the same say within a 2 hour time frame. With a little patience on our end and communication not only did they provide great service, they did so in great timing as well. Thank you Super Dentist of Eastlake! We appreciate you!
