I was a patient of Connies on 10/16/2021 and she provided instructions on my periodontal care kit for healthy gums. Connie took great care to ensure the trays for the kit fit properly and then provided very thorough instructions on how to use and care for the kit. Very good experience today! Only waited about 10-15 minutes to be seen. The dentist was very nice and quick as he checked my gum size pockets. Karina was also very informative on this new treatment for a deep cleaning. Her and I talked for a while about that, the payments for it, and other stuff. She was very nice, personable, professionally, and funny. I got a teeth cleaning on this day which was very quick and efficient. Overall, a very good experience at western dental.

Worst experience. Id give -14 stars if it were possible. Staff is very rude and disrespectful. Likes to huff and puff on the phone and hang up on you. Poor service and just remember I pay your company who in turn pays you. Remember how important customer service really is. IJS

Everybody there is really nice they are doing a excellent job to my mouth thank you all.

To begin, they had mentioned that prior to my appointment they would call me to make sure my insurance covered the first exam and to confirm my appointment for Friday at 11. Come Friday at 11, no one had called me so I reached out to them, they apologized and said I can reschedule for a later time that same day but that I needed to know that the wait would be about two hours. I told her I didn’t wanna wait that long and if we could just reschedule for another day, she said 8:30 AM on Saturday so I agreed. I show up and I’m given paperwork to fill out, then another person approaches and the girl in the front desk tell him that they are very understaffed and there’s going to be a wait, also, that they might not even be able to complete his full service so when he finally walked out, I asked her if that applies to me as well. She said yes. I I expressed how I feel that’s very unprofessional and unorganized on their part, they should be telling people prior to scheduling the appointment that they are understaffed and their appointment doesn’t guarantee full service. That gives us the opportunity to decide whether we want to go or not. Also that they should not be scheduling appointments with people if they’re not going to be able to service them 100%, I have never heard of that from another dentist in my life. I took my paperwork and copy of my ID back and canceled the appointment. Needless to say I will not be going back. Should have listened to the Yelp reviews.

Very good work and fast once you get inside a room. The wait to get back there is taxing at best but the service makes it worth the while. Nice friendly people from the hygienists, to the dental assistants, onto the dentists themselves. Very friendly and professional. Good work too!

I love going to this dentist office because everyone is so nice and professional. Every time I come here I am greeted with warm smiles and you can tell that they truly care about you. Connie in particular is always very inviting and makes you feel like you are not just another place in a crowd. I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better dentist office!

Everybody is very respectful. I can see that they are sanitizing the seats whenever they are finished with their dental. People are so generous. It’s hard to kinda wait 1-2 hours, but that’s because one doctor isn’t easy. They have to go through patients which is understandable.

Great friendly staff but if your expecting to be seen at the time of your appointment then don’t come here . Went in at 10 am for an appointment and got out at 1 pm. Mostly I was just sitting there waiting to be seen. Doctor seems to be all over the place and overbooked . They don’t care about your time . If your like me and have things going on in your daily life this place will just waste it .

If they had an option for 0 stars that’s what I would chose! I’m very unpleased with their service. They lost my impressions and sent me someone else’s, gross. Also I was making monthly payments for services that were not rendered. Not to mention the 2 hour wait time. Western Dental sucks!

I looked at so many dentists . After 7 years of no dentists I obviously had much work needed and this dentist was amazing. First day I went in I got papers work done , X-rays , and they started to do my fillings right away! I was actually shocked how fast and efficient they worked. My husband is next to come here . Everyone is so friendly too !

Honestly worst dentist office I have ever been to. I don’t normally write reviews but my experience here was so negative that I just had to.Had my first appointment here 2 weeks ago. Waited almost two hours to be seen and once they finally sat me in a room they told me I had to reschedule because they were out of time?I rescheduled and went back today, only to wait 2 hours to be seen again. Once I was finally seen the dr performed a 2 minute exam and told me to schedule ANOTHER appointment for a cleaning when I had originally scheduled a cleaning with my exam.I understand places are understaffed because of covid but this is just so unacceptable. They dont respect appointments at all.I will be switching to another dentist office.

I have an appointment at 2:30 and when I arrived they told me it would be a 40 minutes wait because the dentist were in lunch . what is the point of appointments then ? You better come with time.

