I am new to the area, and just had my first dental visit after Covid. I can honestly say this office takes Covid protocol very serious. The Dentist Dr. Sharrak is very nice, comforting and encouraging about my dental health. The assistants Erica, and Mayte are very helpful and made the experience pleasurable. Rachel the office manager went over my treatment plan in full detail and answered all my questions. I will definitely be coming back and can say this will be my new Dental office from now on

I had the pleasure of being treated by Rebecca and learned a new bit of my physiology. I have torus palantinus, which means my hard palet has bumps and depressions that are slightly abnormal. This was awesome to hear about as I normally get cut pretty bad in my inner gum lines during exam x-rays, as the backing always fails to fit and instead cuts me to shreds. Not this time, Rebecca informed me of this and was very gentle and worked around my problem. Great hygienist!

I love my experience at millennia dental. This has been my third visit and each experience has been pleasant . The staff is courteous and very nice. I am excited they have a dental hygienist on staff now . Rebecca is a pleasure to work with. She is very professional , detail oriented and did a great job with my cleaning. Very clean office as well.

I had my cleaning done by Rebecca and she was very professional, knowledgeable, and nice/warm from the moment she said Hi.Facility is clean and takes COVID protocols seriously.I also had some fillings replaced at my 2nd appt and that was done by the Doctor very quickly and as painless as possible. I have been to several dentists practices since I move often but this one is very special because of their warm staff and professionalism. 5/5!

I was a new patient coming in to get a cleaning. I just bought a house nearby and was looking for a new dentist office. The lady at check in was kind and helpful but after waiting 30 mins to see the dentist I just had to walk out. Its a shame because its in a great location but I didnt feel like my time was be respected. Hopefully they get better at time management. :-(

Dr. Reeves was incredibly personable and the staff including Yesenia and Priscilla were very friendly. They were professional, quick, and were focused on the quality of service, including how I felt (if I felt discomfort, or if I wanted anything extra done). They even changed the music in the room to the songs I wanted to hear! As a new patient, they even stuck to their promotional teeth whitening offer, and I was very satisfied. I think I will be making a permanent switch to them!

I have been terrified of dentists since I was a kid, but Dr. Reeves is gentle and reassuring. Now Im not so nervous about going to the dentist anymore (as long as its him.) A great experience overall. The staff, the music, the up front pricing quotes- all good.

I scheduled an appoinment with them for for a cleaning, I arrived for the appoinment and the receptioonist told me tHe Doctor was not going to be in that day, Intold her I had an appoinment for cleaning, she said they supposEd to call me to cancel the appointment. i told her nobody called me and that I arrange time off work sonII can attend the appoinment, she said there was nothing she can do, Intold her to call her manager and the manager allso said she was unAble to dO anything, both the receptionist and manager were rude, I would not recommend this dental office, if this is how they treat new patIents I can imagine how bad dental work they will perform.

Best Dentist office I have EVER been to. Everyone is friendly and the environment is cool. They play the music you like during your treatment. I felt like I was at a spa. And they arent expensive at all! Will definitely recommend them to others in the area.

Great staff, friendly dentist. The dentist spent a lot of time with me making sure my temporaries we good, and helping me sort out an uneven gum line. Hes a perfectionist, but isnt that what you want when it comes to your teeth?

I scheduled an appointment the following week from my first visit. I was met with a locked door since the dentist could not get out of bed this morning based on the receptionist who let me in. The receptionist states that she sent me a text message alerting me of the cancellation at 7 a.m. but discovered that she sent it to the wrong number. They have the correct number on file because they had just left a message for me over the weekend reminding me of the appointment. Millennia Dental must perform with more professionalism than this, especially for new clients. Very disappointing.

I am really impressed by the customer service I received.

He did a bad job with my teeth It looks horrible. I really trusted on him because he asked me to but he really disappointed me and to justify his work he told me that he is sorry he doesn’t do miracles. All what I wanted is close two gaps and I ended having 2 crooked teeth now I have to pay to fix them😞

Was suppose to pick up some dentures today and was a scheduled to pick up and the place is closed and says its open and the emergency number they give you to call doesnt work
