I used to hate dentists & visiting them for any reason unless absolutely necessary. However, while eating dinner, I cracked a tooth. At the recommendation from my sister, I went to see Dr. Tanaka. Immediately upon meeting him, he quickly put me at-ease. I felt confident with him as i found out he essentially grew up in the South Bay. He was very pleasant and reassured me after explaining that he completely understood my dislike of dentists. His dental assistant was also extremely polite and caring. I would easily recommend him and his office if you need a general & cosmetic dentist.

Dr. Tanaka and staff are very helpful, friendly, and professional. I always feel at home and safe here knowing that I am getting the best treatment I can get. Smiles all around!!!

Dr. Tanaka and his crew are hands down THE BEST! They are always welcoming and kind! I’m addition, they make you as comfortable as possible if you’re a little nervous about seeing the dentist and walk you through the entire experience!

Service was adequate and staff seem professional but when I was forced to cancel an appt due to work scheduling, I received a bill for the cancellation. This was despite the detailed voice message I left explaining the need to cancel. Keep in mind that I was a regular patient, not new. Given the number of excellent dentists in the Eastlake area, they really should reconsider their policy of penalizing patients (or in this case, former patients).

Dr Tanaka is very friendly, professional, beautiful facility, lots of clients swear by him, highly recommend Dr T!