Today I had great service with the exception of the wait time. They did let me know upon my arrival that they were running behind.

Scheduled an appointment to replace my permanent retainer. Upon arriving to my appointment and stating my name and appointment time, the receptionist says To replace a permanent retainer? so they knew that this was what I was there for when I scheduled the appointment. I was then told that they dont do that there or any of their locations! And while the receptionist was not overtly rude, she was very unsympathetic.

The surgeon and the clinical staff in the back are greatThere is a new girl in the front that needs better training, while explaining my appointment today she said sign here its for the sedation and stuff like thatfor a patient who is already scared and nervous a better explanation is needed and if she is unsure what to say then a senior front desk person should step in, the girl who is normally upfront is great but again im not happy with the new young lady who checked me in and it makes the office look bad

The worst practice ever!My teenage son was sent home with an uncapped root canal and scheduled for a next appointment 6 months later to have it crowned.When i questioned the integrity of the tooth and if it was safe to wait 6 months to have it crowned without the tooth breaking they said yes and that they did not have a sooner appointment due to them being understaffed.Fastforward my sons tooth is now broken as i assumed it would be and he is in pain.Our appointment was at 11:30a..it is now 12:40pand we havent been seen by anyway..still waiting.This is typical of this office.Waiting time of an hour to an hour and a half and incompetent argumentative staff who constantly make scheduling mistakes and deflect responsibility onto the patient.Not ok.I will be reaching out to my insurance company immediately.The definitely need to be audited.

I had a great experience today when I went to my dental appointment to have my braces tighten. My appointment was at 5pm but I received a call to see if I was able to come at 9am. This was prefect and the service was great and in a timely manner!

This office is great, the staff are very patient and kind. The dentist and X-ray techs are gentle and professional. My first time there and I’m glad to travel a bit of a distance for the great experience.

Walked in hoping to come out ok but instead I came out worse and with an infection currently on my way to Tijuana so they can take care of it. Doc at WD suggested I get the tooth that’s hurting filed down since it was pinching on my nerve but then he said he recommend a root canal I asked him to just do the root canal since I was going to need that performed on me regardless. He denied my request. When I asked for a prescription they gave me Tylenol with codeine 30 MG but they’re not doing anything besides making my face inflamed. (DON’T COME HERE)

Honestly, Ive been to other Western Dentals at different locations in the past and didnt have the greatest experience so I was hesitant at first but once I got there and got examined I was relieved, the staff is very friendly, personable and were very informative when it came to the procedures I have to get done.

Very expensive even with insurance careful with your bills. I learned the hard way. Make sure u ask for your total in paper break down and ask how much insurance covers go home call your insurance make sure. I didn’t do that and year later I was reviewing my policy saw stuff covered that ended up paying for. Definitely don’t get braces here. Cheaper to pay cash then with insurance for braces. I would definitely not recommend for kids at all even adults honestly. Front desk is nice but it’s not worth over paying

HORRIBLE experience. They always messed up our appointments. They gave us a quote for 1,000dlls and the day of the surgery it went up to 2,000dlls!! Without any notice at all.Just horrible place and experience

I dont, like so many others, like going to the dentist. All of the men & women I have dealt with in the last two years have been very kind, patient, caring, & genuinely compassionate. Plus my top denture looks GREAT.

I went here for my 6-month cleaning and exam because my insurance covered me here. The service there was alright but I was asked to come back another day for an orthodontics evaluation. I was at this location for that appointment but when I arrived, their computers were down so I went home and told them we would reschedule. The next morning, their call center started war dialing me. The first time I answered I told them I was busy because I was out and would call them back to reschedule. Two minutes after hanging up from that call, they are calling me again. It was someone else from their call center who had no idea that they just called. This happened nine times in an hour, with me answering most calls and telling them to stop calling. They didnt listen. This borders on criminal harassment. I had to block their number to keep from having to file a police report against these insane people. I will never go back to this place, ever!

I needed extensive restoration that took many months to complete. I have very high anxiety about the dentist and from the beginning Patricia C and Dr Cataquiz were very understanding and accommodating. The work they have done is beyond my expectations. They explain what is happening and take pain management very seriously. They are relaxed and easy going even funny sometimes. I am so happy with the way my new smile is coming along. Without the extra hard work of these two wonderful women I would have had to get a full set of dentures. That was something I absolutely did not want and they made it happen. They went above and beyond. Thank you Western Dental. Liz was also amazing! She took her time and made sure everything was comfortable, aesthetic, and properly fitting. I was very happy with her work.

Came here one time when it was busy and was told by one of the girls upfront that it was going to be a long wait and allowed me to reschedule - & I appreciated that because I didnt have to sit and wait. My office visit today was extremely pleasant. I was friendly greeted by the front office staff. I was taken to the back office for my examination by assistant Connie. Connie explained the office visit and treatment process while being super professional and kind, she even gave me tea while I waited. I will definitely recommend this office to family and friends.

Total waste of time. I tried to schedule online first, but instead of that going through I just got spammed with 3 emails per day telling me thanks for requesting an appointment we will confirm within 24 hours. The emails continued for 2 weeks even after calling to book the appointment.The day before my appointment I received a call from the office stating that they could not do my appointment at the scheduled time (1:30pm) because the last appointment of the day is at 1. The appointment was booked by a person and their website shows they are open until 4:30pm so I dont understand why I was not informed of this before. I was told that my appointment would need to be at 10:30 instead so I had to rearrange my day to accommodate them. Just to be on the safe side since this was my first appointment with them I asked if I needed to bring anything or if they needed anything before my appointment. That is when they needed my insurance information so that they could verify everything before my appointment. Again I had to stop my work so I could get them this information and if I hadnt asked about they wouldnt have.The day of my appointment I got there early. I was asked to fill out paperwork and again provide me insurance information. After filling out 5 pages of information they requested they called my name. When I got to the desk the lady informed me that they could not verify my insurance because that office was not open on Saturdays. I informed her that is why I gave the information to them on Friday with plenty of time to verify. She said I would need to reschedule. She could not answer why it was not done when it was supposed to.In the end I rearranged things for this place 3 times to accommodate them. I will not do it a fourth time. After 2 weeks of waiting I will not even be going for a first official appointment with them. They would probably just ask me to reschedule it even if I did.

I took my son to get braces back in April of 2019. They had a special going where you get a $2500 credit for getting it done that month of April. They keep giving us the run around and still have not given us the credit. All they give us is excuses, from the check is in the mail, or the manager lost the files, to corporate is still processing the check. I will never give Western Dental my business again!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time and finally went in. This office is very clean and MOST of the staff is friendly. My first visit went great, I had to see the oral hygienist and she was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. I rated it 4 stars out of 5 because my consultation didn’t go so great being that the dentist I saw was rude, other than that I love it here.

I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I understand that you have to wait due to the pandemic but I was there before 6 people. I was seeing one specific dentist. I was told several times I was next, i was next, again i was next. I waited 4 hrs before seen. When the previous patient that the dentist was seeing wasnt complicated at all. My appt was at 10am. I was there early. I was not seen till 2pm really 4 hrs!? Then I was walked in to wait another 35 minutes in the chair!? I kept on asking is he ready!? I have been waiting to long. So I got up and walked to the front desk. To find MY DENTIST flirting and chatting with the receptionist. How unprofessional! In front of him I told the receptionist to cancel my appt and dont charge my insurance because its the dentist fault that Im leaving not my fault. I will complaint to BBB. The place was dirty too where I was sitting in the room. So bad. People can get infected. Osha needs to get involve. The worst place ever. Thank god I didnt take my son to get braces there. Check it out for yourself before making appts please.

Ok fine, I don’t know my sister, right ? How simple is that ?“We can’t see you without your insurance card”Hey I’ve been seen at western dental before ! You should have my card.“We can’t pull up old records”Fine, I won’t be seen. See my husband and my sister. Ok“We can’t see her because it’s past her appointment time”Good god. She has every excuse in the book !Fine, they were both seen. She applied for care credit, my husband didn’t. Guess who got all the treatment right away and whatever needed prior approvals all got done within days. Guess who’s still waiting for the prior authorizations for the same treatment ?I’ve called 5 times trying to get a hold of someone in the office. All sent to their customer 24hr service machine. No answerNot worth your time.
